No one is a stranger except that we define them as one. No one is a stranger except that we choose to make them one because of our fear that maybe they'll take something from us or hurt us or harm us or judge us. But if we start to trust that they won't judge us if we are the first one to offer our vulnerability, to offer our love, to offer our presence, to offer our concern, our care and our curiosity if we offer that to some, anyone the tendency is very strong that they will accept that and themselves become more vulnerable, themselves become curious, let down their guard, let down their defenses. And what arises in that space created by that interaction is love. What arises in that space is trust, warmth, connection. And that's the way we need to be living our lives, all of us in this world and it's, and it's available to all of us right now with no degree, with no training.
