Hello and welcome to this group immersion. My name is Sarah Prout and I am so happy to be here with you today. The theme and the intention of this group immersion is manifesting health, wealth and love not only for yourself, but for the planet, as well as a collective energy and experience that we all get to enjoy together. So before we begin, make sure that you will be uninterrupted for the next several minutes or so and that you are sitting comfortably and you feel relaxed. And as we begin, I invite you to take in a deep breath and hold it. And as you exhale, release any feelings of negativity, of fear, of doubt and of concern. Let it out. Breathe in the energy of infinite potential and infinite wisdom and healing. And exhale anything that you believe is holding you back from being your best self. Breathe in and hold it. And as you exhale, feel yourself surrendering and relaxing at a very deep level so that you can be present in this experience. Within this group immersion setting, we are going to do something really fun. We are going to do a meditation within a meditation. You are invited to attend the Temple of Infinite Possibilities. Imagine yourself, project yourself with your mind's eye to a stadium, to an arena, to the largest temple you have ever stepped into. You are standing there surrounded by beautiful, brilliant, like minded, kindred spirits that are all there to receive the collective energy of this healing in body, in mind and in spirit so that you may manifest health, wealth and love into every area of your life. But before we begin this journey together, may we now call upon the energy and the essence of all that is. And may we address the universe directly. Dear universe, thank you for bringing us all together in this group immersion at this point in time to the Temple of Infinite Possibilities. We have gathered here today for a powerful interaction with infinite energy, endless vibration and the pure essence of joy. To collaborate and to connect as a collective union inside this temple, this arena, this stadium. We now ask that each and every one of us now manifest beautiful health, wealth and love. Just like that movie Inception where it is a dream within a dream within a dream. We are gonna now go several layers into the immersion experience to fully imprint our subconscious minds and connect with the universe. To manifest balance, peace and harmony in body and mind and in spirit. As you visualize standing inside the Temple of Infinite Possibilities, this incredible stadium, this huge arena with Thousands upon thousands of people around you. You are aware of where you are standing, that there are people in front of you, people behind you, and one person to your left and one person to your right. To support the energy of others inside this group immersion. I want you to visualize that you are holding hands with the person on either side of you. And what we're going to do now is visualize the manifestation of perfect health. A vibrant health. How does it feel to be in the perfect healthy body? See yourself from outside of yourself. What does it feel like to be in that skin? Imagine the strength you have in your muscle, in your posture, in your limbs. Imagine the energy of wellness surging throughout every single cell within your body. Take a moment to breathe in the energy of wellness, the manifestation of perfect health. Free from illness, free from pain. Breathe it in as you hold the hand of the person standing next to you inside the temple of infinite possibilities. Now feel this energy and this awareness pulsing through the palms of your hands into the person standing next to you that you are wishing for them, what you wish for yourself. Perfect health, vibrant wellness and a body free from pain. Because there is no pain that can exist in this realm. The greatest part of you, the non physical, all of your cells are now free and clear to live the vibrant manifestation of your physical. And may you now be empowered to remember this. You can feel the energy rising within the temple of infinite possibilities. You can sense the thousands upon thousands of people around you that are experiencing this with you simultaneously. All being empowered to remember that they have the gift of self healing and of conscious creation. And as you continue to hold hands with the person standing next to you in the stadium, in the arena, I now invite you to meet with your future self. The person in your mind's eye that has manifested incredible wealth, abundance and prosperity. Whatever that means to you. However, that shows up the feeling of ultimate freedom which gives you choices on how you spend that energy. Remember that money is just a frequency. It's an exchange of conscious energy. And in your mind's eye, meet with the future version of yourself that has let go of the pain of the past. The burdens that wealth and money may have had as tiny seeds of ideas planted by our history. The energy that is now behind us. Feel within your heart the amplified wealth not only in an abundant bank account, but the wealth of energy you have. The wealth of inspired ideas that helped you manifest that abundance, that your destiny has been ignited. There is not was a mutual exchange system in place that will reward you for your output of inspired ideas out into the world that you are truly empowered to be of service to humanity and that comes with its rewards. Feel worthy to receive and manifest this wealth. Feel worthy and may the universe manifest wealth, abundance and prosperity to you in exciting ways. And as you hold this intention, this wish in your mind's eye, in your heart, and in every cell of your body, I want you to remember that you are holding hands with a person on your left and a person on your right. This symbolizes the beautiful souls that are now part of this group immersion and this wish for wealth. I want you to wish upon the person to your left and the person to your right within the Solana community. Send them the energy of abundance. Wish for them the essence and the vibration of wealth. Because the universe wants you to be wealthy so that you can not only help yourself, but to help others in need. Allow the energy to move through the palms of your hands, in your mind's eye to the people around you. And now I want you to tune your energy and your focus in your mind's eye to the manifestation of love, whether that is self love, romantic love, true love. May you now, in this moment, feel, be given the feeling from the universe, from the collective experience of this group immersion, may you now feel infinite love, beautiful unconditional love. And may you remember that the universe loves and adores you unconditionally. So you have always received this love since the beginning of your life, that you are a manifestation of this love. And this love has tremendous transformative power. That the manifestation is simply by remembering that you are loved and you are love. And if you are looking to manifest a partner, a soulmate, a twin flame, perhaps, that you will always manifest the love that you believe you deserve. So wouldn't now be the time to feel worthy enough to welcome that into your reality? We are all worthy of love. We are all vessels to receive unconditional love and then to pass that on. And now, as you hold hands with the person to your left and to your right, I want you to feel this energy moving through you to infuse your friends next to you and around you, in front of you and behind you with the energy of this love directly given to you and empowered within you from the universe. Send this love, this wishful love, to the others within this group immersion. And now may we all feel this love headed out of the universe to the furthest corners of the planet to empower. And may we sprinkle the energy of limitless love everywhere that it is needed. May it infuse even the toughest of hearts to get into. May this energy, may this collective magical force that we have created together within the temple of infinite possibilities radiate the love that it is needed, that is deeply needed to heal the planet, to unite and to ignite the light that love is never lost, that it is always being created. Just as billions of trillions of new cells within your body are being created on a moment by moment basis, so too is the potential energy of love and of creation and of the reminder that the universe, God, source, energy, the force, or whatever you call it, is the purest expression, is the purest vibration, is the purest frequency of love. And you are part of this. It flows through you. It flows through to the person standing next to you that you are holding hands with. It flows to the person in the furthest corner of the world that doesn't feel loved. It exists and it has powerful transformative energy. For the next few moments, allow yourself to feel deeply into the energy of love. And now, as this group immersion now draws to a close, we give thanks to the universe, to the divine sublime center of love, of trust, of the manifestation of health, of wealth and of love on every level and layer of our beingness. And we give thanks. So be it. And so it is. When you're ready, you can gently open your eyes and move into your new life experience, feeling the beautiful manifestation of health, of wealth and of love. Thank you for being here.
