I want to tell you a story about this conquistador that would go and conquer other countries. And he would go with three ships. Three ships with 300 men in each ship. And one day, he climbed up the hill with 900 people. And when he got to the top, he saw that there were 90,000 people of the other enemy, we'll call them. That he wanted to conquer. And he said one very important thing. He said, burn the boat. You see, when you burn the boat, there's no way back. Each and every one of you must be the captain of your own ship.
