What do you think we can do better here in Canada to foster a greater culture of entrepreneurship and risk taking and innovation? There's so many things, so we'll just like, you know, tap on a couple. One, I think that we need to create a system where entrepreneurs who succeed are very well rewarded for the level, the risk that they're taking. And I think that as a, as a country, we need to look at some of our fiscal or proposed fiscal policies related to how entrepreneurs are able to win when that happens. And then lastly, I would say we need to take the types of things that we are doing and other academic institutions because there's a lot of really brilliant universities, colleges that are doing great things and continue to invest in helping, you know, younger and younger generations of Canadians understand that, you know, being entrepreneurial is like great opportunity for them, that this is something that they will be supported in, that they will be embraced, make that acceptable within family dynamic. If you decide not to be the investment banker and you go the startup path, that that is a decision to be embraced, actually celebrate them in that moment for taking that level of risk.
