So I think sales is just about being very authentic. And I really just opened the conversation. My name is Sonia. I work for this recruitment company. We specialize in helping companies hire engineers. It looks like you might be hiring engineers. I was wondering if I could have 15 minutes to come introduce myself early. Twitter taught a really important lesson. And I used to tell my sales team, we live in a Twitter universe. Now. I know it's rebranded X, but the concept that you had to get a message across in 140 characters, like, we live in an attention economy. And. And they crystallized on that. You had to get your message out in 140 characters, you had to create a hook, and you had to gain interest in 140 characters on the phone. You've got 14 seconds. So just get to the point. Be honest, go for a really easy ask, and people will respond. So I agree with you. I'm. I'm very direct and honest with what I'm looking for. And I think if you do that enough, you'll find enough people that have a need and you'll make the connection.
