Is there ways that I can use my body language to kind of hide my anxieties? Yes, so we need to trick your brain. So the mistake that people make before going into something important is they think, "I'm nervous, I'm so nervous." No, nervousness and excitement are very similar emotions, right? They both are kind of little butterflies in the stomach. You need to reframe for your brain, you're not nervous, you're excited. And that means you're gonna use more excitement body language. That's leaning in, that's more nodding. I love your slow triple nod. A slow triple nod shows I'm listening, I'm engaged. I also want you to do something, this is really important. When you start to deliver your answers in those job interviews, use the lowest end of your tone. The mistake people make mistake people make is they hold their breath, so they go, "Hi, it's so good to meet you. I'm so happy to be here." And that makes you sound like you don't know what you're talking about when you do. You're excited, deliver down here. So not, "Hi, I'm so excited to meet you." It's, "Hey, I'm so excited to meet you." Nice and low. And you're excited, not nervous. They're lucky to have you. Awesome. Thank you so much.
