Hi, I am Gabriel and I will be your guide in this meditation. Finding a quiet place with no distractions, a place where we won't get interrupted. And sitting down, crossing our legs, lifting our hips with a pillow or a blanket. Also, we can sit on a chair, on a sofa or on the edge of our bed if we have tension on our back. And now let's focus on our posture. Aligning our spine, opening our chest, rotating our shoulders to the back and lifting our chin a little bit without forcing anything. Just feel it naturally. And closing your eyes, connecting with your breath, Inhaling and exhaling through the nose, very deep. Four seconds each time that you inhale and another four seconds each time that you exhale. Be aware of anything that changes in your body, in your mind, in your emotions. Be present. Let yourself ground into this moment, this place. This is all that exists, all that matters, the most important thing, this very moment. And let yourself feel. Observe what thoughts enter your mind, what emotions awaken and what sensations you feel in your physical body. Very good. Now let's pay attention to the thoughts entering our mind and the words we speak to ourselves and others, remembering that every word has its energy, its frequency. In this meditation, we will connect with our self worth and our self love. We will embrace, taking care for ourselves and putting ourselves first always. This is not being selfish. This means that you are the person who you love the most. And from that place of self love, you may share your love with others. So be aware of how you treat yourself. Be aware of the energy that you invest in yourself and others. How many times you accept something that you didn't want to do in the first place or didn't have the energy and the time for doing it. Learn to deny anything that doesn't align with your highest self. Notice what your intuition rejects as truth. And remember that sometimes saying no is the highest form of self love. Don't let yourself get manipulated by someone else. Know that the most important thing in communication is your attitude and your intentions and your intentions. What is the intention and energy with which you speak to others? Pay attention to this, for it can affect the way others receive your message. Integrate that. Learn to put yourself first when people ask things of you or when you need to make a decision. It is okay if people disagree with you or don't like you. More often than not, we don't need the approval or validation of others. It is more important to be true to ourselves. Don't put that pressure on yourself. You don't need to demonstrate anything to anyone. It is not your responsibility to worry about what others think or how they will react to your boundaries and decisions. What matters is that you are being yourself, communicating with integrity, good intentions and respect. And try to be in your center. Don't react to a reaction. Instead act from your center, from your true self, from your highest fashion, with the right words. And try to practice to say no with your closest friends or family and whenever you feel great by doing something else, you can accept it. When someone asks you a favor. Just be honest and don't feel bad with saying no. Integrate that in your cells in your unconscious and just be honest with yourself. You will feel better, cleaner, lighter and with more energy. And now coming back to this place, to this moment, moving your toes and your fingers, connecting again to your physical body at your own time and whenever you want. You can open your eyes slowly.
