Speaker (Matan Hazanov) describes the "challenger" sales methodology (from the book The Challenger Sale) as his personal approach: salespeople should act as domain experts/coaches who challenge customers' assumptions rather than only listening and taking orders. He argues this method is especially effective in the tech industry where customers resist change and need to be reoriented to new solutions.
