A short YouTube talk arguing that dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream) can trigger acne and skin breakouts for many people. The speaker shares a personal anecdote about persistent breakouts and recommends a brief, self-run dairy-free experiment (a few weeks) as a low-risk way to test whether removing dairy clears new spots without medication or special treatments.

Why does your skin break out from time to time? Or why does it keep breaking up? You know what's really crazy about this skin seems to break out like that at the worst time of life. Exactly at the point in time when we'd be the most self conscious about it. I can still remember walking up to the mirror looking and noticing the difference between spots that were healing and the new ones that were coming up fresh that I'd have to deal with two weeks from now. And then one day, everything changed. And I want to suggest that you try the experiment too. You see, dairy products are a fairly new thing in human consumption. We haven't been doing it for very long, I mean, a few thousand years, but compared to our history, that's just a blip of time. And for many people, milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream is a huge trigger of acne and skin breakouts. And so if you take a small break from it, let me tell you what that might be like. You might miss it a little if you like those things. But you know what you won't miss? You won't miss the new spots. And so what I want to suggest to you is that a small experiment, a little test for a couple of weeks, might change everything and help you to clear up your skin without fancy scrubs, without medication with side effects so that you can look and feel great inside and out.
