Pricing can make people a little bit uncomfortable. If you've ever talked to anyone about money, negotiating pricing packages, even haggling at a garage sale or a flea market, and I've noticed that sometimes people show anger around pricing. The very easiest way to spot anger is when someone pinches their inner eyebrows together, these two lines appear. If you bring up a price that makes someone feel uncomfortable, they get a little angry and they pull their eyebrows together. This is so So helpful in a negotiation or a pricing discussion because you're able to see, oh, I just crossed a boundary before they even have to say anything. They don't have to say, I'm not comfortable with that price. No, you already saw it, which means you can pre-address it. That's how you develop relationships with people with a deep level of trust. If you're reading their facial expressions and responding to their facial expressions, it makes people feel heard, it makes them feel seen, and they feel like, wow, this person knows me so well that they're actually standing up for me without me having to say anything.
