I'm a city councilor, I should be working on city business, and safety is city business, but I'm spending 60% of my time talking to police, talking to political allies, talking to adversaries to try and get the city back to a place where it used to be respected worldwide, where it was a place where people could come from all over the world and raise their family and live in peace and security. And that's no longer the case.
