An Introduction to Mindvalley Mentoring

Vishen Lakhiani presents Mindvalley Mentoring, a program that turns interviews with accomplished people into affordable mini-courses and documentaries. The approach, called consciousness engineering, focuses on mentors' beliefs and daily habits. Courses run 1 to 1.5 hours, with production quality backed by an Emmy-nominated documentary.

I've always wondered, what's the number one criteria that ensures that as we are living life, right, life becomes easier, life becomes more beautiful, life becomes a full expression of what it is to be a human being. And I think that number one criteria is your rate of transformation. It has nothing to do with your education. It has nothing to do with your career. It has somewhat to do with the number of books and podcasts you listen to. But the biggest way is the mentors that you find in life. Sometimes these mentors are people we read about in memoirs. Sometimes these mentors are the friends around us. Ten years ago, I accidentally stumbled upon a way to bring to me some of the best mentors in the world. So then I started calling up men and women who had actually had success in business, who had had success in life, men and women who could teach me aspects of marketing, who could teach me aspects of leadership, who could teach me aspects of getting in a positive frame of mind, because that's important, right, to do well in life. Soon, I was talking to men like Peter Diamandis, women like Arianna Huffington, all on Skype videos. The footage you're seeing here go back 9, 10 years, and what started happening is that I started sharing these videos with some of my friends, and they absolutely loved it. And then they started sharing it with their friends. I started sharing it with the people I work with. And soon someone said, hey, these mentoring sessions are really powerful. Why don't you share them with the world? And that's how mindvalley mentoring started. I call this model consciousness engineering. First, you got to understand their beliefs about the world, and second, you got to understand how they take those beliefs and how they put them in action, what they eat, how they exercise, how they lead, how they work, what they do first thing in the morning. So as I started speaking with these people, I would bring in this methodology called consciousness engineering. And this turned into mindvalley mentoring, which has now become one of the highest rated programs on mindvalley. Our little Skype interviews went from mere webcams to full shoots in places all around the world. We traveled to Barcelona, to Tallinn, to Jamaica, to Sardinia, to Malaysia, to Bali, Indonesia, to LA and New York to film with some of the most incredible individuals in the world. And as we started doing this, we thought, let's get it to an even better level. So we started creating documentary films around many of these powerful ideas. One of our documentaries has even been nominated for an Emmy. So mindvalley mentoring is a way where we want to take all of these incredible minds and create these mini courses, these mini ideas between an hour to 90 minutes with each of these ridiculously accomplished human beings. They become your mentors. And we want to bring this to the world at a level where it is affordable to everyone. So I invite you to check this out. Mindvalley mentoring.
