Your business has grown to a very nice size. You're doing over eight figures in revenue. You have over 40 employees. How did you build that business?
It was a step by step over the years. We adding more services. More services. So we started, as I mentioned, the first service we ever done, the late 90s. It was web development. Then we ended up building another service like marketing, SEO and other services. And then we had a few acquisitions. We were very fortunate to acquire few small groups. And over the years we became fully integrated. Today, looking back, I would say I could have gone to get that advice to buy an advice to make a deal to learn more stuff so they could speed up. And I would say focus. You know, like we've. At the beginning, we were trying to do too many different things instead of being a little bit more focused on making faster decisions.
What do you mean?
I think, okay, faster decisions. And not to overanalyze, especially when you start like, you know, some people say paralysis from analysis. And then just recently I heard like a nice quote. You're not growing fast enough because you're not making decision fast enough.
