It drives me nuts. So many entrepreneurs like Mike, it's all about the top line. My revenue is a million. I surpassed a million or 5 million or 10 million. Other entrepreneurs like, well, you know, when I get to the million or five or ten, whatever the number is, I'll have arrived. Bullshitt. Here is what matters in a business. Profitability. Profitability is everything. Stop selling just a style. In fact, selling more brings more stress on your organization, more responsibility, more things you need to deliver. And if it's not profitable, it will actually bury your business. Identify the products and services that are profitable. Sell those, have the discipline to ditch the others. That's a healthy company.
