Three things I will never do as a biohacker number one I will never eat Omega 6 seed oils like canola oil, soybean oil, corn oil, vegetable oil. The reason for this is that these oils create inflammation throughout your body and they slow your metabolism so your brain is tired and you get muffin top. I will not go back to weighing 300 pounds. The second thing I will never do as a biohacker is eat grains. Because grains steal minerals from your body and they create inflammation throughout your body. They are simply not a good food source unless there's no other choice. The exception would be white rice, which is a source of starch without all the bad stuff that's in whole grains. The third thing I will never do as a biohacker is look at bright lights before I go to bed. When the sun goes down, I dim my lights or even wear sunglasses because light controls the signal that tells your body it's nighttime and it's time to recover. I get more sleep in less time because I don't have bright lights in my bathroom and I don't look at my TV with the screen turned all the way up. It's not that hard to create a dimmer environment at night, which has profound effects even on your blood sugar regulation. So to recap, don't eat seed oils, don't eat grains, and don't look at bright lights before you go to sleep. If this was helpful, share it with a friend or comment below with your three non negotiables. RA.
