A series is easier to monetize than single posts because it signals higher value. Use a freemium model: give everyone a free episode with real value, then lock actionable exercises or bonus video behind a paywall to convert listeners into paying subscribers.

And then of course, the final question that people ask me a lot is, what about monetization? Can you actually monetize series? And the answer is yes, of course. And that's also part of the strategy. It's much easier to monetize one series than it is to monetize single posts because there's a higher perception when you have 4 posts that are building on a topic, whether it's personal brand or public speaking, you have the perception that there is a higher value and therefore people are more willing to pay. Now, what strategy can you use in terms of monetization? So my favorite is to have a freemium strategy, which means that you're gonna have part of the episode that is free so that you're giving value to all your subscribers, but at the same time, you are going to have a part that is exclusive for your paid subscribers. What could that be? Well, that works very well if you have something that is more actionable. Perhaps it's an exercise, maybe it's a short video at the end. So you can play around with this balance between what is free and what is paid, but I definitely recommend having a freemium approach because it allows you to add value to all your subscribers, but also incentivize the free ones to become paid.
