Point your lead foot toward someone when you talk to them. If their feet point away, they're ready to leave. Body language tells you what words won't.

Point your lead foot toward someone when you talk to them. If their feet point away, they're ready to leave. Body language tells you what words won't.
Now, if you want someone to feel important when you're talking with them face to face, put your lead foot pointing towards them, and they'll get a feeling that you kind of like them. And they don't know why, but it's because you pointed your foot at them. Now, if someone's pointing their foot or feet in a different direction, the head's with you, but the feet go that way. They're telling you that's where they want to go. Which means if you're talking, presenting, putting your case forward, you've got to change direction pretty quickly at that point because their body's saying, I'm about to leave.
