Get a jar, get 100 beautiful paper slips, and every time you try a skill, do something courageous, even if it doesn't work, you still got to have a piece of paper and you get to put that in the jar. Like moments where you're like, you know what, like I read that expression, I was able to respond to it. Oh my gosh, I heard myself going into vocal fry and I changed it. Like let's visualize the progress of those wins. I also know that we have some people coaches on the call. This is a great gift for students, like bringing a jar with a beautiful pen and a pack of papers. And you're like, hey, as you practice, fill this jar up and we'll read through them together. For any of our coaches and consultants, I think it's a great way to visualize progress. Dress. I just had to highlight it.
