Hi, I am Gabriel and I will be your guide in this meditation. Finding a quiet place with no distractions. A place where we can relax. Sitting down on the floor with our legs crossed, or on the edge of our bed or on a chair. Slowly closing our eyes. Stretching our spine, Moving our shoulders up and opening our chest. Rotating our shoulders to the back. Focusing on our breath. Inhale and exhale through the nose. 4 seconds each breath 4 in and 4 out. Feel the air coming in and coming out. And being aware of what changes we feel in our body. When we become more aware of our breath, of our emotions, of her mind state and of our body. Try to be fully present into this moment, this place. What sensations come in, what emotions awake, what thoughts pass through our mind. And just try not to identify completely. With each thought, with each emotion and with each feeling. Just let them be, let them pass through. Watching them from the outside to your inside. Each second you're going to feel more and more grounded. Like if you had an imaginary root growing from your legs to the earth, embracing your center of gravity. Feeling in balance, neutral and now connect with the state of deserving. Recognizing that we deserve the best in life. The best that the universe has for us. But we have to believe in this so it becomes our reality. Because we may have limiting beliefs that makes us think we don't deserve something or someone. And by repeating affirmations, we can transform these beliefs and start to notice changes in our life. I deserve the best in life. I am enough. I am worthy. Life has wonderful things for me. I deserve them all. Try to remember a moment in life where you were given something valuable, something you appreciate, but you felt weird receiving it. If we don't recognize that we deserve the best in life, we're gonna lock this path. We're gonna lock opportunities, experiences and abundance. We need to open to the abundance of life so we can manifest beautiful things and we can get what we want, what we desire. By feeling worthy, by acknowledging that we are enough. That we deserve these things. That is good. To be rewarded, to receive abundance. Good things, good energy, positive intentions. To get surrounded by good people with good hearts. Know that we deserve what we desire. A good company, good treatment from our friends, our family, our partner. We deserve a good life, an amazing job, an amazing house. Think big. We deserve everything we want. Life has amazing things for us. Just don't let your ego take control of it. Get bigger. Acknowledge all the good things that you deserve while being humble, with a good heart and sharing it with the world. This way you will attract more abundance. And if you feel strange saying and thinking this sentence, this word of deserving, try to repeat this affirmation constantly and you will notice how it affects your reality in a positive way. Taking a moment to slowly come back to this place, this moment. Coming back to our body. Moving our fingers, our toes and slowly opening our eyes. Connecting with our surroundings. Trying to keep this peaceful state in ourselves while we reincorporate to our life. Thank you for joining me in this meditation and I hope you have a wonderful rest of the day or of the night in this relaxing state.
