My name is Radha Agrawal. I'm the founder and CEO of Daybreaker, the global morning dance community. We gather at sunrise to break the day with energy and intention. Imagine 500,000 people all across the globe waking up to dance, to belong, to come together, to experience a sense of deep exhale, of home. I've learned so much about building community, about what it takes. What are the ingredients to the most exciting, intentional, loving and lasting communities. And that's what I'm here to share with you today. Not just for your personal life, but I also want to share what we did at Daybreaker so that you can be empowered with the tools and the skills to be able to start your community from scratch and from wherever you are, whatever emotional space you're in. Because belonging is our universal and human right. And it is so exciting that you are here to take this first step with me in my brand new mindvalley quest. I'm going to share with you everything I learned in community building over the last decade. I'm going to peel back the curtain to how we built Daybreaker from the ground up, from zero community members to half a million community members. I'm going to share with you what I did in my own personal life. From feeling like I didn't belong at age 30 to building a thriving community now a decade later. And all the keys I'm going to share with you, you're going to find that you can do it too. So in part one of this quest, we're going to go in with gentle self awareness. We're going to look into our history and recognize what's held us back or what sort of experiences in our past have given us these limiting labels for ourselves. Or we're going to learn how to recognize energy as a vital ingredient in building community. How we show up energetically, how the world shows up, and how you select your community members based on energetic connection. We're going to listen with kindness. We're going to learn how to recognize this beautiful listening skill as it relates to creating lasting communities over time. We are going to learn how our brains, our neurochemistry, our dopamine, our oxytocin, our serotonin, our endorphins, what I call our dose, connect so deeply with belonging. How we need to think through our brain chemistry as it relates to the sense of belonging. We're going to go out with awe. We're going to go on nature walks together. We're going to not just learn sitting in our chairs, but when we get up, we're going to move our bodies. And then part two, we're going to go out, we're going to face the world together. I'm going to take you by the hand and we're going to build this community from the ground up. I'm going to share with you the crawl method for community building and we're going to really turn it into an action oriented game plan. Together we are going to learn how to embrace connection, move through conflict as a community. We're going to learn how to recognize the importance of the energy mix as you bring your community members together for the first time. It's not just about influencers to and famous people, but it's about the best energetic mix in a room. We are going to again recognize how to reverse engineer our understanding of our brains to create the most epic experiences for our community members so they want to keep coming back again and again and throughout it all we're going to move our bodies. So for the first time ever we are going to take all these complex topics and not just cut ourselves off the neck. We're going to move these topics into our body. We're going to every single day be doing a mini movement practice where I'm going to take these learnings that I share with you that can be quite complex into our body so that they become very easy to understand and embodied. And once they're embodied, you will never forget them. I'm so thrilled to go on this adventure with you, this quest to building more community both for yourself and for your organization. It starts with you and it starts today. After the 17 day quest. You're going to be so confident with who you are. You're going to be able to set the tone for the type of community that you want to build from the ground up. I have put so much of my love, effort, energy and all that I've learned into this quest. I hope you not only join me and learn these skills but you dance with me throughout. It's going to be a party. I'll see you out there, Sam.
