Hey, everybody. I'm here on set with Mindvalley and they've asked me to go online and go to a bunch of different platforms and just respond actively to questions and comments and things. So here we go. I'm going to Facebook. I am so lost. I don't know how to start a deep conversation. People get weirded out. Hmm. Help me. Oh, that's sweet. Well, if the help me is sweet, why are they getting weirded out? How do you start a deep conversation? So I call this creating instant intimacy. And the number one is be willing to share a little bit about yourself and then ask for a little bit from another individual. Then share a little bit more about yourself and ask for a little bit more from an individual. You could walk into a conversation and say, hey, you know, how have you been today? How was your weekend? Mine was really crazy. My two boys, my foster kids. You know, frankly, it's been a struggle, but we really had a really lovely weekend. But, yeah, it's been a struggle the last couple of weeks. My older boy has been really challenged with X, Y and Z. Right. So you're back and forth, but you're ratcheting up the level. Maybe you're too weirded out, either because you're asking too much all at once to get too much from them, or you're giving too much all at once. It's little repartee back and forth, you know, climbing the stairs. Okay, but can we have a quest on fitness by Keith Ferrazi? Yes. Look, one of my greatest passions is longevity, wellness, health. I work out almost every single day, no matter what. I get trainers everywhere I am. I would love that. But there are much better people out there like Kevin Kreder and some people that I follow that I think would be better than me. But sure, why not? I love it. The world needs more of my quotes. Keith Rossi's quotes. Thanks, Mindvalley, for sharing. Yes, thank you, mindvalley for sharing. Is networking about business or human connections? It's about both. I mean, I have found that networking is about human connections and about business. And what's even better is when the two go hand in hand where the business people that you're dealing with end up being your best friend, which is fantastic. 4. How did you come up with the concept of never eat Alone? Well, that was a lifetime. They always say, how long did it take for you to write your first book, Never Eat Alone? The answer was almost 40 years. How I came up with the title, though, is a more interesting question. Everything that made Neverita loan successful I fought against tooth and nail, including the title. I wanted the title to be you can't get there alone. But my publisher found one of the chapters which is really about hosting and dining, et cetera, and loved the title. Never read alone made it the book title and ended up being a good call. So there you go. I'm afraid of people not responding to my networking style. Are there tips? Hmm. I don't know what your networking style is. If you're aggressive, abusive, contradictory, then I can probably understand why. But if you're generous, authentic, then I'm not sure why they would be why you should be concerned. Does that help? How does Keith look so how does Keith look so fine is what it says with hearty things in an emoji. Thanks to my Italian genes, I suspect. And Mr. And this is Pete and Nancy Ferrazi, I guess. Let's go to Twitter. Let's go to Twitter. Were you ever an introvert and how did you deal with it? Yes, I not was, but I am an introvert. I recognized first and foremost that introversion is not a formula for success. So I had to work on it. And then I recognized that instead of being that charismatic, smarmy, eye darting, back slapping person that I didn't want to be, I decided to develop a methodology by watching people who are authentic, who are real, who walked into a room and really deeply connected with people. So I did a workaround as I've seen. So I know some real introverts. I mean Tony Hsieh from Zappos is a good buddy of mine. Very quiet, very reserved, but doing extraordinary things in this world. It is certainly not a limiting issue. Keith, I am kind of suck at being vulnerable. Any tips to get started? You know, I think like in anything small bites, just start with somebody you already feel comfortable with and be more vulnerable to them. You could take a friend or an associate and share with them something you've struggled about in the past that you've overcome. That's easier. You could take somebody you know reasonably well and share with them some struggle you have today, somebody you really well know and maybe a fear in the future. So small bites people you're comfortable with. Get bowling with them. Expand reboot. Heard Keith is launching a quest on building a stronger network with Mindvalley and I think all my dreams. Oh that's sweet. Just came true. That's nice. Yahoo. When is Keith filming a quest with mindvalley? I am filming a quest with Mindvalley now. What's it about? It is about Deepening the most authentic relationships and networking that will help supercharge your success. How does Keith know Vishen? You know, I was introduced to Vishen by a buddy of mine, Eric in New York City. I've certainly known in Mindvalley and known the work, but Vishen and I met through a mutual friend over dinner in New York and it was great. Glad I did. It's hopefully it'll be life changing for lots of people. Let's go to YouTube. What's going on in YouTube? So these are comments in response to the TED talk TED university talk that was posted. I can understand. That's great. I can't understand why this video hasn't had millions of views. I don't either. Keith is a snaccc snack. What is a snack when you're so beautiful that people want to eat you up? Well, at my age I will take an old snack, but I'll take a great snack. So thank you. Thank you. I am a Hershey's morsel. Appreciate that. Where is Keith Ferrazi right now? He is on set slaving away in the heat for you and your quest. So that's where I am right now. Okay, let's get back to work folks. This was really fun. If this is useful and you want me to do this kind of stuff, I'll do it. I've never done it before, but thank you for watching. If you're watching, if you're not watching, I guess you can tell me why you stop. But maybe if you're watching and you want me to be better at it, please tell me so I can be better at the next time. Let's stay connected. Bye Sa.
