The one thing that I really learned when I was in that business that got me into this debt is I learned how to build relationships. And as a result of understanding how to effectively build relationships, I got approached by my colleague, or, at the time, my employee, who introduced me to an opportunity, and he's like, alex, listen, I'm working for this company. They're doing it wrong. Like, everything they're doing is incorrect. So the one skill you learn in that sales business, because just so you understand, it was 100% commission and the salaries were low. So you have to figure out a way how to have these people buy into you as a leader, to stick around because they are not there for the money. You know that. So you got to be a true leader, somebody people can follow and understand that your vision is so strong that you believe in it so blindly that they would be comfortable basically not doing what they're doing. And as a result of that, there was one relationship that was built, but he said, alex, listen, I'm working for this company. They're terrible. They're doing everything wrong, and I think you and I can do it better.
