Another client. She's a Netflix actress. Started changing nutrition, started changing exercise, sleep, and then she started losing weight. She was getting healthy. She's not sick anymore. She's like radiant health. Then her daughter got seriously ill. Seriously that she needed to be in the hospital with her seven days per week, the entire time at the hospital. This took a couple of weeks. At the end, we had a call. She was heavy in her heart. And she said, ronan, I'm so disappointed. I lost all my results. You know, I eat random food. I'm not exercising, I'm sleeping very little. I regressed all the progress that we had. And then I asked her, why are we training your body if it was not for you to be ready to be by the side of your daughter whenever she needed you the most? Why are we training our bodies? Sometimes we think that it's only to look good at pictures. That is a nice byproduct, but it's not the end goal.
