I can take off my mask for a little bit because there's no one out here. But I just had a call with someone and they said, I'm really struggling sticking with this process or trying to grow their business, and it's not working. But she goes, I know it's just a matter of time. I stick with it. How do I stick with it when I know I should stick with it, but I don't feel that I can stick with it? There's a technique I've discovered and it works for me. I use it actually when I'm running, I use it for work whenever I know I need to kind of push through. And what it is, is not affirmations saying, you know, I got this, I can do this. Push yourself. In fact, it's actually not using affirmations, using a question, how am I going to do this? By simply saying how I'm going to do something, I actually start finding the solutions to it. So don't say, I am going to stick it out saying, how am I going to stick it out? And you'll start finding your answer. Perhaps that's your weekly wake up.
