2, 1 welcome to House of Wellbeing. You're listening to the Sharp Focus hypnotherapy Booster audio. In a moment the hypnosis will begin, but before it does, I would just like to remind you that the following audio contains powerful hypnotic suggestions that aim to help you reach a deep level of relaxation. So please be sure that wherever you are listening to this session, you are in a safe and comfortable place, free from distractions where you can fully relax and let go. Please don't listen to this if you are driving or operating machinery, should there be an emergency, your subconscious mind will alert you and you will easily come out of hypnosis. Right now there is nothing at all that you need to do apart from close your eyes, relax, lie back and let go and really enjoy these peaceful feelings and all the benefits that come with it. Settle down into a comfortable position and close your eyes. I want you to notice any muscle where you feel tension and then allow these muscles to relax and let go of any of that tension. Feel the tension, hold it for a count of five and then let it go. Feel any tension all the way from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Allow your shoulders to sink into the frame of your body. Feel any tension in your jaw as you release the tension and gently open your mouth all the time breathing in relaxation and calmness and breathing out tension, stress, worries or anxieties. Allow now for your breath to slow right down as you listen to my voice as I guide you through a journey of healing, calm and now and every day you find that your focus is much sharper. You feel less distracted by the flow of information around you, quicker to understand what information is useful, sufficient or meaningless to you. You can filter out what you need to retain and make decisions on what you can ignore or delegate to others, freeing your mind to stay focused on what matters you set yourself goals and achievements that you can easily focus on. You feel passionate and motivated which helps your focus as you think about what needs to be done. Don't be afraid if your mind wanders occasionally. Letting your mind get off track helps to improve your alertness and productivity. You remind yourself to take regular 15 minute breaks if you can as it's harder to concentrate after 90 minute cycles. So you completely distract your mind in your break by doing something completely different all the time, helping to Keep your mind on track and super focused when you come back to the task in hand. You might enjoy your mind being fully connected and alert, but you remember to look after your physical body by incorporating a regular exercise routine. This might be a brisk walk, doing yoga, Pilates, or something more high intensity like running or hiit workout. When you are physically fit, you feel more effective at completing any tasks that require your sustained attention. The endorphins released when you exercise also help to give you more energy, drive and focus. You ensure the space around you is decluttered. A cluttered space and a cluttered mind can have a big impact on your focus. So you spend as little as 10 minutes a day by tidying the space around you and minimizing the visual clutter, which in turn has a massive impact on helping you to feel more focused. With better exercise and a decluttered space comes better quality sleep. You sleep more restfully and easily than ever before. Falling asleep quickly and staying asleep until a time you set yourself better. Sleep helps to improve your focus and energy, which contributes to your ability to stay sharp and focused at all times. You take your time to accomplish your tasks without rushing or powering through them. The steady, slower pace helps you to stay calm and focus on the tasks at hand. You think more creatively and resolve problems when you pace yourself accordingly. I want you now to use your powerful imagination to visualize a black and white image of something you want to focus on and achieve. It might be a montage or collage of your accomplishments. Imagine this image is the size of a stamp that you are holding in the palm of your hand. I want you to notice this image is getting bigger and bigger, growing to the size of a book and then tripling in size again. As you watch the image, it keeps tripling and growing until it's about 6 foot by 6 foot. Place the image in front of you and look at it. Notice how it turns from black and white to color. The colors are getting brighter and more vibrant. The image is getting sharper and sharper. You can see every little detail in your photo. The photo is glowing in front of you with its colours beaming out. You stand back and admire this photo. You have a strong feeling of pride every time you look at it, knowing that your focus is razor sharp. Now you accomplish the goals you have set yourself. And these suggestions are firmly embedded in your subconscious mind. And grow stronger and stronger day by day. They grow stronger by the day, stronger by the hour, stronger by the minute. In a moment, I'm going to awaken you by counting from one to five. At the count of five, you'll be wide awake, feeling fully alert and fantastic. Coming up now. 1, 2, 3. You are coming slowly back, feeling happy and pleased with this new experience. 4. Your eyes are beginning to flicker. And 5. Eyes open wide awake. Mind and body returning fully.
