first time here with us. So we got people coming in. I love this. I'm seeing returning people. Helena's back. Unity is back. Rebecca is back. And amazing. Lots of new people that are here as well. First-timers coming in. Diane's a first-timer. Karen's a first-timer. We got a bunch of people here. Okay. So if you were here before, you know that you're in store for some amazing stuff. And I hope that you get just as much value, if not more, than you did from last weekend. And for the people that are here for the very first time, amazing. Welcome to all of you. We're going to have an incredible day together. Quick housekeeping, really quick, because we have so much to get to today. If you can put your cameras on, we love seeing you and it helps so much with interaction with all of us. The chat is live, of course, keep it kind, keep it constructive, no self-promotion of any kind. But what I wanna do, this, the really important stuff here is I wanna do a quick check-in with everyone here. And you could do a show of hands, you can pop it in the chat. How many of you have felt even quietly, even if you've never said it out loud until today, that AI is moving faster than you can keep up with? Has anybody ever felt that way? Yeah, that every time you think you're starting to figure it out, something new drops and you're back to square one. That there's this version of your business and your life that you know is possible, but that gap between where you are and where you want to be seems to be getting wider, not narrower. That feeling is real and it's absolutely not your fault because here's what's actually happening. The AI landscape is not slowing down. I'm sure you've seen this. It's accelerating. There's new tools, there's new capabilities, there's new breakthrough. Every month there's a new breakthrough. Sometimes every week, sometimes every day, there's some kind of new breakthrough that people are reporting on with AI. And the people trying to keep up by piecing it together with YouTube videos and TikTok tutorials and social media posts, they're running faster and faster just to stay in the same place. Because the thing about AI, and I say this as someone who's made every single one of these mistakes out loud with full commitment is that AI actually has a bit of a Netflix problem. And what I mean by that is, do you know why people join Netflix? Well, because there's so much they could watch. And do you know why people tend to cancel Netflix? Well, it's the same reason. The abundance that pulls you in becomes the overwhelm that pushes you out. And that's exactly what happens to most of us with AI. We sign up for the promise of everything that it can do, and then we drown in the options. We drown in the tools, we drown in the tutorials, we drown in the noise that surrounds all of it. See, surface-level learning is gonna produce surface-level results in anything you do, AI included, and you end up more overwhelmed than when you started. And meanwhile, quietly, without making a big announcement about it, there's a small group of people who have actually figured something out. They stopped chasing tools. They stopped trying to keep up with every new thing that dropped. And instead, they built a system. One that works regardless of which tools come and go. One that compounds every single month. One that runs without them. And the gap between those people and everyone else, it isn't closing, it's growing. And I know this because I lived it. So if you don't know me, my name is Jason Goldberg. And besides being your host today, I've spent over a decade as a business coach and speaker. I'm a Mindvalley author. Author, and right now my main focus is running an e-commerce brand in the supplement space, which means I've had to figure out how to do about 15 jobs with a team of 1 and a budget that definitely does not include hiring 15 people. So I spent months doing what most people do, and maybe you've done this too. And, and if I'm not alone, just pop in the chat, me too, if you've done this as well. YouTube video after YouTube video, each one promising the complete guide, each one delivering about 17 minutes of theory and a lot of frustration. And I downloaded the tools and I tried the workflows and I got excited. And then I got overwhelmed and then I started over again. And then I had this moment, the first time I had a real, real AI session. I fed it everything, my voice, my frameworks, my content, my brand, hundreds of pages of who I am and what I'm building. And the responses coming back from Claude started filling my screen line after line of brilliant stuff. There were frameworks that I've been trying to articulate for years and they were just there right in front of me, fully formed. And I remember thinking like, this is it. I'm going to be unstoppable with all of this. And then at some point, 2 hours or so later, I looked up and I had a 40-page Google Doc. 40 pages. Because I didn't want to miss a single line of all the genius that was being created. But instead of feeling unstoppable, I felt completely paralyzed. I realized I had hired the world's most extraordinary research assistant. And then discovered I was the world's worst at managing them. See, the problem was never the AI. The problem was I didn't have a system. I had a collection, a collection of tools, a collection of information, but collections don't change your life. Collections don't change your business. Systems do. So before we bring our first teacher on, I want to do something with you because the system only works if you know what you actually want it to do for you. And, and most of us have never really stopped long enough to do that math. So we're going to take just a minute and do this. So grab something to write with. It can be notes on your phone. It can be a pad of paper, whatever it is. Just have something you can jot down some notes. And I want you to think about this. Think about a typical week, right? 7 days, 168 hours total. You have the same 168 hours as Beyoncé does. And there's 6 buckets that I want you to do kind of an audit for yourself on. And I want you to be honest, okay? Not aspirational about the time you're spending in these different buckets, but what it actually looks like now. Okay, so, so jot down these, these, these titles, these buckets, if you will. And then I want you to do this math here in a second. So the first bucket is work, right? And this is how many hours you are actually working, all of it, right? The emails at 11 PM, that counts. The Sunday morning check-ins, that counts. Thinking about work in the shower, all of it, it all counts. So write down your work number. Family. So this is quality time with the people you love. Not the time you're just in the same house. I mean the time you're actually present. Sleep. Now, not what you're supposed to get, not what all the experts say, but what you actually get. Not just the time you spend in bed, but the time you actually are having meaningful, peaceful, restorative sleep. The next bucket is health, and that can mean movement, exercise, anything that's actually good for your body. The next bucket is free time. Something you actually love, right? Not scrolling, actual joy. And the last bucket is commute, if it's applicable to you, the time that really belongs to neither your work or your life. So you should have all these 6 buckets: work, family, sleep, health, free time, and commute. Now I want you to take 60 seconds and just take a minute and fill those numbers in for yourself. Okay, so we're going to take 60 seconds and have you do that for yourself right now. All right. Thank you for taking the time to do that. It means a lot. It may seem like a trivial exercise, but what we're about to do means a lot for the, for what you're going to get out of these next 5 hours. So look at all those numbers that you've written down, but I want you to focus on one in particular and it's your work number, right? How many hours did you write down there for your work in a typical week? Now I want you to think about this. If AI could actually handle the tasks that don't require you specifically, the repetitive stuff, the administrative stuff, the things that drain you, not because they're hard, but because they're endless, how many hours would you get back? Take a second for yourself and just, just think about that. We don't need to take a, a long time for this. 5, 10 seconds. How many hours do you think you'd get back from that work number if you actually had AI handling those tasks? I want you to write that number down. And put it in the chat too as well if you, if you're willing to share with us here. It's a very, very important number. Thank you guys for those who are sharing in the chat. It means a lot and it's really helpful for all of us. I'm seeing big numbers, 40, 25, 56, 8 hours per day, 3, 25 to 30. Like these are massive numbers. These numbers you've just written down, that is what we're gonna call your freedom number, your freedom number. Now it's one thing to have that number to know what that number is, but the real question is what would you do with those reclaimed hours? Not what you should do, what actually matters to you. Now, for some of you, it's being present for dinner without having your phone in your hand. For some, it's that trip that you keep postponing. For others, those hours actually go right back into work, but it's the right work. It's the initiative that you've been putting off in your company. It's the part of your business that actually excites you, but never gets your best energy because by the time you get there, You're running on fumes. So I'd love for you to share that in the chat too. What would you do with that time? Whatever that freedom number is for you, tell us the freedom number and tell us one thing you would do at that time. Because this is you setting the vision for why you're doing what you're doing right now, why you're spending your Saturday with us. It's not to learn about AI, it's to get to this freedom number. It's to free your Fridays. Yes, start other businesses. I love this. More efficient work, more creativity, more time with my family or recreation, singing lessons, art, creative, socialize, be be in nature, focus on my health, immerse myself in research, learning, creativity. These are beautiful. I love this. Look at this. Like, you guys are here for the right reason. This is what it's actually about. It's not about AI. It's not about tools. It's not about keeping up with the latest thing that dropped this week. It's about getting back to the life you actually want. And the method you're going to learn today, there are 5 steps built sequentially, designed to work regardless of which tools come and go. That's the vehicle that gets you there. So today we're gonna go deep on 3 of those 5 steps, and these are the 3 that 150,000 Summit attendees rated the highest from last weekend. And those are the talks on the brain, the team, and the system. And the man kicking us off today built this method from the inside out. He used it to cut a day and a half from his own work week. He launched multiple new companies. He even immersed himself in a standup comedy course for a week and then did a 5-minute set on stage live. It's true. I was there and I saw it in real life. And let me just say, Kevin Hart, watch your back. He's going to show you the single most important thing that most people skip. The thing that takes your AI output from generic to genuinely yours. And I'm about 82% sure this is the actual human you're going to hear from and not his AI avatar twin. Please welcome the founder of Mindvalley, Vishen Lakhiani.
Thank you, Jason. It's good to be here. Jason, confirming you can hear me loud and clear?
Can hear you perfectly.
Thank you, Jason. And guys, it's nice to see all of you. So I got deep into AI when I started dabbling with ChatGPT when it was first announced, which I believe was around January 2022. Now here's what was really interesting. That month on my website, we had 35 jobs listed for marketing positions. 35 jobs. As soon as I started playing with ChatGPT, I noticed something shocking. It was able to produce output when prompted right. It was able to produce output that was as good as some of our junior marketers, not as good as the top, but as good as many of the junior marketers. But then I realized something else. When I looked at the research, they were saying that AI was doubling in cost to power, the power to cost ratio, every 3.3 months. So, wow, it was good as a marketing intern right now. Where's it gonna be 3 months from now? Then it's gonna double again. Then it's gonna double again. And when I looked at the doubling, I realized something. I went back to my job site. Careers.Mindvalley.com. I looked at the 35 jobs and I told my team, guys, I've gone through all of these jobs. We're gonna have to cancel 30 of them. We only need 5 people in our division for business, marketing, um, customer support and so on. Now that was scary, but my assessment turned out to be true. AI hit the world with a wallop and it's continued to grow. And that doubling every 3.3 months, here's the crazy part, it's accelerating. What I'm going to share with you in this presentation are some thoughts about AI that I've developed from coming back from Peter Diamandis' Abundance Summit in LA 2 weeks ago. Some of the world's leading authorities in AI were speaking there, and it's shocking what is emerging. Elon Musk among one of them. But then I'm going to show you what I have done. And I have gone deep with AI and integrated it with my company. So just as a background for those of you who are new, my company in 2022, January, in that month employed 400 people and was doing $140 million in revenue. Today we employ 200 people. About half our, our headcount is no longer needed. So we're a lot more lean, a lot more operationally efficient. And I know there's a sadness that comes with this because it also means that jobs are disappearing. But there's a flip side of it which people don't often talk about. It is easier than ever to create companies. So while companies are becoming smaller, the overall blossoming of new companies is accelerating. In January this past year, 500,000 new companies were registered in the United States. And the reason for that is because AI has made the cost of starting a business far, far, far lower. How much lower? 95% lower. Now, this is actual data that I've seen. So about 2 years ago, I was trying to start a new business. But I had to pause it because it was getting too expensive. We were trying to build a social network around people interested in wellness, in, in personal growth, and to just build the basic app, I had to put in $600,000. And then every new feature, so I'd speak to our customers and I'd ask for a new feature. Every new feature was $100,000 in development costs, 3 months to develop with a a powerful team, a great team in India. That was 2 years ago. Now in February this year, a new AI dropped, a new version of Claude called Opus 4.6, and it turned out Opus 4.6 is incredibly good at coding. So I gave my team a challenge. I'm like, that app that 2 years ago we spent $600,000 trying to build, and then we had to pause because we were running out of money, how much will it cost to recreate that right now? And so we did in 4 weeks for a cost of $20,000. That's a 97% drop. But here's the great part. Adding a new feature now doesn't take $100,000. It takes 1 person, 1 day. Let me repeat, 1 person, 1 day. The cost of that is roughly $2,000 for a, um, a good person. But it gets even wilder. For the new apps that I'm building, I'm not even using many additional programmers. I'm just building it myself as a founder. For new websites, I'm building it myself as a founder. In January, I spoke a website into existence. I kid you not. I spoke to the AI and I gave the AI 7 hours of recorded meetings and interviews with my— with the co-founder of my supplement company. His name is Sean Welts. The AI took all of that and created the perfect supplement website for us. The website is running right now. It's doing hundreds of thousands in revenue every month. The AI built that. It was spoken into existence. I just needed one person working, uh, one day to put it up on Shopify. And this is the world we have stepped into, and it's exciting. So yes, there is a scary part of AI. Jobs are disappearing. We cannot deny that. But the positive side are those 500,000 new businesses that were formed in America just in January, and that the cost of starting each of these businesses has fallen by 95%. What does that mean to you? AI is going to provide great disruption, but it's also going to provide great opportunity. So what I want to teach you and what Mindvalley's AI training system is about is If you are a founder, this is going to eliminate the cost of running your business by a massive amount. Whatever you're doing right now, you're probably going to be able to do with half the employees. If you're an employee, this is going to allow you to start a new business at 1/20th of the startup costs as it did 2 years ago. If you are someone who is a solopreneur, it's going to allow you— and if you decide you want to continue working 5 days a week, You're going to be able to do at least 5 to 10 times your current productivity. Or maybe you're a founder and you've decided that you simply want to cut back on your work. So I now work 3 weeks a month and I take 1 week off to just do something that my heart calls me to do. So as Jason was saying, I studied stand-up comedy. I took a week-long, 40-hour stand-up comedy course. This is the opportunity. This is what your freedom number represents. The reality is we are literally, folks, living in the future. But the reason we didn't see it coming is this curve. So when AI was first coming out, so way back in 2013, I was part of the innovation board for the XPRIZE Foundation. It's an educational foundation that rallies together some of the world's greatest inventors to launch new technologies that can help humanity. I worked on many interesting new technologies, new models of housing for refugees, new ways to clean up landfills. And during that time, I got to meet some of the early AI pioneers. I remember in 2013, I was having lunch with one of the guys from CERN in Switzerland, one of the labs that invented the World Wide Web. And he was showing me what AI looked like. And my God, we were in the Valley of Disappointment. I was like, dude, this is cool, but way too geeky. I don't see how this is going to apply in my life. What he was showing me was an AI that had a stunning 80% accuracy could identify a dog from a cat from a picture. Wow. That was slow clap. So I was so unimpressed, and so were all of us. That's the valley of disappointment. But the thing about AI is it's growing at an exponential rate. And now we are in a level where most people are not even aware of what has happened. So the difference between what actually has happened and what you think is going to happen is what is called the value of opportunity. And the people who bridge that gap, they're going to be the leaders of this new era because most people are not aware of what is available out there. But if you're aware, incredible things are going to happen. So this is what happened when I became aware. Firstly, this is a picture of me with close friends celebrating my birthday party in Sevilla in January. I was able to It was super fun. But the funny thing was this. I spent 8 days in Sevilla. 8 days. Now, I'm a busy man. I've got kids. I have a company to run now, 200 employees. We no longer need 400. Company's doing hundreds of millions in revenue. I have responsibilities. But I could spend 8 days in Sevilla with friends. Why? Because friends matter to me. Human beings matter to me. And the age of AI, is allowing me to get more connected with human beings because I can now take 1 week off every month. In fact, I could actually take 2 weeks off every month, but I like what I do. And then after that, last month in February, I took a week off to go on a road trip with my kid. We went to Spain, and then my son had a friend in Andorra. This picture was taken in Andorra, and he's like, I really want to visit my friend. Could we take another day off and go visit Andorra? and I could immediately say yes. Why? Because I have that flexibility. I have more time with my kids. In fact, tomorrow, the reason we're doing the summit today on a Saturday when we normally do it on Sunday is because tomorrow Sunday I'm flying to Namibia and my children and I are gonna spend 2 weeks camping across Africa. Namibia, Botswana, Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, 2 weeks. I have more time than ever to be a dad because of AI. And then this is my stand-up comedy course. So last month in February, not only did I take a week off to travel across Spain, I took a week off to study stand-up comedy just because I wanted to study something weird, something silly, something that lit me up. And I can afford to do that because of AI. So when people tell me AI is taking away our humanity, I completely disagree. AI is giving us back our humanity. What it is taking away is BS work that our soul never really wanted to do in the first place. But what you need to do is to understand how to structure your life so this BS work disappears. Now, this is a message from a student of mine. So when I was in Spain in February, I was invited to give a 2-hour session on AI. Part of what you're seeing now was what I shared in that 2-hour session, but I was able to go deeper, right? Because we had more time. It was to EO Entrepreneurs' Org Barcelona, group of top-level entrepreneurs. And one of them sent this letter to the rest of the group 2 days ago after listening to my talk. So my talk was, I challenged everyone there to just stop working Fridays and instead go deep into AI. Now, this is what he said. Hey all, wanted to share while sitting on a beach in Rio, I have Built an entire HTML website and draft for 2 separate businesses. Created a personal brand and full social media strategy plan and script for videos. Built an entire consulting coaching strategy and work program with 15 worksheets, 5 speaker drafts, and PowerPoints. Finished writing the draft of my book and 70% through editing. And I've not once opened my MacBook. All done from my iPhone. All while playing in the sea with my kids, drinking coconut water, and enjoying life. I wanted to share this experience as I can now see how far as entrepreneurs this total life-changing shift and change for my personal mindset. Dispatch is fucking awesome. Dispatch is a tool to allow you to connect with Claude. My projects have full artifacts, files, and detailed project instructions, and I still have only scratched the Claude code surface. And now I know I can build and run any company from anywhere I want when I start a new one. There is zero reason for taking for not taking every Friday off. Thank you for this amazing group. This is truly the power of EVO, and I'm so proud to be part of it. This is what is gonna be possible for every single one of you if you decide to go into AI mastery, if you decide to really understand how to link the various AI systems together. And it takes just a few hours a week, and you can probably do this all in 4 months flat. No matter how old you are. So here's another story. Every month on the Mindvalley community, I invite people for coffee. In January, I was having coffee with 12 people. They had flown down from all around the world. I just posted it in our app, and these wonderful people showed up. One of them was a 60-year-old woman from Berlin called Elizabeth. And Elizabeth showed me what she had been building after listening to my talks on vibe coding. This woman, 62, had decided to build her own iPhone app for meditation. And she'd gone ahead and actually built an app for Samsung TV that plays beautiful graphics so their TV can become this art piece for your wall. And I was blown away. 62 years old, building apps, and she started with no experience. She just learned this from Mindvalley. She flew all the way from Berlin just to have coffee with me because she felt the story needed to be shared. That is the power of what happens when you go deep with AI. Your age, is not going to be an excuse. What you know right now, not going to be an excuse. That so many of us create these bullshit excuses in our head. Too complex. I'm not math-oriented. Didn't have a high GPA. I'm too old. Well, I'm a guy who basically almost flunked out of college. My GPA was 2.54, and I'm 50. If I can learn this, like, all of you can, and all of you can because the average age of our AI students is 56, 55, 56, and they are doing amazing things. Now, the secret is this. It is not which tool, it is which structure. There's a method to this madness, and it's not, oh, let's jump on this tool. Oh, I saw this new Instagram video of this tool. Oh, this YouTube video is talking about something else. If you chase the tools, That's like chasing the horizon. You can run towards the horizon. You are never going to reach it because the horizon is always moving away from you. It's the same with AI tools. It's not about the tools, it's about the method. And when you learn the structured method of AI and building AI to run your business, that's when the game changes. So what I want to show you is exactly how this works. And there are going to be two parts to this presentation. Okay? So the first part, what I'm going to do is I'm simply going to— and I'm looking at all the comments coming in. This is so nice. So what we're going to do is I'm first going to give you the structure, then we're going to go deep. I'm actually going to workshop. I'm actually going to show you live demonstrations on Claude. Claude is the best AI right now. And what we're going to do is I'm going to show you how to bring some of these things alive. Today itself, you're going to learn some really powerful tools. But again, it's not about the tool. It's about the structure. So what is the structure? Mindvalley, my company, was recently highlighted as a role model private company for our use of AI. In fact, we became a university case study at the University of Milan, and we were just spoken about at an AI conference in Hawaii. And this is the method that I teach my team. I built this method myself with various AI experts, like literally people who, people who teach on AI mastery, like Man and Dave, who has been in Time magazine 5 times for his inventions, people like Daniel Priestley, people like Noel, whom you're gonna hear from today. So I fine-tuned this with all of them. I went out, I got all of the best experts. I applied this to my team. And this is what happened. Not only did my team double their productivity, this is why we now work with 200 people rather than 400, but I eliminated 90% of my work. 9-0. Not a day and a half. That's how it started. 90%. That's where I am right now. So I could theoretically get my entire week of work done 4 hours on a Monday if I wanted to. And then do the rest of the time, do whatever I want. Instead, what I've decided to do is I've decided to start 3 additional companies. The average size of each company is 4.3 people. Each of these companies is probably going to be, you know, worth quite a bit. And I'm doing that because I want to be a job creator. I have a lot of employees. I can see where it's going. My main company is going to need less and less people. I'm creating more jobs in these other companies, and these other companies are also great ideas, which I'm so excited about. You know, I just love working on that, but I'm working on them differently. I no longer have to work with a team of engineers in India and worry about time zones. I just speak to my AI, it builds the website, and now it's building code. And all of this, this ability only became emergent in the world recently, as in February of this year, last month. And this is something that I'm so excited to get to every entrepreneur because imagine the power. When you can speak an app into existence, when you can build a website just by speaking about it. Okay? Now I'm gonna go into this method and I want you to take a photo of this. Okay? Take a photo of this to understand this method because you are gonna learn this and you think you know AI, but I can guarantee you, you don't. Because when I showed this to engineers, They were not thinking about it right. So this diagram looks complex. I'm going to simplify it as much as I can. Okay, now the 5-step process is this: vision, brain, creation process, team, and overall system. Okay, vision, brain, creative process, team, overall system. Now in this highlight event, we are going to focus on brain, team, and overall system. We're going to give you some of the best snippets from our AI Summit. The AI Summit went deep into this, but we won't be able to cover everything. The AI Summit was free. It happened last weekend. About 80-something thousand of you guys took part. I'm sorry you guys missed it, but I'm glad you could be here for the highlights. Okay? Now I want to break each of these down. So you understand what this looks like. So the first thing is, before we get there, I need you to understand the speed of AI development. All right. So this is called the Arc AGI semi-private BL scores over time. AI price to performance doubles every 3.3 months. Now, what does this mean? It means roughly, let's just for simple math, let's make it 3 months. It means that roughly every quarter AI is doubling in power. Now, if AI is doubling in power every quarter, how powerful will AI be in 5 years? This is what you have to understand. But first, I want you to go ahead and guess. Okay, so first, It's gonna be a million times more powerful. Here's how the math adds up. In the first year, at the end of the first year, it's gonna be 16 times more powerful. At the end of year 2, 256 times more powerful. Now it's gonna continue doubling and doubling and doubling and doubling and doubling. In 5 years, the AI that you're using right now is going to be a million times more powerful. And every great AI expert gets this. The world is going to be completely transformed. And this is why it's so important to understand where AI is going. Here's what, what the math looks like. This is what a 3-month doubling looks like when you stack it over 5 years. The AI that you're using now, by the way, is 256 times more powerful than what AI was 2 years ago. And the innovations are continuing at breakneck speed. Today, Google— well, actually, in the past 48 hours or so, Google announced a new breakthrough that effectively like 6Xs the amount of memory that AI can do. And I think it 8Xs the speed at which AI can process things. And many software companies, storage companies saw their stock just fall by 25%. These breakthroughs are accelerating. I've seen AI that's not yet released to the world that can process something complex in 0.016 seconds. And this is going to be available to most of us within 1 year. So the breakthroughs are so fast that Opus 5, which is expected to come out anytime soon. Opus 4.6, which is the cloud we are on right now, you can already use it for coding. This is already way beyond live coding. You can build complex apps with it, but Opus 5 takes it to the next level. Most of you will be able to speak your website into existence. I can do that now because I've structured things, but it's gonna get, it's gonna get more capable. The only difference, the thing that determines success is how you structure the way you communicate with the AI. And by the way, this is not stopping. Quantum computing is opening up greater processing, greater power. And quantum computing, we are making leaps in innovation, leaps and bounds in innovation in quantum computing. If you are aware of Moore's Law, that's how quantum computing versus Moore's Law stacks up. So we have overtaken Moore's Law. Again, it's wild. At the event I was at, Elon Musk was there, and Peter Diamandis asked Elon, do you think we have reached that point when AI is improving itself and thus we're going to see this further exponential gain? When are we going to get there? And Elon said, Peter, we're already there. Okay, so this is where we are in the world today. So this happened 2 weeks ago as well. Anthropic— we were discussing this at the conference I was at— Anthropic reveals the potential AI job disruption. Versus real AI use. Okay? So if you're a cook, a mechanic, lifeguard, bartender, dishwasher, electrician, your jobs are safe. But let's go deeper into here. This is the amount of capability AI will have for all of these other jobs. If you're a lawyer, 90% of your work can be taken over by AI. If you're in computer and math, 95% of your work. Business and finance, 90% of your work in most areas. 90% of your work is gone. So my area was mostly management. Look at that, 90% of management work is now gone. And this is a reality, guys. If I show you what, what we're doing right now, it's, it's, it's crazy. I have AI with a WhatsApp number in WhatsApp group that know me so well. They are running a team in a WhatsApp group as me. The team knows it's the AI, but the team doesn't have to talk to me anymore. The AI— the team just speaks to my AI. All of these are happening at a lightning pace. Office and admin, 90% gonna be done. Arts and media, this part of us that we thought was purely human, 80% gonna be overtaken. Okay? So what used to take 6 months can now be done in 1 week. But what it takes is the system. All right. So here's how I want you to think about AI. So the system has 5 parts. The first part is letting AI understand your vision. And your vision has to do with memories, live data, like what's going on right now in your company, your goals. Where do you want to be? All of this is user info. And this is what is fed into AI. The AI must know who you are and what you're seeking. But the second part is the brain. You must help fill the AI's brain. And you do this with recordings, with information from your websites or scraping websites. You do this with documents and you do this with notes, like little notes that you give the AI. Okay, then there is skills. So skills are unique abilities that you can get your AI to download instantly. Unique abilities. Have you ever seen the movie The Matrix when Neo goes and he learns kung fu and then Keanu Reeves goes into this incredible kung fu scene? Your AI has that ability. These are called skills. Now you'll see something else I call MCP. That's really cool. I can Show you that later if we have time. MCP is where one AI can talk to another AI. Now, all of this is an output that results in tasks, reports, social media, marketing, even websites. And this is how you share this with your team and you teach your team how to refine this, make it better, deploy this, and so on. All of this goes into a recursive system. Where the AI starts learning from you. This is called machine learning, and the AI gets better and better as it understands you. It doesn't just create an Instagram post, it then understands how the Instagram post did. And over— by analyzing maybe 100 posts, it starts to notice patterns and it starts to make itself better. This is a really powerful tool. That's what happens when the entire system comes together. So Would you guys like to go deeper in this? Okay, so let's look at this again. Okay, so again, please take a screenshot of this. The vision, the brain, the creation process, the team— that's how the AI works with your team and your team comes together— and the overall system. Okay, now let's talk about vision, and I'm going to actually show you some live demonstrations. Live demonstrations really make me nervous, uh, because sometimes things can break. Um, I was actually giving an AI class to my team yesterday. And on that particular moment, Claude, um, Opus 4.6 went down. It went down globally because so many people were using it. Uh, so we never know what's gonna happen. So all I ask is your patience if anything breaks. Okay? So I'm gonna put some of these in slides and then we're gonna go do live demonstrations. So I'm gonna teach you like some of the most useful things you can build. So the first thing is the vision, what you are seeing. Is an image of my AI memory. So I've constructed my own memory architecture for AI, and this memory architecture understands the nodes of everything happening in my life. You'll see that big blue thing over there is my daughter Eve. It understands Eve. It understands me. It knows my goals. It knows my— it knows what I care about. It knows my company. So as an example, I clicked on a note called Mexico, and it gives me everything that has to do with me and Mexico, all the things that Mexico is connected to, because my AI has memory at this level. You don't have to be able to read the text, don't worry. You just need to understand memory, okay? My AI can be highly, highly, highly accurate. Now, this is what many people don't get. You think your AI is doing good copywriting, but unless you're a real copywriter If you haven't set the system well, your AI is giving you decent copy but not great copy. And so we don't get the results that we want. The difference between decent copy and great copy is about 1,000 times improvement in conversion. So this applies to websites, applies to Instagram Reel captions, applies to YouTube scripts, applies to anything to do with marketing, applies to even like your LinkedIn profile. Many people see output and they go, wow, I'm a genius. This is amazing. No. If you actually bring in a world-class email writer, a world-class copywriter, they can see nuance. So how do you get to like 90% world-class experts or even above? That's where this system comes in. Okay? Now the second part of the system is the brain. What you're seeing over here are examples of my AI brain. Now again, I'm sophisticated enough where I build my own systems. That I share, by the way. I share it with our students. But you can build your brain yourself. In ChatGPT or in Claude, these are called projects. And we're going to show you how to do that. I'm actually going to show you an actual brain and show you how to do it within the next 30, 28 minutes, which is how much time I have. What you're seeing over here are examples of my brain. So I have my books. I have Vishen's courses. I have exponential change ideas. This is where any lecture, anything I learn about AI, I dump it in there. I have my newsletters. They all go in a brain. And I have my Speaking in Authority. This is Mindvalley's courses on speaking because I want to always learn to be a better speaker. So these are examples of AI brains. Now, my AI is able to access that brain at will and pull out any type of knowledge I want. So let me give you an example. This Wednesday, I asked my AI to sit in on a meeting with my team. Listen to what we were discussing. We were discussing the idea for a new Mindvalley newsletter. And then I asked my AI to just directly go and write the newsletter in my voice using everything that we were discussing to the Mindvalley audience that the AI recognized and to understand a great angle for a newsletter and to bring in perfect writing skills and email newsletter skills. And the AI was able to do it in one shot. We went from meeting to actual newsletter before the meeting was even over. We were using this exact process. The AI understood me. The AI had my brain. It had all my prior newsletters. The AI downloaded a skill, newsletter writing skill. And then the AI deployed it to my team for them to put into our software and to send out. Here's the thing. Before we would have a 30-minute meeting on our newsletter, then I would have to go into writing mode for 3 hours. Then I'd send it to my team. They'd give me feedback. I go into writing mode again for an hour. Newsletter done. Now the newsletter is done in that 30-minute meeting. And by done, I mean done. It's ready. I'm done. I just review it and I go, yep, those are my ideas. Why? Because my brain is now in the AI. So that's the power of my brain. And this is what it looks like. The AI has every book I've written, every course I've written. So here's a tip, right? And I'm going to show you this. We're going to show you how to actually build an AI brain. But if you are not a writer, if you don't have a body of work like I do, this is called the walk-in-the-park technique. And I teach my employees to do this. The more your AI knows you, the better it can serve you. Okay? So I want you to go to a cafe, not now, but later. Buy your favorite drink. And I want you to take out your phone. Open up the Memo app on your Android or iPhone. Sorry, there's a siren passing behind me. And then as you walk through the park, I want you to tell your AI the following. I'm going to share some personal things about me. I want you to listen and truly get to know me. Ask any clarifying questions that you need. Okay? Then I want you to talk about the following 4 things. I call it The SEED model. This is an AI model that I use to build AI that truly knows human beings. So what does SEED stand for? S-E-E-D. The S stands for sadness. Tell the AI what makes you sad. Why? Because you really know someone when you're vulnerable, right? What really makes you sad? By knowing what makes you sad, the AI knows what not to do. It also knows to do the opposite. Then ask the AI, what are— sorry, then tell the AI, I want you to tell me— sorry, I want to tell you what I'm excited about. And speak about what makes you excited. What type of work makes you excited? What lights you up? So that's the E. Now the second E stands for endowment. That means your gifts. Tell the AI what you're good at. I'm really good at writing. I'm really good at humor. I believe I'm really good at teaching, but I think I could get better. And then the— and then go deeper. Explain why. And then finally, dream. Tell the AI your dreams. Now, dreams are different from goals. Goals are subsets of dreams. Dreams are goals that might be unrealistic. That's okay. Tell the AI your unrealistic goals. Maybe the AI might help you make it realistic. Goals are things that you actually put down, you know, realistic, target, deadline. Tell it your goals as well. Seed, sadness, excitement, endowment, goals. Okay? Do not stop until an hour has elapsed. And also, don't share anything that if you were writing a book, you wouldn't want to publish to the world. You don't want anything hyperpersonal to be leaked to the AI, right? Let's say you have a specific allergy. You wouldn't want to put that in a book, your specific thing that could kill you. Don't tell that to the AI. But everything else is good. If you, if you have certain things about the world that make you sad that you want to share and you're open writing a book, do that. So that's the rule. That's all you take. I don't want to hear excuses from any of you that, oh, Vishen, you've written books, you write a newsletter. I don't know. That 1 hour will get you 50% there. Do you guys think you can do this? Okay, sadness, excitement, endowment, drama, and dreams. Okay, now you have the brain. Now we go on to the next part, the creation process. So here's something that people don't get. Skills. Your AI can download skills. So these are some skills that I ask my Claude to download. Now, how do you ask your AI to download skills? It's simple. I tell my Claude, hey, could you download and build a LinkedIn post skill so you can help me better with LinkedIn posts? It'll go and hum for a while. It takes about 10 minutes, and it'll write its own set of instructions to help you with any LinkedIn posts. So these are actual skills that I ask my AI to download— a decision analyzer, A writing voice. I ask it to analyze my, my writings and figure out my writing voice so I could give it anything and it could put it in, in my writing style. Social captions for Instagram. These are skills. Okay? So we're gonna go, I'm gonna demo this. I'm gonna show you how to do this. And then finally, the T. How do we get AI to communicate? So Jasmine is my chief legal officer. Norman is my CTO. And I'm Vishen, of course. Recently, Jasmine, I was building a new feature in my AI, and Jasmine looked at the feature and said, Vishen, you cannot release this. This feature wouldn't meet compliance for this Idaho law on privacy. I'm like, oh man, do we just launch this but not do it in Idaho? I said, Jasmine, listen, rather than have a meeting, What I want you to do is to just take everything that you've researched, just dump it in a messy Google Doc file, then spew out whatever you are thinking in a voice note. Just send it to me. And by the way, I want it to be messy. I'm not even gonna read it. I took it and I fed it into the AI that was actually coding our software. The AI understood everything. And firstly, here's what it did. And I was shocked because this was a long list. There were like 17 different items we had to fix from GDPR, privacy policy, all of this to be compliant. The AI said, Good call by Jasmine, because if you had launched your product without these fixes, you would've violated certain privacy laws in certain jurisdictions. It's not worth the risk. Would you like me to fix this? I'm like, oh, all right, well, go ahead and fix it. It hummed. 2 hours later, it sent me a report. 70% were fixed, but then it said, there's still 30%. I need clarity. Here are 6 questions I need Jasmine and Norman to answer for me. And so what I did was I told it, can you put that out as a WhatsApp message I can send them? It said, no problem. It created that WhatsApp message. I sent it to Jasmine and Norman. They're gonna get back to me on Monday. Issue gone. Now, in the past, something as complex as this would've cost $50,000 to $100,000 in legal fees. We'd have to go and hire a GDPR law firm. I know because I've had to do this before for other software that I launched. GDPR lawyers, lawyers in Europe, lawyers in the UAE, wherever we want to launch our software, hundreds of thousands, 5 months of back and forth. This was done in 24 hours, 70% accomplished, and it'll probably be completed in 48 hours. This is what happens when AI and the team are connected. So now in our team communication, there's always an AI in the middle. And yes, I see Cindy asking, do you have an AI member on the team?
Yes.
It's even in our WhatsApp group. She has a name, Eliza. She has a personality. She, at 6:00 PM, will even analyze all her conversations with everyone in my team, figure out who was her favorite human, and write them a note of appreciation. So that's how AI works in the team. And when you bring it all together, you have a learning loop where the AI and team are getting smarter and smarter every day. Okay? So why is this important? When you do this right, AI becomes your ally. And this can be really important. Now, we spoke about work, and I'm gonna show you some work. But what I wanna show you is what it means for your personal life. So in October, something really bad happened. I developed this allergy, and I couldn't figure it out what was going on. My whole body started getting redness. I started getting rashes. I was actually allergic to some foods and some supplements, but I didn't truly understand what was going on. I thought it was stress. And so I started panicking. I started thinking, man, I'm getting older. My body can't take this. And, you know, and I did some positive things to alleviate stress, went for a retreat, increased meditation, took more L-theanine, but it didn't help. What I didn't understand was I was getting a histamine reaction. So one day I decided to do this. I was sitting up at night and it had gotten really bad that day. I remember I was with dinner with some friends and I was just itchy all over. I couldn't enjoy the dinner. I went to the bathroom in that restaurant. I looked at myself in the mirror and I yelled at my body. And you never want to do this, but I was so deeply frustrated. I felt broken. And I told my body, what the frick is going on? Why the hell are you doing this to me? I've treated you so well. Why do I have to go through this discomfort? Am I going to deal with this for the rest of my fricking life? And I was so deeply frustrated. Now, I went home that day. I left the dinner early. I went home that day and I certainly had this thought, well, why don't I just dump my supplement stack into AI and see if maybe one of my supplements was triggering it? Now, the good thing was this. Everything I do that is data, I make it AI-friendly. So I put it in a Google Sheet. So this is basically like a sheet. I'm using a sheet tool called Airtable, but you can also do Google Sheets. These are the supplements I'm taking. Lion's Mane. This is my actual list. Okay. And then you can see the frequency. And then March 2026, it means I'm taking it that month. So there's morning fasted, morning fed. I can see some of these have special ingredients and you can see why I'm taking it. Some are nootropics, some are feet injury because I had plantar fasciitis. Cardiovascular and metabolic. So I just fed this into the AI and I told the AI, I'm feeling itchy very frequently. What happens? What is going on? Now, this is what happened. The AI went through all of the supplements and it found out what was happening and it built a beautiful webpage for me. And on that webpage, the AI showed me exactly what to take, exactly what to remove. Exactly what was triggering histamine. It showed me that I was taking zinc without copper. That's a negative synergy. It told me, and I was blown away. I went and I fine-tuned my supplement stack. Now, for some stupid reason, I thought it was stress. I didn't understand it was my supplement stack. So, I was looking at the wrong thing. But in 48 hours, It was gone, and my body was my body again. And this is why it's so important. Now, in this, this, this case study, I want you to see the first 3 systems that I shared were actually here. The AI knowing you, the AI, by the way, knowing your supplement stack, the AI having a brain. In this case, I formalized my stack and given it to the AI. The AI knowing me, meaning it knew that I was going through the itchiness. It knew what the symptoms were like. I built a brain, and I had the AI download a skill, supplement analyzer. I put all three of that together, and the output literally saved my life. And so I want you to know that this isn't just going to change the way you work. This could be something that completely transforms your health. And by the way, recent studies have shown that AIs are more accurate than medical doctors. And I hate to say it, I have many doctors in my family. I have an Indian family, so obviously a lot of doctors. But AIs are also more empathetic than the doctors because they can be one-on-one with you. Nothing against doctors. Doctors have so many clients. So here's another example, okay? I, um, this happened summer. I shared this at the last AI Mastery. I was putting on weight. I couldn't understand why. I had, I photographed my food and I fed it into the AI. The AI did an analysis. And started and was able to tell me exactly why I was gaining belly fat. I'd gone from 80 centimeters to 88 centimeters in 7 weeks. Couldn't understand why, and it had to do with low fiber, okay, which causes a high insulin response in gut and poor gut signaling. The AI started teaching me how to create new recipes that were fiber-rich. I would feed that into the AI. You can see here I'm eating a very fiber-rich Chinese cucumber salad with my extremely unhealthy ramen. What can I say? I love ramen. And in 6 weeks, look at the weight, my waist circumference. It went from 86.8 to 80.65. Why? I shared with the AI my personal food. I gathered data on my measurements. I photographed my food. I had it download a skill as a nutritionist. So most people will do one of the three. 90% of you doing one of the three. But if you can combine all of these three, and remember, part 4 is sharing with the team. Part 4 applies to business. Part 5 is fine-tuning. If you can do these first three, you get amazing results. Okay? AI can transform your health and help identify patterns you're not aware of. And you can turn ChatGPT even into your own medical advisor. This is the world we are in right now. And it's a very, very, very exciting world. Now, what I'd like to do is actually show you some of this and teach you. Okay, so this is the website that I told you about where the AI built— it analyzed my supplement stack and it told me where, what to change the frequency. And look, it built this page for me. So all of this is done with Claude. Okay, it told me, see, Alpha GPC, this was increasing my histamine. Morning, It told me to add DAO enzyme reducing histamine. And this is how after 4 months of agony, I was able to heal my body. It told me what to pause. Pause MSM. This was the culprit. And pause collagen 1 and 2. Doesn't mean all of you have to pause it. Just for me, this was what was reacting to me. So, how do you do this? Very simple. You can see the long thread conversation over here. And many people don't know this, but you just ask Claude, build a website for me to make this clear. And then once you do that, you can publish the website. Okay, you can publish it. Okay, now let's go back to the, the, the model. Okay, the model that we were talking about. So again, vision, brain, create, team, and part 5 is system. Now, one of you asked a really interesting question. Should I use ChatGPT or Claude? So what I want to say is this. ChatGPT is great. It's definitely a boon to the world. I was using ChatGPT heavily for about 3 years. Today, 95% of my work is on Claude, and most serious AI users use Claude. And I'll tell you why. Skills. These skills are unique thing that the Claude team invented and it's game changer. And in AI Mastery, in for my team, we encourage everyone to use Claude, not ChatGPT. The price is the same, $20, $20. ChatGPT, I still have it because I mean, it's only $20, but I use it when I'm planning a trip with my kids. I want to research history. Cloud, I use it for serious work. Cloud is simply a lot more powerful, and that's what most people say right now. Okay, now the experiments we're going to do use Cloud. So this is what Cloud looks like when you open it. Okay, and again, $20 a month. It's super, super, super affordable. So let's look at a very simple case study, and I'm going to show you how to apply this model to a simple case study. This is the case study. My team sent me a script for me to record and produce as an Instagram video. Now, it's not a bad script, but this is what most people do. They will take this script, copy it, go to Claude and say, turn this into an Instagram video. Okay, and you're going to get decent results, but it's not going to be world-class. Now, let's look at what happens when you follow the formula. So the first part of the formula is vision. What does Claude know about you? Okay. So, so firstly, let's, let's, I'll show you in a moment what it does. So how do you get Claude to know these things about you? Well, okay, we want to look at this one. This is the correct prompt. I want you to build me an Instagram Reel script. Here is the script. Don't do anything yet. Ask me clarifying questions. Just that one line. Don't do anything yet. Ask me clarifying questions. And by the way, guys, if you do that walk in the park thing and you talk about your sadness, you talk about what excites you, Claude is already getting memories on you. Okay? We are, we are working on this part. Memories, life data, goals. Okay? We are building this part, the vision. So in the first example, Claude doesn't know enough about you. Can it really put the script in your voice? But if it knows what makes you sad, maybe it could inject that as a story. If it knows how you feel about your kids, maybe it could inject that as a story. If it knows what makes you excited, maybe it's fruit bowls, it could inject that as an example. So let's look at what happens when you say the magic line. So firstly, you want to take that recording and feed it into Claude and say, remember this about me. I want you to get to know me better. But you can also add this. This line. Don't ask anything yet. Don't do anything yet. Ask me clarifying questions. And these are the questions that Claude asked. Okay, what's the hook doing? Delivery style, target line. So I'm gonna hit my voice recorder. So voice recorders are very important. There are many useful ones you can download. And you just, you just record a new answer. So the hook, it says people will respect you more. But honestly, Claude, I don't know if that really works. Maybe you want to change it, maybe something with AI in the title. Delivery style, I want it to be in my classic style. So, modest, vulnerable, slightly funny. Target length, 10 points are a lot. I don't know, I don't really, didn't really gel with this script. Remember my team sent it to me. Maybe you could pick the top 3 points. Tone calibration, look at some of the other stuff you wrote for me that was really nice and maybe put it in that style. Okay, CTA, comment minus mine is solid. Let's do that. Visual direction. Don't do beats. I want this in a way I can post it in my teleprompter. Now, did you notice I'm speaking to it like I speak to a human being? Slightly better, right? So what have I done? I've done this part. I've given it a vision. What is this for? Who am I? So your vision can constitute all of this. You want to let it form memories about you. Okay? Remember that exact exercise I told you? Ask your AI, tell your AI what makes you sad, what excites you, what are your endowments, what are your dreams. That's one of the ways you build a memory portfolio of your AI. But we can go further. We can go into the brain. If you can help build the brain of your AI, you're gonna get even better results. So what does that look like?
Okay.
So building the brain of your AI means this. You click on projects and you create a project on Claude. So it's the same thing, same prompts, but the difference is this. In projects, you dump in any file that you think might be useful. Any file. Okay? So what I've done, so you can see some of the projects I've been working on. These are all Instagram scripts. So what are useful files? Well, my books, Because Claude can get stories from my books, my speeches, transcripts of my speeches, so Claude can understand my speaking voice. Maybe some of the best Instagram Reels I've done before, maybe some stuff that motivates me. What is it for you? You put it in. So you click create a Claude project and that walk in the park technique that you used, it is exactly that that you put in. But also put in any books, any writings, anything about you. And now you have the ability for Claude to truly help you. Now, when you ask it to create that Instagram video, and I'm gonna take that same video, you're gonna see some really powerful results. Okay? Turn this into a video. Now, I don't have to ask it. Don't have to tell it to ask me questions here because I've already answered those questions. It is in the brain. Okay? So we're gonna see multiple versions. Now let's, let's, let's look at the first version. Completely failed. It did not even create a video. It created a text. Don't even like this. Stop trying to impress people. Do— no, I asked for a video. What are you thinking? Okay. Now the second one, it created a video. The AI thing nobody talks about. This is pretty cool. Okay, but it's not great. So here we put in, we put in this part, we put in the vision. Okay, but now let's look at what happened when we put in the vision and the brain. Now it's given me the topic, it's given me a script, it's added a hook. Stop trying to impress people with how hard you work. The era is over. Ooh, that is a good hook. And it's given me the tension, the value delivery, okay? The framework, the philosophical payoff. It's written the caption. It's told me why it could go viral. It's even created series potential. If this video goes viral, here's how you follow up. It's given me source grounding so that there's evidence. Look, it's citing frameworks from my book, okay? Data from my course. Do you see the difference? Now, I wanna state there's one more thing it's doing, which, which wasn't apparent here, but I, I set it up. I told it to download an Instagram video skill. So before I did it in an earlier conversation, I said, can you download a skill to produce really great videos? And that's all. You just ask it to download a skill. Okay? And skills are stored under— so you can go to settings, skills. See, you can see I even have a stand-up comedy skill. I have a brand guideline skill. Okay, so these are all different skills that you can get it to download. I have a website builder skill. And how do you get it to download a skill? You literally go to Claude. It's super easy. And you simply say, I'm gonna show you. Could you help me? I really want to download a skill for LinkedIn. Great LinkedIn writing. You're writing to the Mindvalley audience. You're writing as Vishen Lakhiani. Can you go ahead and download that skill right now? That's it. It's going to download the skill and upgrade itself. So what did you learn today? You learned the importance of feeding your AI an understanding of you. You learned the walk-in-the-park technique, the SEED model— sadness, excitement, endowment, dreams. You learned the importance of putting documents in the AI. And then you learn to ask the AI to download a skill. When you bring that together, that is when you get incredible data, incredible content, scripts that just seem to land, copy that just seem to land. This is what is going to make a mega difference. Okay? By the way, you can see this is what happens when you ask it to download a LinkedIn skill. It's going, it's doing the research itself. It'll take about 10 minutes. But the skill will be there. And now anytime I'm using Claude, it will be able to create really great LinkedIn posts for me. So that's what that looks like. Okay, I'll give you an example of step 4, which is the team. And now many of our instructors are going to go deeper into that whole model. So I hope you enjoyed this session. This model that I'm sharing over here, and I really want you to take take a picture. Goes a lot deeper. Okay. It goes incredibly deeper. When we go deep into this, you're building. I want to show you some stuff. Okay. So this is what my AI looks like. Okay. See, I've asked it to tell me what makes me sad. It is so accurate. It knows me better than my close friends. What excites me? Okay, but what I'm doing over here is the AI is actually building a very complex memory of me. That's what my memory graph looks like. Everything. It helps me with trip planning. It plans my day. When I kick off my AI, it tells me how my day is going, what my life pulse is. Now, this is super advanced stuff. I'm showing it to you because it's not just Claude. When we go into AI mastery, we go this deep. But there's one more thing that's happening. Okay. My AI is downloading and connecting all of these skills, and I'm able to share these skills with my team. So my team and I are able to share skills lightning fast. But the most bizarre thing, and this is what blows people's mind, is the AI is actually listening to me speak right now. It can even see and take screenshots. Okay. So I just gave it a screenshot. It, it, see, it's taking a screenshot. And the AI is my teaching partner. So I can ask this AI right now. Okay? So I, I told this AI, as you're listening to me speak, guide me as a teacher. Look at what the AI is doing. One teaching note. You might wanna pause right here for 10 to 15 seconds and let them absorb it. Let someone ask a clarifying question if they have one. Right now, the diagram could be the climax of this section, but it might get lost in the momentum if you keep moving. The diagram is the answer. How does this all work? Do you see what's going on? My AI is actually in real time guiding me as a teacher. By the way, it's also sitting with me in meetings in real time, guiding me as a leader. It's listening to my team in real time, building stuff before the meeting is even over. The AI will literally go— so we, we sit into a meeting to discuss an app. Before the meeting is even over, the AI has designed the app all in real time. And then I'm able to share it with my team. Oh, and then the AI also manages all of my tasks in real time. Today I have to get my malaria vaccination because I'm flying to Namibia and Botswana tomorrow, and it prioritizes my tasks for me. It's unbelievable. This is where we take people in 4 months and your entire life changes. It's beyond anything else that you can that I think you can learn just trying to think around your own. But ask yourself this question: what happens if 90% of your work disappears? What happens if your AI can solve your biggest health issues with your doctor, of course, automate your company, download any skill you want, run your social media, be a true companion, be there with you when you're teaching, when you're on stage, when you're in meeting? And guide you and do this by knowing you as close as your most intimate lover. This is the world we are stepping into. Welcome to this world. Jason, back to you.
I love it. Thank you so much, Vishen. I really appreciate that session. It was so cool. Guys, how cool is that? I mean, you know, we have to really learn the foundations here. I know it's so easy to wanna dive directly into tools and prompts and all these different things, but you know, an old adage I heard a long time ago was the taller you want your building to be, the deeper you have to go into the foundation and the ground to have it be secure. And so, so much of what Vishen was talking about in the beginning of this session is setting the context for how we're meant to be thinking about AI, what it really means to be AI-first and human-centric. And so all of that stuff, even if it seems conceptual, is so important to know because it guides you into using the right tools, using the right engineering, using the right prompts. And so I love that we got to see that and got to see a really powerful demo. So let's take a second just to reset this with where we are, because Vishen showed you something that most people using AI have never seen, and it really explains everything. It's the reason that your AI output sometimes probably feels generic, and it's the reason that your prompts aren't producing what you know is possible. And it's the reason that AI is helping someone else, but not quite you yet, right? It doesn't feel like it's for you because it's not the tool. It's the foundation. Now what you watched, you know, Vishen building the brain, excuse me, in the data repository, the, the context that makes AI actually think like you, that's the fix. It's not some future fix. Like what he just did is something you can start building this week with the right support and the right ideas and the right understanding. But now here's where it gets really interesting because it's one thing to have AI think like you, but imagine what happens when it starts working for you, right? So not just generating content that you have to edit, not just answering questions you have to verify, but actually working. And somebody was even saying in the comments here, hey, how does this work for me in a business like mine that isn't about creating content or training people like Mindvalley? Great question. And we need to talk about that. And we're going to right now. See, this is about taking ownership, having your AI take ownership, operating while you focus on the things that only you can do. And that's step 4 of the AI method. And that's the team. And I know what some of you were thinking, because while Vishen was speaking, I was watching the chat. And I've seen it in the chat a ton today from a lot of you. There are 2 questions that keep coming up more than anything else. The first one is, does this actually work for someone like me who maybe isn't technical? That's probably one of the biggest ones that comes up first. Do I have to be a coder? Do I have to be a techie? And second was about security. Right? What about privacy? What happens to my data? Can I actually trust the systems that I'm building? And both of those questions are exactly what our next teacher is going to address as a part of her session. And here's why I want you to pay really close attention to who she is before she even starts speaking, 'cause she's incredible. She has led AI transformations at Microsoft, Amazon Alexa, IBM, AWS, and NPR. She's been named the number one agentic AI leader in 2025. Trailblazer of the Year by Women in AI. She's a 5-time Microsoft AI MVP. She's educated over 3.4 million learners. She's a bestselling author and she's a TEDx speaker. And she has built AI systems at a scale most people can barely imagine. And what she consistently says, someone at her level with her credentials coming from those organizations, what she says is that you do not need to be technical to do this. That it is accessible to everyone, that the only thing you actually need is clarity of thought. And when someone like that tells you it's simpler than you think, that means something, guys. She currently has 33 AI employees running her business, and today she's going to show you how to build yours. So please welcome Noelle Russell.

Hello, hello! Oh my gosh, hello everybody! Good to see you all. I cannot believe it. It's, it's here. We're finally here. I've been waiting, sitting in the back. I've been in room 6, so if y'all are in room 6, thanks for the love and so glad to have been able to hang out with you over the last couple of days. This has been amazing. What's up, my friend? Amazing. Oh my gosh. Really, really cool. So I will try to keep an eye on the chat as we get going. But I do want to share with you a little bit. I don't know. I'm going to— I'm actually going to do something that I'm going to encourage you to do from today forward. And that is as you move into this journey of using AI in any way that you'd like, that you actually start with who you are, not what you do. And so that's what I'm going to do with you today, is just give you a little bit of a taste of the world that I live in and why it's drawn me to do the work that I've done in artificial intelligence. So today we are going to be talking about the team, right? We've gone through this incredible methodology. I, you know, I handpicked where I got to be in the session because this is the part that I am I am so, so enthusiastic about. But first, let's talk about my family, right? Like, so I am a mom. You might have heard, right? A mom of 6. I always like to take a moment of silence, right? Because anyone who has more kids, if they outnumber you, like, that's a flex. So good for you all, moms. I see you all out there. But my, my world actually changed completely when my first child was born. And that's him in the pool. His name is Max. And here is an amazing thing about today, and I will try not to get super emotional, but today is actually an incredible day that celebrates him. He was born 21 years ago, which is crazy. I don't know if I'm gonna say that number again, but 21 years ago he was born and he was— I'm a first-time mom, you can imagine, right? But he was born with a condition known as Down syndrome. And as a first-time mom, I didn't know what that meant. And if any of you are special needs parents, parents or grandparents or aunts or uncles or titis or tios, you know, throw some love in the chat because being a special needs caregiver is one of the biggest, most amazing experiences of my life. But I will tell you, that day they gave me that news, two things were true about me. One, I actually thought, you know, I'm instantly a solution architect. It's why I'm so good, successful at what I do. So when he was born and I got that diagnosis, I was like, oh, I got this. And the reason I said that is because I got involved in the world of technology the first time the world was going to end. Do you all remember Y2K? That's right. That's right. Y2K. And we saved the world that night. So you're welcome. Glad, glad we made it through. But during that experience, I got an opportunity to learn how to use technology to do incredible things. Now, I got that experience, right, years before my son was born. But the moment he was born, I was like, I can, I can fix this. I can do this. I have, I have some tools, just like we've been talking about the entire time, right? What tools do we have to do the magic that we know in our heart we're meant to do? Well, so that was true. But the other thing that was also very unique about me, and some of y'all will be able to relate I'm also a Latina, and my son, when he was born, my— the doctors, the geneticist, the, uh, my gynecologist, they all came to me in a room and they said, you know what, um, you're a first-time mom. I'm not really sure if, if this is how you want to start your journey into the world of momhood. And good news, you don't have to start it this way. There are institutions for babies like this. There are homes ready to adopt babies like this. And they said to me something that has stuck with me. They said, the world is not kind to kids who have this condition. It's less kind to adults that have this condition. But I don't know if you all know this, as a Latina, if I didn't come home with my baby Max, I would have been hit with a shoe, right? A chanclata right at my head. We are a— it's a family business. So I brought him home, but I had those two things in my back pocket. One, a family just like you see in the room you're in. You may not know it now, but this is your new family, your AI family. And I had, of course, technology. So those are the two things I'm going to really be encouraging you to realize how incredibly, like, blessed we all are in this moment because we have two things. One, an incredibly supportive group to participate in, but two, the advantage of understanding the technology that can help us. Now, another thing that interesting about my journey is that I don't— you know, I'm climbing the ladder. I'm trying to build a world that's better for my son. I'm in technology. I finally get to a company, Amazon. How many of you know Amazon? Like, yeah, I could see the boxes. Yep, I see the boxes. So, you know, most of us know what Amazon is. But as a result, right, my journey led me to become a principal cloud architect at Amazon. This was over 10 years ago now, um, and while I was there, I get an email from Jeff Bezos. Jeff Bezos. And I get this email, and in it, it says, we want to build the Star Trek computer. We're gonna— we're looking for people, and here's the qualifications. At the bottom, it said, we want people who want to work hard, have fun, and make history. And I was like, oh my, that's me. Like, that's me. I'm ready to go. Let's do this. But what What also got my interest was that he was talking about the Star Trek computer, a computer you could talk to. And my dad, you can see him here in the slides, my dad, he is a Marine, and he introduced me to the golden age of science fiction a long time ago. I think I was 6 when I read Asimov for the first time. It's not for 6-year-olds, by the way. I wouldn't necessarily encourage young children to read some of these. But I learned so much. 6, 12 years old, 18, 25. I was constantly immersing myself in science fiction. And imagine, if you will, that I am reading these books that are talking about a symbiosis between humans and machines. And, and actually, I don't know if you know this, most of those books don't end very well. But the fun fact is that it's not typically the machines that are kind of the culprit. Often It's the humans, right? It's the humans, right? And so the whole time I'm learning about metaphysics through the lens of science fiction, and it was a beautiful, beautiful experience that I feel like the Mindvalley family would know and understand more than most. And so as I was learning that, imagine my surprise, right? I get an email that says, hey, we're building the Star Trek computer. I've been learning science fiction for decades. I'm like, this is made for me. But the final thing that pushed me to do something I never thought I could do, which is join an AI team— I had my son. He was 9 years old. He was just figuring out that speech was not coming easy for him. And I was like, what if— what if I could build an AI system he could talk to, and that the only skill I would need to get him to command would be the ability to speak? And if he could speak, He could unlock anything— healthcare, finance, legal support, anything— as long as he could talk to a machine that could open those doors. And that's when I jumped in. So I became employee 10 on Amazon Alexa. I was there several years. I built over 100 applications in the first year. And one thing, you know, I want to remind you all is that, you know, it's so important to be unique. And my husband, he got me a sweater one time and I love it. It says, uniquely Noel, and I'm going to encourage you as I talk to you today to think about what it means to be uniquely you. Because this is what I brought to the Alexa team when I joined. I was the only Latina, the only woman on the team, but sad news, that's still the case today. I'm still almost always, right? Some of you are the onlys, right? When you walk into the room, you're the only one who thinks the way you do or represents the perspective you have, and that's okay. As long as I— right, I show up and I, I have purpose. I have my son. He is driving me. The voice in my head that's like, if you do this, if you get this right, his whole life changes. And so that's what I ended up doing. I was not only the only woman and Latina, I was also, surprisingly, maybe the only mom, only parent on the team. Right. So my life is very different. If you remember before kids and after kids, like for some of you who are parents, like my perspective on the world was very different. I was also a caregiver of my dad who came to live with me after he suffered an accident, right? So I'm now a caregiver, I'm a mom, I see the world through a very different lens, and my entire team has no idea what that lens looks like. So I decided to build an entire category on Amazon Alexa. I built my very first skill was daily affirmation. Now, how many of you— I'm gonna date myself here— how many of you know Stuart Smalley from Saturday Night Live? Anyone? Anyone remember him? All right, good. I see you, friends. Oh, we're kindred. Um, so this— you can look them up. It's an old character. But I— this is a Saturday Night Live skit. And so I almost in jest was like, wouldn't it be cool to have just fun affirmations, right? Gosh darn, you're beautiful today. This is an amazing day. You're gonna do amazing things. And then This is what happened. I got my first review on Alexa, and that review said, you changed my life with this skill. You changed my life with this, that I could wake up and have something tell me I was worthy. And I was like, oh no, I got this all wrong. I thought it was a joke, but it is real. I went into that and I ended up building lots of skills. Daily affirmation, Christmas kindness, couples kindness, corporate kindness. You get the vibe. My biggest, most popular skill was mindfulness, right? When you go to Alexa and ask for mindfulness, that was me. And you know why? Because when I said, hey everyone, let's build mindfulness skills, you know what they said? No one needs mindfulness in the kitchen. And I was like, what? And I don't know if you all remember Alexa in the early days, we built it for the kitchen. Failure number one. We never even thought you would you would build for the kitchen. Here's another fun fact. We never thought you'd buy more than one. Do you all remember those early days? You'd buy more than one. You'd put them next to each other. There's YouTube videos on this. They would fight it out trying to be the one that played the music. What a disaster. We had no idea. It's called device disambiguation, and we didn't even think about it as the development team until we were in production. I'll just tell you, I'd encourage you not to learn these things in production. Another fun fact about my journey at Alexa is that we would monitor a very specific source to find out if Alexa was working or not. Reddit. Do you know Reddit? I'd also encourage you not to use Reddit for your customer feedback source. Not only is it— I mean, of course, it's great. It's real-time. But it's not super kind, right? Sometimes people can be brutal. And so as a result, I just learned a lot in the early days. This was, again, now 12 years ago. Talking about, right? 2013, 2014. But that's the journey I get to bring to you, is what it was like back then. It's not very different at all today. I look around and I see the same journey, the same problems, the same challenges, and that's what I'm going to be sharing with you. Now, I did go from Amazon. I got recruited to go head over to Microsoft, as you heard in the amazing introduction. Thank you, Jason. That I I'm a 5-time MVP for Microsoft AI, and what that means is that during COVID they identified a very few people to represent AI in the world, democratize AI. Now what this gave me was an opportunity to really think about what is AI for. Now I had my own mission. I wanted to build AI to make my son's life better. My dad's now living with me, so I wanted to make my dad's life better. I wanted to create independent independence in people who may not have been independent before, right? Who might have been shut away or put in an institution or put in a home. I was like, but what if we use technology to amplify their life so that they could do more by themselves? That was my mission. And they told me, and I was— when they told me like, Alexa's, you know, not good at— why would Alexa ever need meditation skills? And I would just tell them like, it's okay, you're not a parent yet. You haven't started taking, you know, you're at a certain stage of your life where it doesn't make sense. But now, 10 years later, they're all calling me back being like, oh my gosh, I see what you did there, Noelle. I see you. I see you. So that's what I want to encourage you to do today is as I go through some of these practical steps of how to build AI into your business, whether you've started it already or it's a dream you have dared to maybe think a little bit more about this weekend, I'm going to show you how you can build several AI systems into your business so that you can focus on your business, meaning that you're going to be able to look at how your business operates and build more, do more, and most importantly, enjoy more. Now, I was at Amazon, at Microsoft, and we ended up launching a campaign to help democratize AI. Some of you might remember this video. It actually was our Super Bowl video that year. But this was like 2017, back in the day. So I'm gonna share it with you now, and, and then I'll let you know why it was so important to me.
Today, right now, you have more power at your fingertips than entire generations that came before you. Think about that. That's what technology really is. It's possibility. It's adaptability. It's capability. But in the end, it's only a tool. What's a hammer without a person who swings it? It's not about what technology can do. It's about what you can do with it. You're the voice and it's the microphone. When you're the artist, it's the paintbrush. We are living in the future we always dreamed of. We have mixed reality that changes how we see the world and AI empowering us to change the world we see. You have more power at your fingertips than entire generations that came before you. So here's the question: What will you do with it?
There is nothing like a little Common. Nothing like Common to shake you up. Every time I see this video, I'm like, let's go, right? Let's go build something. Let's do something amazing. And my favorite phrase, which you might have heard a few times already this weekend: AI is just a tool. And as a matter of fact, it's thousands of tools, but it's not the tool that makes it important. It is how you use it, right? It's, it's the fact that you're the microphone, you're the artist, right? Like it is just the tool that's used to amplify the ideas, the leadership, the techniques, the skills, and most importantly, your life experience. Years ago, maybe 5 years ago, it would have taken you some time and significant effort to get your ideas into the world. Today, I mean, you heard, uh, just earlier, right, in Daniel's session, right, how quickly we can go from idea to execution. And that's what I want to share with you today. It's just another series. Now, I do have a specific lens upon which I look at the world, and that is because The way I went to Microsoft, and my job at Microsoft was to take 17 research AI models. This was in 2017, 2018, and my job was to help productize them. Do you know the term herding cats? Have you heard this term before? Some of you are like cat herders, and some of you are like the cats we run around and chase and try to get to do the things we need. So I me. I was the glue that held these projects together. However, when it came to AI and as I started managing these AI systems, I actually became very suddenly aware that they weren't cats at all. They were actually more like baby tigers. This is little Claudia. You could see here, right? Like a little baby tiger and baby tigers. If you think about it, right, baby tigers are really interesting. They're very cute. Typically fluffy. And most importantly, like, you kind of want to hold them and, and maybe show them to your mom and post about them on Facebook. Like, they'd be pretty cool if a baby tiger was in your neighborhood and you had a chance to go see it. You probably would go see it. Baby tigers are adorable. AI systems, similarly. I go into some of the largest companies in the world and I look down and I am surrounded by baby tigers. So what do I mean by that? Basically, it's an early use of a model similar to what you've seen so far, similar to the things you went and jumped into, right? ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, right? Like they're all— when you start using them, they're a little baby tiger. Now, the reason I like them is because they do pretty cool things at first. Maybe they'll take notes for you in a meeting. Maybe they'll create action items for you. Maybe they'll even build a landing page and you're like, this is amazing. Here is the difference between those who are successful and those who fail when using AI in their business, is that when you have a baby tiger and it's cute and little, right, when you've just started using it, my goal is to encourage you to take a step back, not get caught up in the hype, which I agree is hard, but not get caught up in the hype, but take a step back and actually ask some really important questions when your model is this size, right at the beginning, before, like as you're building the brain, right? While you're building your baby tiger to actually manage and help you with your business. These are the questions I encourage you to ask. The number one question is where did your model get the answers it's giving you? Especially if you're like, this is amazing, right? I love this. The most important question you can ask is Where did you get that from? And you can ask the model, where did you get it? Now, most of the models that have evolved right back in the day, 4.0, you know, early days, 3.5 of these models, they did not openly give you sources. Today, those product teams have heard our desire to know where the answers are coming from. So good news, that first question is likely going to be provided in your answer. But if it's not, it's our responsibility to ask that question. Second question, you look at a baby tiger. Actually, have you ever seen someone with a puppy, like a little puppy, and you notice how big their paws are, right? And you see those paws and you're like, oh my gosh, do you know how big that dog's going to be? Then you're a little worried to even tell them that it's going to be huge because the paws are so big. This is the next stage, is that when you build a little model, your job is to look at its paws. How big is this model going to be? Who's it going to serve? Do you remember Alexa? Right. We thought it was going to be a kitchen device. We never thought you would buy more than 2. We sold into 500 million homes and we got it wrong some of the time. Right. Many things we got right. I use it very well in my house today. We have over 100 devices in our house that increase the independence of my son and my dad. So I am a believer. But I also know that it's because I ask the right questions. So how big is this model going to be? What's the best thing that can happen? But also, what's the worst thing that can happen? AI, it's not its job to tell you what the best and worst thing. It's your job to ask that question and think critically about the impact of the solution that you're building. The next question, probably one of my favorites, is that baby tigers, I don't know if you know this, they have razor-sharp teeth. Razor-sharp teeth at birth. And so what is your baby tiger going to eat? Where is it going to live? Right? These are the questions. Now, again, most of you are like jumping into a tool, and that's great. I did too. But as we adopt a baby model, as we get into these tools, these are the questions. I mean, honestly, write them on a Post-it and stick it on your mirror. Stick it on your, your display. Like, how big is this going to be? What is it going to eat? Where is it going to get its It's food data. How am I paying people for it, right? Is it ethical the way I'm getting it? The fun fact is when you're in baby tiger mode, you don't ask any of these questions because you're like, we— this is amazing, I love this AI. But our job, our job collectively is to be the one who asks this question. That's why it's so important in our methodology to start with the vision, because the vision is what grounds you in how am I going to use this to serve at the highest level? Not just move fast and break things, but move fast with intention. And that is an incredibly important part. So when I refer to baby tiger mode, you realize what I'm talking about. It's that, that, that moment when you're enamored by AI, excited about it, which is wonderful. But it's also that moment I'm going to ask you to take a deep breath and ask, how could this maybe hurt someone? And how do I make sure my model doesn't do that? And so that's what we're going to talk about today, is I'm going to walk you through exactly what that looks like. Now, I'm not— as you probably can tell, I'm a bit optimistic about the world of AI because of what I've done and what I've seen. However, I am going to step into the side of realism. I always say I'm a rational optimist, and here is some of the rationalization. So, oh, first let me go back. Sorry. These, you could see here, 95% of pilots— this study just came out at the end of last year— 95% of pilots, of examples of things that you're building right now, 95% of the baby tigers that are being built in companies never ever deliver value for their business. And there are some specific reasons why. After this session, you are going to be part of the 1% of the 1% who know how to be part of the 5%. That is my goal for you, is that you understand that it's not hard, but here's the fun fact. The thing that makes it important is that you are the process. It is your lived experience. It is your empathy, your guardrails, your ideas, your expression, your constitution. That will change the behavior of these models. Most of us don't realize that yet, but hopefully by the end of this you will. So notice these, these options, right? I like to always draw attention to the bottom, the one that says unwillingness to adopt new tools. I mean, can you imagine? Any of you want to take a guess? You can throw it into the chat, right? Like, why would someone be unwilling to adopt a new tool? I'm an engineer and I build a cool new AI model and I lob it over right to you and I'm like, isn't it awesome? Why would someone not do that? Fear. 100%. Thank you very much. 100%. Too cautious. But why? Why would someone be cautious? No support. Oh my gosh, that's true. Oh, that's a good one. And yes, thank you, Antonia. Being afraid. So there's a lot about fear. But what are we afraid of? Let's dive a little deeper into that. What, what are we afraid of, right? Um, fear of the unknown, security. Yes, we'll talk about that. They don't understand the benefit. Many times, I mean, did you see, I won't mention names, but a certain company laid off 16,000 people recently. Did you, did you hear that? I don't want to like give you bad news. I don't know if any of you are in transition right now, which honestly I've been in transition and it turned out to be the best moment in my life. So I'm just going to tell you, I hope you can see that there is light, huge light coming as a result of your sessions here in the AI Summit. But this is scary. If you see someone give you an AI model, one of the first things that I have found with the people that I build for is that they're like, wait, wait, that, that does what I do. And if your identity is tied to your work, all of a sudden things get very uncomfortable. 'Cause you're like, wait, but, but that's me. That's Noel. Noel does that work. And if I don't do that work, what do I do? Who, who am I? And so that is why it's incredibly important in your vision to decouple those things. And I'm gonna give you a framework for thinking about that. But I just think it's really interesting. AI, it's not because people don't have enough tools that AI's failing in businesses. It's not because they don't have enough baby tigers. It's because they haven't built trust. With the very people we're building these AI systems to serve. And that is critical, building trust. And I'll talk to you more about it later, but oh my gosh. So here are the main reasons. These is— it's a list. All of these things I just want to say for those of you, and actually you can throw a little, you know, maybe, I don't know, uh, say the word secure in the— if you asked about security while you were here, Security, privacy, right? Like, what about the people? How are we going to protect ourselves? Protection, right? If you— all of this is how the 5% win. It means that they're having conversations. The humans are deciding the guardrails in which these systems operate. It's so hard because we're trying to get you excited about AI, right? And then someone like me walks in and goes, and We're going to ask a bunch of questions and implement some rules. It seems on the surface that I'd be slowing down innovation, but the reality is I help the 5% win, right? What's the good in going fast if your system never does what it's supposed to do? If your AI systems fail to support you in the way that you need to be supported, these processes, the reasons the 95% fail, are often due to a lack of trust in the humans needed to transform those experiences. So the number one reason technically that these AI systems fail is that we're in baby tiger mode, right? Oh my gosh, it's so cool. We're in baby tiger mode. And so in baby tiger mode, we don't ask what's the metric for success for this model. We don't ask what it's supposed to do. All we do is we're like, this is amazing. Let's keep going. Let's give it to more people. The most important thing you can do right now as you're building your vision is to identify key metrics of success. And every agent, every system you build, what does good look like? The model has no idea. How many of you have heard the term— okay, this is kind of a— I'm just going to see if you're with me. GPT, right? Are you— GPT, you heard it. All right, let's, let's do a little game. GPT represents an architecture, a framework, and so all of us know what it is, or at least have heard it. I mean, for goodness sakes, it was on the Super Bowl like 18 times in commercials. So GPT. Now, if you know the answer and you know you know it, let the others play the game. But what does the G stand for? It's kind of a gimme. We're going to get going, right? What does the G stand for in GPT? I almost gave it to you.
Oopsie.
All right, let's see. Let's see. Oh, I have a lot of different ones here. G-P-T. So sorry, I have braces. So hopefully you can hear me say G-P-T. Let's see. Yes. All right. We got some answers here. Thank you very much. And Nick, Maria, thank you, Ruth. Awesome. Generative. Now it's not as important as what the word is as to what it means. And also think about it like chocolate chip cookies when you go pick up. Maybe some of you don't do this, but when you pick up like a package of chocolate chip cookies at the store, and you read the ingredients, that first ingredient on the Toll House package, right? That means the most of that thing, whatever it is, because I don't really know what that word is. But whatever that first ingredient is, is what it does the most of, right? What it has the most of. And so similarly with GPT's generative is its top key capability and its job is to create, right? Make new stuff. Build things, right? Generate, manufacture, create new. That is the word, and that's what it's good at. The next word, anyone know what the next word is? Right? G, generative, create stuff. P, what's the next thing that it does? Yes, I appreciate you, Francis, but you're leading the witness. Lead it. I know you can't even help. But pre-trained lets Let's pause there for a second, right? Let's make sure that we are aware of what pre-training actually means. It's critical for your understanding to know what this means, right? Pre-training means that the models you're using— ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini— these models are pre-trained on the internet. Do you know what's true about the internet? I mean, who knows, right? I think 3 years ago someone asked you know, who's the president, and the president had been established, and the internet could not definitively answer you. Like, the internet, its job is not to be the guarder of truth. Its job is not to represent humanity. Its job is just to be where a bunch of our data is. So we, when we use this tool, realize a generative model that is pre-trained on the internet has no idea what truth is. Who knows what truth is? That'd be you. That'd be me. I'm the one who decides. I'm the one who owns what a model thinks is right and wrong, specifically tailored to my business, to my brand, right? But if I don't tell it, do not count on a model to manufacture that for you. So many times at the beginning of the year, I saw people with resolutions say, hey AI, what should I do in 2026? Ah, like, no, no. Instead, you're gonna have that vision yourself. You're gonna build that vision, right? We did not go to AI to help us craft our vision. We went to AI to help us amplify the ideas, right? We are— we have those ideas first. We use AI to go further, faster. We don't use it for that generation capability. Some of you might, but, but that is exactly— oh my gosh, the next thing about out, right, when we're using pre-trained models, like truth, justice, humanity. None of that is— you can't count on a model to give you that. It's not its job. Its job is to generate cool stuff for you based on pre-trained data that has no idea what truth, justice, or humanity is. That's our job. The last one, which I saw a few people type into the chat, is the architecture. And that architecture is the transformer architecture. But let me break it down for you. Transformer, you could look it up. There is a paper out there. I'll say it, and those of you who know this paper can put it into your chat rooms. But it's called Attention Is All You Need. And it was written to launch this new idea. Now, I have a personal affinity to this idea because the number one thing that Alexa did wrong was it never was able to remember a conversation. If you went to Alexa, and even today sometimes, and you're like, hey, what's the weather in Weston, Florida, which is where I live, right? And then I come back and I'm like, oh, can you tell me of a park that's open there? And I'm referring to Weston that I just asked about. And it's like, a park open where? And I'm like, in Weston. Weston where? Weston, Florida. Oh, that's interesting. What would you like to know? And I'm like, it's so frustrating. How many of you have been frustrated by a voice assistant that doesn't know who you are, right? Susan, absolutely. Oh my gosh, it's incredibly— I mean, another example is just the IVR systems, right? How many— I don't know if you know this, IVR stands for the voice systems that we call, right? When you call Delta or JetBlue or when you call, right, an insurance company and you get that voice, that robotic voice. And there's an entire TikTok stream of videos to teach you how to eject yourself out of a system, by the way, we engineers made to make your life easier. And most of us hate talking to robots. I don't know if you know, like, not today's robots, but like those robots that were built 20 years ago. But we did it on purpose. So one of the things that I want to focus on, you know, for the, the rest of our time together is how do we make sure, right, the transformer system, the beauty of the transformer, the reason we call it that is that it has what we call memories. How many times have you heard memories over the last couple days, right? Memories are the core architecture of these generative models, of LLMs, and that means it can remember you. But now, in the last 2 years, not only can it remember you, you can craft the memories. You can choose what it remembers, and that is a superpower and one I'm going to encourage you to use to our benefit, um, over the next few days. So these are the things that cause AI projects in big companies and little companies to fail. Not having a clearly defined objective, not understanding exactly what the thing should do. There's a reason. Let me know in the chat, just type in agent if you have heard of agentic AI before. If you've heard the word agent, you probably heard it. Okay, good. I see some thumbs up and hands up. Awesome. If I don't look right at you, it's because I'm looking at all of y'all. But if you haven't heard, We built the term agentic intentionally, and the reason we did that is because it garners this idea in your mind that you're gonna build a small unit of work, a small thing that will be assembled into larger things. And that agent, his job is to do one thing very, very well. One thing, not 100 things, not boil the ocean things, one thing. And that our job now with this list, right, is to define what is that one thing, right? How is it going to be done? What does good look like? What metric are we going to use to measure success? How are we going to make sure that it doesn't do anything other than that thing? When you shrink the scope of something, you gain more control. And that is why agentic AI is so powerful, because what a lot of the questions around security and privacy were geared around a huge model. A big model that you're using. This is our opportunity to actually shrink the scope, to control what a model does, to choose what is right, what is wrong, what is allowed, what is not allowed. But in all of that, remember, that is you. That is me. That is our job, right? A model doesn't know what good looks like until we tell it. And that— I mean, I said this in my TED Talk. We might be one of the last generations that can teach AI and that we're training AI on our brain and who we are. But one thing is definitely true. We are likely the last generation who will be able to teach these systems how to listen, to teach them what human values are. Because as AGI and autonomous activity happens, that autonomy starts with the training we're doing right now. That's why this year's AI Summit is so incredibly important. So here is a big important shift. I call it the shift between day 1 of AI and day 2 of AI. In day 1, you're in baby tiger mode, enamored with all the cool tech, adopting tools. If you go into my system, you'll see a liturgy, like, I don't know, 100 tools that I have adopted, a bunch of baby tigers that I've adopted over the But that is how we start, and it makes sense. Most of you are asking about tools. Most of you are investigating and testing tools. But the reality is, is that the tool is just a vehicle, right? And, and there are right now a lot of tools.
They—
most of them do many of the same things. What we want to do is shift our mindset from a very specific tool discussion to an outcome discussion. And this is what I'm seeing in the biggest companies in the world, from finance to family offices, to healthcare, they're looking at not just how do I build a model that does a thing for me, does a task for me, but how does it generate an outcome? Just like Dominick said, right? How does it get me 100,000 followers in 30 days? How does it generate more revenue for me? How does it take care of my dad for me? Like, I need an outcome. I don't need a one little tiny task and then have 100 tasks that I have to manage. Like that doesn't make my life better. And I didn't know that at first. I was very enamored with the tools until I realized my biggest opportunity was actually in building employees that I could task with an outcome. And then their job was to go find all the tools to do the work. The tools almost become irrelevant as you evolve your thinking about this. And that's why the team is so important. And then what we're gonna talk about tomorrow, the system is so critical. So this is what I have focused on with the organizations that I've worked with to ensure that they understand what this new evolution of AI looks like, right? Rather than, um, in my family, you all know I have 6 kids, right? In my family, we have a policy, right? Some of you who have young children know that you're kind of battling social media and how much time they spend on it. So we created a rule in our house: becoming a producer before you're consumer, right? And so what that means is that, sure, you can go doom scroll on TikTok if you want to, but before you do that, you have to build something. And either it's going to be building an AI system or an AI-based, you know, video, or no AI at all. Because of course, if I love AI, my kids are like, ah, right? I do have one that kind of is into it, but their job, the mindset, right? Get this, it's not about AI, it's about leadership. It's about the mindset. My mindset is before I go consuming anything, I have to think about what I want first. And that shift for my 8-year-old, 10-year-old, right, that shift ended up allowing them to first think, okay, what do I want to share with the world? My son hit his first 10,000 views and he was so excited because it wasn't views about what he looked like or what he was wearing or what sports he played. It was about the ideas he put in front of people, what he was trying to teach them. And guess what happened then? He started— when he started consuming AI, he didn't consume through the lens of doom scrolling. He consumed through the lens of what could I see, what could I put together, what could I now add even more value to my channel so more people are, are served? Like, that is the game. And so when you're thinking about how you're using AI, I want to encourage you that that does our job is to shift out of consuming AI. I call it vending machine AI, right? Don't use AI like a vending machine. Give me a transcript, write me a post, build me a job description, right? Become the producer. And that's what I'm going to share with you is exactly how to build and produce an AI system to serve the, the outcome you're going after. You can't build a machine to serve an outcome unless you've had a vision for what that outcome will do first, right? That vision will drive what you're doing. So let's take a look at what I call the 5 Ps. Now, I taught this last year, um, a little bit, but it was very different because we were in tool zone. We've now massively grown to where the AI can find the tools we need. So the 5 Ps represent your mindset around building these systems. The first thing we have to do when we start building an AI system, an AI solution, the first thing we have to do is go back to that vision and narrowly focus the purpose of that thing, right? Is it a social media agent? Is it a blog poster, right? Short form versus long, long form, different things. Is it my COO, right? Is it going to manage operations? Is it my receptionist who's going to answer all my phone calls? Is it my legal assistant who's going to help me build NDAs and proposal reviews? What is its job? Just like you would hire an employee, you're going to think about what is the job of this AI and clearly articulate it. You're then going to think about what is— now I know the job, the purpose of this system. Who does it serve? Does it serve me? Is it serving my customers? Is it serving my vendors? It can, but you have to choose. And the more— right, how many of you have heard that term riches are in the niches? Right? Like the more niche your AI system is, the better it can serve you. Remember, its training data is the internet. You have to narrowly focus it, right? I, I suffer— or I don't really suffer at all. I actually have ADHD. It amplifies my ability to do lots of things simultaneously. But in that, I also realize focus is my superpower, right? Being able— once I set— once I focus on something, I can go much, much further. And creating space for that focus is critical. So that is why identifying who you're serving with this AI system is a critical part of this configuration. This is you producing AI. So when you talk to AI, you're not going to be like, hey, get me a job description. You're going to say, you are one of— and Vishen has said this as well— you're one of the best recruiters in the world, right? So now the model is going to go and siphon out all the best recruiter content it can find in the world. And you're here to help me hire this incredible system, this resource, right? The people. And the next one, the portfolio. This is the word I use because I like alliteration, but this means the brain. Notice what I hope you see kind of a pattern that we've been developing over the last day and a half, right, is that some people call it the brain. Maybe it's a data collection. Maybe it's right, a repository. No matter what you call it, it represents where all of the information is. I just use another term, portfolio, but it is the same. It's the same. So this— oh, y'all are so sweet. Thank you, Sherry Lee. But this is the, like, the portfolio of information that is your brain. I'm gonna show you a tool today. I'm gonna do 3 demos. I'm gonna borrow from Dominic's— like, he was like, I'm doing 3 demos. Yesterday I was only gonna do one. I'm like, Well, I'm gonna do 3. So I'm gonna show you some demos, and you might see it called Brain, you might see it called Google Drive, you might see it called SharePoint, right? All of these just represent a place that your information is stored. Some of you might be able to relate, but before, let's call it 5 years ago, my stuff is everywhere. Like, I've got podcasts on YouTube that aren't on my channel, some other person did it. I've got I have talks that I've done, but I don't own the recording, someone else does. I have books that I've written that are on my hard drive, but I've never published. It's all over the place. This is the one moment, right? You're not gonna have to spend time building the outcome of these systems, but the one place you are going to wanna invest, it's time to collect all the things that have made you you. And I mean from way back. Like do a Google search on yourself or go into your hard drive and look at all of it. And you'd be surprised, you'll find some themes that are really, really impactful. So purpose, right? What is this supposed to do and how is it going to do it? How do we measure success? Who is it for? People. And the entire portfolio of data that will help this agent do its job. Now these last two are not specifically related to the agent development itself. These are the jobs you have once you build an Number 1, you have to create a mechanism. For those of you privacy and security people out there, the number 1 thing you can do is create what we call transparency. So I live in a world of responsible AI development, and what that means is that every AI system I build is— we weave into the development of that system safety, responsibility, transparency, explainability, robustness, like these core tenets, these principles. And the way that we do that, number 1, is I have to create a mechanism to see every message my machine ever gets. So this is something that most people completely miss, but you have to store it somewhere. Just tell the machine, don't forget to put that in a Google Sheet so that if something goes wrong, or better yet, if I just want to look and see how you're answering questions, I can do that. So many of us fire and forget and let the AI just do that, and we never go back and go, wait a second, that wasn't right. Now, here's something I hope changes your life a little bit when it comes to AI from a machine learning perspective. We have a wide range of education levels in here, so hopefully you're all rolling with me even if you have a lot more technical experience, but we're trying to serve everybody. But one of the things in machine learning is that there is this process that we use called reinforcement learning, specifically my favorite, with human feedback. Reinforcement learning with human feedback. What that means is that when you use an AI model, the only way it knows that it did something wrong is if you actually say you did something wrong. Now, how many of you have probably talked to an AI model, right? And then it did something dumb and you don't actually tell it it did something dumb. You're just like, well, that was dumb, and you walk away, or you close it, or you go to a new tool. Another question, and this one put a thumbs up or a thumbs down, your choice. If you're a thumbs down person, today is your day. How many of you have seen a symbol that looks like this in an AI model before? I'm going to look around and see. Nod your head or something so I can see you. Have you seen something like this? All right, Judith, I see you. Anyone? Okay, good. Awesome. Anne, I see you too. Corinne. All right. So some of you have, some of you haven't. Now you'll see it forever. So sorry. It's called the reticular activation system. So now, but in the bottom of your model, when it gives you an answer, it's going to ask you thumbs up, thumbs down. Did this do a good job? As a producer, not a consumer, as a producer, you need to build an AI system that when you give it to someone to use, if you give it to yourself to use, you have a mechanism to say, great answer, bad answer. And if it's a bad answer, guess what your responsibility is? Not AI's job. Your job is to be like, and it was bad because of this, right? So I'll give you an example. If you are an Apple user, you might remember when the emoji, the new AI emoji tool came out. Well, I went to this AI emoji tool and I'm like, I know I want an Afro-Latina. So I went in, I'm like Afro-Latina with hearts and love and all of this. And it came back and gave me an emoji of a brown girl with a huge forehead, like huge gold hoop earrings and a gigantic Afro. And I was like, huh, that's not, that's not really me. I mean, I get it because they kind of went Afro, and then Latina Brown, and they kind of just stuck them together. So what was my responsibility? It's not to go, man, that's junk. That's garbage. I'm never using that tool again. No, my responsibility as a machine learning person anyway is to give the data scientists who built that model, give them a chance to make it work for someone else. And the only feedback they get is what's in these. And sometimes it's a star rating, right? Like out of 5 stars, how good was this model for you? Right? Answer those questions. 72% of the million users on public models like ChatGPT and Claude, 72% get bad information and never tell the model it's bad, which in machine learning silently tells the model it's right. I know, what a disaster. So this becomes— you have now been knighted, right? One of the smallest things you can do is just give feedback to the model so they get better. They are self-learning, but they can only learn if we're willing to teach them. So maybe that's a new lens upon these AI systems for you, but really, really important. So persistence. Save all of your conversations somewhere. Google Sheet, database, doesn't matter, but save them so you can review them. At Alexa, we created an accuracy review team, and the job of this team was to look at all of the information coming into Alexa and spot when it was off. And that's like a special skill. Some of you have this skill. You're probably the same person who like plans out, you know, your vacation on a spreadsheet and hands it to everyone when you take off. I'm not that person, but I would watch these people look at the screens and it was incredible. Like they'd be like, right there, there's something going on there. And I'm like, what are you talking about? I don't see, see anything. And we'd zoom in and they'd see this tiny little blip. That is the job. Now granted, we have AI to see that blip, but I can guarantee you if you create an inclusive team of shared and different diverse lived experience, someone's going to see that blip before you do because they see the world through different eyes than you do, and it is so powerful. Notice at Alexa, we were building AI. Our biggest flex was the humans we had on that team that could see those things because they had seen it for years, decades even. So if you have more than a decade of experience, now is your time to leverage this technology in that way. Now, the last one you'll see here, it says perfection. Now, this might go against— I don't know, don't me about this, but the one place I'm going to ask you to strive for perfection is in the world of AI. And what that means is that every single AI model, when it launches, every model is broken. When you start using it, it is broken. It is not trained to do the right thing. It doesn't know what you want it to do. It's trained on a bunch of data that has a bunch of bias, like it doesn't know what good looks like. It's broken when you get it. Your job— again, you've been knighted, right? Your job is to actually train that model. You train it with, right, your vision, right? You train it with your brain. You train it with your content. Like, you have— this is your methodology for creating AI systems that don't just help you do something simple like create social media, It helps you run entire business processes, entire teams. And I say helps you because at the end of the day, I actually think most of us— someone said this in the chat the other day or yesterday. They're like, I actually like working. I do too. There's some work I don't care for too much, but most of the work I enjoy. I wanna do more of the work I enjoy and delegate more of the work that I need help with. Or let's just face it, I'm not great at, right? There are certain things that I'm like, I really shouldn't, this is not my skill. Now, I have the opportunity to leverage an AI system to support me, but I have to train it on what's good. I do want to give you a sneak peek into what some of the bigger companies are doing because that's one of the features. I do serve both big companies and small companies, but this I think is useful. This is what we call the AI safety system. Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Anthropic, all live by this tenet. There is a framework, and I'll ask you to write it down for later. I know there's a lot of that going on, but this is a good one. It's called Constitutional AI. And here's the good news. Some of you might think this AI system is out there. It is. It's separate from me. And what you get to do with Constitutional AI is that you get to build your own constitution, what you believe in. Your ethos, your core values, your leadership principles. You get to embed them inside of your AI system, and then you get to ask it, hey, I just have this cool idea. Is that in alignment with my principles that I've trained you on? And it'll be like, ah, I'm not really sure. Your sales pitch there is a little edgy compared to like the heartfelt, authentic you that I know. But you have to train it, right? That brain grounds the model so that you can build a better experience. So notice here, the first thing that we do when we build an AI system is that we identify what does the human do and what does the AI do. And I say it again, we identify that. We, the humans, choose what the AI does and what the human does, and then we have them work together. It is human-centered. Stanford University, MIT, Harvard have all come to the same conclusion in their research that human-centered AI that begins with a human AI experience designed by humans, those are the 5%. I think that's good news for most of us. The next thing is the system prompt. So I just trained you right on the 5 Ps, right? Building how you talk to a machine. Some of you, I heard a little bit about prompt engineering and people are like, ah, prompts. Whenever you hear prompt engineering, just reframe it in your mind as the way you talk to a machine. But it is intentional. There is an intention when you talk to a machine. You can't make assumptions the way, like, if I talk to my child, I've raised them. I expect them to know some things. When you talk to a machine, make no assumptions, right? The second you make an assumption is the second it begins to fail you. Right? So use your system prompts to actually train the model. This is called instruction fine-tuning. You can actually use words to train a model to do exactly what you want. This framework— now I'm not going to go into all of them. This is just to give you a sense of what the big companies are doing. But for some of you that are more technical, this is right where you want to be, right? How do you pick the right model for the right problem? That's another thing I heard a lot of you talking about, the big big AI in the sky that you're going to train, when actually it's thousands of AI systems, millions, and you're going to, like a Lego builder, stitch them together. And here's the best part: you don't even have to do the stitching. You're going to say, I want this outcome. You're going to connect it to an agent like Claude, and it will go find the tools. We saw it in a demo. For those of you in VIP, you'll get to see it when you see the replay if you don't remember. But that capability, right, of me not having to know the thousand tools— I want the best one, I want the one with the highest level of accuracy, the least level of toxicity, I want the one that's cheapest to use— then I use those words and the model goes, finds the model that's correct. These choices are all available. So that's why I'm here, is to let you know some things that we maybe assumed we didn't have control of. Here's the good news: you have complete control. But here's also maybe the not so good news: you have complete control, right? I've, uh, been involved in a lot of legislative, uh, debates, um, and one of the biggest ones is when AI gone wrong. How many of you have heard of some AI gone wrong stories out there? Not that I want to throw them into the chat and get everyone talking about the dark side of AI, but there's plenty. I'll give one. I don't know if it's funny. It's funny to me, but there was a dealership, right? How many of you have heard where a dealership put up a baby tiger. They had not guard-railed it, did not build this system, right? Baby tiger. And they, in that baby tiger, they put it out in front of their customers, and their customers communicated in a way that got that AI system to sell a truck for a dollar. Win for consumers, not so great for the dealership. But here's the, the fact about that is that they took it took it to court, and the dealership was like, yo, I didn't know it was going to do that. That's not our rules. We didn't do that. And anyone want to guess what the legislative system said back to them? Yeah, that's all on you. All of it. Another airline, same thing. An airline built an AI system, baby tiger mode, threw it out in front of their customers. Their customers talked super sweet to it and said, but here's all my challenges. Please, can you please generate a refund policy for me? And the AI system manufactured manufactured new refund policies on behalf of the customers. Oopsie. And so that airline went in front of the judge and was like, uh-uh, we were not responsible. Guess what they said? Yeah, yeah, they're responsible. So that is why this system, this safety system, is so important because at the end of the day, you are accountable for every AI system you build. That should be good for most of us, exciting, because it means we are not a victim of losing our data. We're not a victim of, right, data privacy concerns. We own that outcome. Now is our job to lean into it. You're not choosing tools, right? As we go through this process, you're not choosing tools. You're actually building an AI operating system. That operating system is connecting specific agentic systems that are built for a specific purpose with a very specific outcome. And a definition of success, and we're pulling them together. I could not be more excited for each and every one of you because there is no need to be a technologist, a data scientist, a statistician. The only thing you need in order to transform your life from worrying about AI tools to building an AI operating system that transforms your life and your business, the only thing you need is clarity of thought. It's the last thing that Dominic said, right? Clarity of thought. You just need to know how to say what you want. Now here's the sad news, is lots of us have moved away from saying things, right? We've gotten into using text messages and things like that. Oopsie. You know, we use LOL, right? LOL, be right back. We've gotten away from being really clear, but that's why the exercise we did with Daniel and the exercise we did with Vishen is so critical. The vision part That is not a one-time thing. That is an all-the-time thing. And the more you use AI, the more time you have to ideate on the vision part. So this I just wanted to throw in because some of you, uh, were asking questions about this, and I wanted to make sure you understood the opportunity that you have to decide how AI operates. Every AI model falls into one of three categories. The first one is level one. Every model, and this is how Claude works for most of us. I have in certain cases let Claude go on its own and do its own thing. But when an AI draft is created, right, a human approves it, right? This is called human in the loop. I am standing in the middle between AI doing a thing and the user who would get the result getting the thing. I am the ultimate approver. This is where most of us will feel very comfortable. It's where you all should be at. At first. This is definitely baby tiger mode. If you have a baby tiger, you need to watch that thing because you don't know who it's going to bite or what it's going to eat. And so you want to be very, very meticulous about that. But eventually you will do something. You will train that baby tiger. And then guess what? You now can maybe step aside and be like, okay, baby tiger, I see you. Go ahead, try it. I'll let you do it on your own, but you still watch it. This is called human on the loop. Human on the loop indicates an intentionality by the human building the system that I'm going to watch what you do. I'm going to get a dashboard. I'm going to be getting alerts. I'm going to be constantly— remember our accuracy review team at Alexa? That's what we would do. And then the third one is autonomous. This is where we are not just on the loop. We're not in the loop making decisions. Out of the loop, maybe on a beach somewhere, maybe enjoying our life, right? So this— now some of you might be like, ooh, autonomous. I just want to share with you something that in our household we use that is quite autonomous and quite helpful if you train it, and it can be trained. How many of you are familiar with the little round vacuum cleaner that goes around your house? Anyone have one, right? Like, this is a job I would 100%— if I knew it could do a good job, meaning if I went through these stages First I train it and I'm like, there's a corner, you missed it. That's a sock, don't eat it, right? I train it. Then I step back and I watch it and I correct it, right? Thumbs up, thumbs down. And then finally, my dream. How many of you know Jetsons? Rosie, right? Like, my dream is to have Rosie come and clean my whole house and do my dishes. Do you all know? So, you know, we didn't want to give you too many tools and have you chase things, but I'll share with you one tool. It's called Neo the Home Robot. Yeah, some of you know it. Oh my goodness. I mean, I don't know. I don't know. But go look it up. Neo the Home Robot is literally this. I would prefer it look like Rosie, honestly. Like Rosie was like a little, you know, wide in the hips. You know, I don't know, rather than the thing that currently is Neo. But go look it up, or someone could throw it into the chat if you all have the link. But this, these are like the vision, right? My vision. I have a vision, but I take these incremental steps to get there. My vision, then I train it with my brain, right? Then I ask it to do the thing, then I coach it, and then maybe if I'm lucky, which is what I do with my little robot now, I'm like, clean up. I wish you could take it to the curb, but just go ahead and you could do that. I'm not gonna watch. I'm gonna actually let you even I'm going to let this little robot that vacuums my floor. It does it while I sleep. And I, I'm not worried about that. Some of you might be, but I'm not. And so there will come a time where you grow confident in the systems you're building. So confident, in fact, that you'll give them a little room to run autonomously. And it starts with a little and then it becomes a lot. But the entire time you're watching, right? You have systems in place. Remember constitutional AI? Eventually you're going to build a constitutional AI robot police officer who's going to monitor all your agents and be like, you doing what you're supposed to? Are you on brand? Are you in alignment with our principles in this company? And the AI system will shut stuff down. That's the future. And I'm excited about that because I'm a solopreneur. I have 33 employees, but they're not human. But I, I'm also like a small company. I don't I could not hire 33 if I wanted to. I wouldn't— how many of you struggle with delegation? I wouldn't even know how to delegate to 33 people. It would take me forever to figure that out. But an AI system where I just say, if you could just do this— so that's what I'm gonna share with you now. This is a little bit of homework for all of you. If you want to take a look at this, this little homework you see here, this is the architecture of an employee. It looks looks of an AI employee. It looks a lot like a human employee, right? What is the job, right? What's its role? What's the job it's going to do? What business outcome is it generating? Most important, right in the middle, key metrics. We sometimes don't even measure metrics of the humans that work for us. How many emails did you process today? How many decks did you build? How many, you know, how much money did you close? Maybe salespeople are the ones we're the most, you know, critical on, but most of the time we kind of Look for the outcome sometime in the next 2 weeks. This is precision, laser-focused employees. These, this structure, I'm going to encourage you to write on your own. These are the ones that I'm going to focus on. I'm actually going to show you 6 agents today that you can build in maybe, I don't know, 10 minutes. I'll call it 45 minutes for those of you who are, you know, worried that you're like, I can't go that fast. Fast, right? But these are the most common use cases for small to medium-sized businesses. Number 1, building— I called it an executive operations manager because I can call it whatever I want, but this is like your, your, uh, chief of staff, right? Who's going to do the work for you, manage your calendar, manage your email, respond to things on your behalf. Then you have revenue support. This is your salespeople, right? Wouldn't it be great if someone could just convey and connect? Do you know that it it takes 8 to 21 times for a lead who already likes you to actually buy from you? That's a little exhausting. Do you remember Dominic mentioned this? He was like, oh my gosh, all the emails and the text messages. Uh, but what happens if you have AI not do the most important part, create the relationship, but just keep someone warm, keep sending them value based on your brain? That is a flex. Marketing operations. I mean, come on. How many of you have what I call an algorithmic heartbeat, posting every single day something that's valuable to your audience every single day? The world lives on social. If you want a business, you're going to have to live there too. Here's the good news. It doesn't have to have your face on it, though it can, but it doesn't have to, right? I see some of you are rocking the cool avatars. So Karen and Chantel, I see like if you look around in your room, you might see people who have like this cartoon head, like, oh my goodness, have you heard of furries? Like, you could do videos like that. People are so interested in the value, they're not that interested in what you look like, right? And I actually think it's super catchy. I really, really like— I think— is that a fox or a squirrel? I can't really tell, but it's pretty cool. There's a reason they created that avatar capability, because some of us are introverted, and that's okay. That's not what this game is about. This game is about value. Value creation, value generation, and most importantly, value distribution. So here's a test. This is what I'm going to encourage you to think about as we move into our demos. The first thing, think about your life, either personally or professionally. If you have a small business, even better. And think you just won, right? Just like— I don't know how many of you know The Fifth Element, right? You, you just won a trip to Flawless Paradise. And you got, you have an opportunity to go somewhere for a week, 7 days, you're gone, but you have to leave right now. And it is an incredible opportunity. You have wanted to go to the city your entire life and you get to go. And now you leave. Think about your business or your personal life. What is the first thing that will likely fail once you're gone? And I want you to think about it and also throw it into the chat so I can see you. Oh, I see a Russell in the house. What's up, Russell? I know I can't see your last name yet, but I mean your first name yet, but I see Russell, so it's cool. We're family. But yeah, throw it in the chat. What's one thing that would fall apart in your home life or your business if you were gone for 7 days? Fifth Element, right? Shonda in the house. Let's go. Let's go. All right, I'm looking. Sandy, social media would stop because you're doing that work. Oh my gosh, yes. Email. How many— I mean, I will just tell you personally, I would be so anxious when I'm on a long vacation. And actually, the longer it went, the more anxious I got because I would know I would have to dig out of my inbox when I got back. Oh, I get it. I'm like having a visceral reaction right now just thinking about it. Yeah, absolutely. Social media, email issues, dogs. Dogs. Oh well, that's true. So Neo the robot might be able to help you out with that, but hopefully in this case you would take your animals with you. Uh, plants, plant watering, that's a huge cool AI solution. Uh, Garden is a tool that does that, so that's pretty cool. Um, social media. Okay, we got a theme going on. Like basically, you know, I mean, sales, your pipeline. Most people, if you walk away, if you have a sales pipeline, that thing starts to dry up because people are like, Well, if you can't help me, I'll just go over here. And you know, we have the, the attention span, it's like really small. So if you're not there to keep them going, they might walk away, they might find another vendor. Food, family, yeah, of course. Sales, sales is huge. Thank you so much. All right, awesome. So here's a different way to think about this though, and I want you to spend time on this maybe daily, right? What's one thing, maybe it's What are the top 10 things? But it's coming from a place of vulnerability. I don't know about you, but I am one of those people who I'm like, I got this, 21 plates spinning and they are all good to go. And then silently one crashes to the floor and I'm like, why? I don't know what happened, right? But it's very hard to keep them all spinning. But I, in my mind, I even tell myself like, I got this, I can keep them all spinning, it's fine. The most important thing we can do as especially in the age of AI, is realize where we're vulnerable, realize where this opportunity is, right? Realize how do we— so many of us are like, it'll take us 6 months to create this vision. It'll take us a year to create this vision. Some of you have 5-year plans. One of my first and most exciting questions that I ask Claude when I come up with this assumption that it's going to take me a year to do something, I ask it, if time was no— there were no bounds on time, how quickly could I do this? And it would build me a plan to do my vision in 6 weeks, 6 days, 6 months. Like, time, as many of you know, right, it's a self-imposed limitation. And with AI, that's incredibly more true. So now I encourage you to think about what are those things that, you know, what wheels will fall off if you're not around? And maybe those are the things you start thinking about using AI for first. So I want to make sure before I'm going to go and demo a couple of things for you so you can see how I use AI. And of course, many of you know, I was a part of the Mastery last year and the summit last year and made so many friends. So it's so good to see you. I see so many of you here. And, and that is one of the things that I love. I started this session talking about it like the people in this room You don't know it now, but we're, we're, we're friends, we're family. We do lots of really cool things together. This isn't about like, how do I find the next cool tool, write it down and go download it? For all we know, that tool might not even be around next year. And that's true for a lot of the stuff we said last year. But what is true is that we have— we want to build a repeatable operating model. Yeah, got it. So the last thing I want to do is share with you One, a way that I have created— remember the thing we did at the beginning? We had an incredible version of me. I'm sure most of you know that was a deepfake. So I use a platform called HeyGen. You can see that on the screen here. HeyGen is a really interesting platform, but every time— so like today, I'm like, ooh, I look kind of cute today. I'm going to go build a HeyGen version of me, right? I'm going to— as soon as, like, you get up and you're like, man, I look pretty dapper, like, go do a 2-minute video and capture what you look like so you can own that version of yourself forever. So here is just an example. I will play this for you so you can see it. Oh boy. I'm just going to refresh because I haven't been here for a second and then let you hear a little bit about this. There we go. Are you all ready? Let's go. Hey, Noel Russell, your digital twin is ready. Try creating videos with it. Also, click the feedback button to share what you think. Hope you enjoy.
Pretty cool, right?
I always— it's one of those things. Oh, goodness.
Stop.
Stop. Thank you. Thank you so much. The AV team here is amazing. They see my every move. So thank you so much, team. But when I use this technology, right, and I have my AI speak Spanish because I kind of look like I speak Spanish, but I'm a New York Rican. from the 70s and so I was told not to learn Spanish. That was just a thing back then. But people will come up to me and they'll be like. And I'm like, no, no, no, no. I don't speak, my AI speaks. So be careful with some of this technology because people might come to you and be speaking German or Chinese or Mandarin. But it's kind of cool because it increases my accessibility. The last thing I want to show you is my agentic platform. So these are the six agents and I'm going to be going through these in a lot more detail for those of you. And of course, we have laser coaching coming up. So if you have questions, I only have a few minutes, but I just want to show you that this is real for my business. The most important thing is the time that these agents save me, right? So I have an assistant called Eva. She has so far this month processed 2,828 emails for me, has drafted responses that are about 80, 90%, but still time back in my pocket. 103 emails drafted. So you can see that's 24 hours back. My social media. Okay, I work this, this guy pretty hard. This is Sonny. 480 social media posts drafted. Now notice it says drafted because I, as a responsible AI, a steward of building stuff that I don't just put out into market, I monitor this. You also see my blog post, right? These are long-form content. I'll just give you a taste of what it looks like. These are some of the posts you'll actually see it on my LinkedIn. I just posted this earlier. I actually really like one of these posts that it created for me earlier, so I'm going to grab it and just— I'll show you what it looks like. I can just grab this and pull it over and you'll see now it's posting. Like, this is the power of AI. I use AI to take my brand, take my message, and pull it into my post. So granted, could I let it go rogue? I could. I'm just not there yet. Yet as the human doing the work, training the machine. One day I will be, one day I'll trust it. But so far it did, I think, 2 posts last week had the wrong call to action. So I'm like, back to human in the loop for you, right? So that's— but my, uh, my favorite thing is my sales agent. So my sales agent, based on my own demographics, right, this is my ICP, who I search for, who I'm looking for. Based on that ICP, it goes to public databases, finds people who are kind of like me and connects with them, gives me their contact, but most importantly, generates an AI-based email sequence. These are all the things that we're, we're going to be teaching you. Many of the members last year, we went through this incredible experience. I'm super excited for you all too. But this is just a taste. So you could see this is real. I use this every single day. I will show you here, Eva, this is the, the daily briefing that I ask it to build for me, right? Here's your schedule. Noelle's live. Yay! Here's your urgent inbox option. Urgent inbox emails. Here's the industry insights you need to be aware of. This is just— it's just magical. When you use this technology, it gives you the opportunity to take what you want to do. I'm the most human person around. My desire is to spend more human time with you all. And these technologies, these agents allow me to do just that. And it's not just getting time back, it's actually manufacturing new time. I got 267 hours that I never had before. So this is the time. Take your vision, build your brain, start generating content, and most importantly, start looking at the team. It's my pleasure to be here with you today. Thank you so much. I hope you enjoyed it. I'll see you all soon.
I love Noelle's energy so much. I could watch her all day. But did you catch What she was showing there and at the end of that demo, it's such a fun thing to actually watch all those agents. 267 hours. That's what Noelle got back. Not in a year. This month, her AI called Eva processed 2,828 emails for her. A social media agent drafted 480 posts. A sales agent found qualified leads, built outreach sequences, and kept the pipeline warm for her business while she was doing something else entirely. Literally 267 hours manufactured out of thin air, back in her pocket, as she says, by a team that never sleeps, never calls in sick, never needs a performance review. And here's the thing I really want you to sit with right now is that Noelle didn't start there. She started exactly where most of you are, just enamored with the tools, same as me. She was running in, uh, baby tiger mode as she calls it, which I love, excited by the AI and what it could do. But not really clear yet on what she actually needed it to do for her. And that shift changed everything when she started looking at this and said she stopped asking AI just to do tasks and she started building AI to actually deliver outcomes. That's the difference. That's the difference between a tool you operate and a team that works for you. And that shift from task to outcome from tool to teammate is the entire foundation of what we've been talking about today, right? And we talked about 2 of the 5 steps of the method, the brain and the team. And the final step, the system, is what takes everything you've been seeing today and turns it into something that actually runs without you. But the honest truth is this: building all of this, building it properly with everything connected and, and actually producing results That's not something we do in 5 hours together here. That's a guided, supported, step-by-step build with real people like Noel in your corner. So Vishen's actually gonna come back out now for a few minutes and he's gonna show you exactly what that looks like, what becomes possible, and what it means to stop trying to build all of this alone. So please welcome back Vishen Lakhiani.
Hey Jason, thank you again. And my God, Noel's energy. I love that woman. So I'm so glad that we could bring you incredible teachers like Noel. Did you guys enjoy that session? Let me actually quickly pull up the chat messages so that I can see what you guys are saying. I love looking at that chat. There's so much excitement there. It's really, really, really insanely cool. OK, so I can see your chat as well, so I can see what you guys are saying. Looks incredible. Now I know that sometimes this can also feel overwhelming, and that's legit. That's absolutely true. It can be overwhelming when you don't have the right teacher, right? Everything that we learn in life can be overwhelming if we aren't trained, if we aren't guided. So about last week, something really interesting happened. I decided to hire a personal trainer to work with me. See, what happened is I turned 50 and I really want to get into the best shape of my life. So I hired this personal trainer and he was really expensive. So I go to the gym and I'm thinking, was this really necessary? I'm paying something like $150 an hour. I think I know most of this stuff. And for the first half hour, I felt like he was just making me do things that I already knew. But then the tiny, tiny fine-tunements started emerging. Like when we were doing a bench press, he would show me that, and he quoted this scientific study that showed that if I squeeze my shoulders at the back and if I go for maximum range, there is a 15% boost in muscle protein synthesis. He showed me that if I do it in a super slow method, fast push, But super slow, 30% increase in muscular growth. He spoke to me about sleep. He spoke to me about the truth about protein shakes. All of these things started adding up and I realized something. I'm paying $150 for wisdom that I'm going to carry through for the next 50 years of my life. For the next 50 years of my life, I'm going to see maybe a 10-15% increase in performance every time I go to the gym. That's pretty good. But then something else happened. He made me do a, um, a squat. Now, I hate dumbbell squats because around 2, 3 years ago, I did a dumbbell squat unassisted in the gym, and I injured my back. And my back was in agony. I was 47 years old. My back was in agony for 3 months. And I just told myself, I'm too old to do this. But this guy, he made me do the dumbbell squat. I'm like, no, no, man, I cannot risk my back again. But he made me do it. He put me in the right position. I did the squat, and sure enough, no back pain. 48 hours later, 2 days later, I was sure I was going to get back pain. No back pain. What I realized was that I told myself a niggly little lie, and the lie was, I'm too old for this. At 50, dumbbell squats, it's too dangerous. Because I guess I saw my father, and my father had, had back pain for, for much of his life, and I just assumed not a good idea. But this man showed me how to do it properly, and now I'm able to work my legs in a completely new way. This is going to benefit me for the rest of my life. So two insights I want you to take away. Number one, the little nuances matter. I see some people posting in the chat, I know this already, waste of my time. You're going to know some of the stuff here, But the nuances matter. And with AI especially, those tiny, fine-tuned nuance, you can know 50 minutes of 60 minutes of what Noel said, but the last 10 minutes, that could add millions to your bottom line over the subsequent years. That's the first message. The second message I want you to know is this. Your age does not matter. I stopped learning to code because I read an article that said that coders over 40 were worthless. Silicon Valley doesn't hire any programmer over 40. So even when I wanted to just learn basic coding for fun 10 years ago, I hesitated. I was too old. Today I'm coding advanced web applications. I don't mean vibe coding, I mean actual coding. And I'm running circles around programmers who are 25 and have been doing it for 10 years because they are stuck in a pre-AI mindset. I've moved to an AI mindset. The majority of people who take our AI Mastery program, by the way, 55 to 56 years old. That's the average age. Please do not say that age is your limitation because that's going to hurt you. Instead, I want you to go into this with an open mind, open that the tiny nuances, the 10% of what a great teacher says, could make a mass difference. And secondly, that age is a number that is completely irrelevant. Now with that, what I want to show you is I want to show you some of the systems that I set up. And then I'm going to actually show you how we train people to completely transform their company with AI. So basically what you're seeing again is my personal AI that we use for our company, Blink Life. So this is also the AI that we make available for all of our students right now. Blink Life is actually listening to me right now, and it's in teacher training mode. And see, you can see it's listening in. I can grab a screenshot. I'm gonna grab a screenshot of your chat. So now it can also see your comments. And what Blinklife is doing over here is it is understanding what's going on in this event and it's giving me feedback, okay? So I wanna show you what happened earlier. So earlier after I finished my call, and this is what happens when you do, when you get really good at AI mastery, right? It recorded a transcript of the entire call. But it didn't just record a transcript. It then went and it created an improved version of my call. So this is when the system is working. Now, this is instantaneous. Within a minute of hanging up with you guys, I had this. It's giving me an improved version, the energy I need to maintain, the key items of what I said. Now, again, you don't have to read the text. It's the idea here that matters. So I apologize if the text is a little bit small. Okay, it's extracted the main quotes. If AI handled your repetitive draining work, the emails you shouldn't be writing, the reports nobody asked for, the status updates, how many hours would you reclaim? And what would you actually do with that? It's engineering my speech and improving it. So this is AI where in real time, it's called ambient AI. It's real time. It's listening for you before you even finish your call. It has already improved your speech. So the next time I give this talk, it gets better and better and better. Look, I know I'm not the perfect teacher. I know I make some mistakes. I may go too fast. But see, it's giving me the key teaching principles. Now, it doesn't stop there. It will know the next time I'm about to give this talk, it will prepare me for it automatically because it also maintains a pulse, okay? It's watching me. It maintains a schedule. Okay? It automatically has its task list on what it needs to do. Now, I wanna show you something even wilder. After it creates my teaching notes, I tell it, by the way, could you just create a slide deck for the first part of the call? I, I didn't have time to create a slide deck. So it goes and it instantly creates a slide deck. This is an actual slide deck. It wrote all the slides itself. Now, I didn't give it any styling. So you can see, because I didn't care about the styling, I just wanted to get the message. But these were all the things I covered. It's created the slides for me instantaneously. This is how, remember this one I was speaking about? Sadness, excitement, dreams. Okay, the skills layer, it just created all of this. Now, all I got to do is I just got to download a design setting and it'll be beautiful. It can be in the Mindvalley design. So it does all of this instantaneously. This is AI when it's structured well. And as it's doing this, it's updated its memories of me. It's created a new memory tree and it started creating a new— this is moving very fast, but it started creating a new understanding of what's going on in my life. Okay? And the next time I ask it, It's even smarter. Now, this is AI. This is AI when it's truly powered. Okay? Now, we— I built this tool for my team. Then we decided to call it Blinklife, and we're actually opening it up to everyone who does AI mastery. And Blinklife also works with Claude. So when you build a page or whatever on Claude, Claude will just speak to Blinklife, and it'll publish the page over there. So it's a very, very cool tool. Now, let me get off this, and what I want to show you is how AI mastery works. So after I got really good with AI, I began to see that this is probably the number one skill that entrepreneurs need to learn. I mean, I started out teaching meditation, teaching people how to take care of their nervous system. That, to me, was an edge in entrepreneurship. But why did I shift to AI? Because why do we need to take care of our nervous system? Why do we need to meditate? It's because we as a species get constantly stressed and we get constantly stressed because of work. But what if work dematerializes? Automatically our health goes up because we have more free time. Automatically our nervous system is healthier because we're able to sleep more because we can take Fridays off because stuff that stressed us out no longer is there. This is why I now spend 70% of my time teaching AI. 30% teaching meditation and, and taking care of oneself. AI Mastery is about becoming a master of applied AI to get your current work week from 5 days to 4 or even 3 days. But this is exact. This is actually a safe number. The vast majority of the students who do this eliminate 1 to 2 hours— sorry, 1 to 2 days Many of them eliminate 3 days. Now, when I say eliminate days, I mean from their current job. Most of them love their work and every entrepreneur has multiple ideas. So sometimes they would take their current work that takes 5 days, they're able to do it in 2, and then they decide to work an extra 2 days and start a new company or a new business and double their revenue. And they still get to take Friday off. That in fact is the philosophy I'm doing. My Mindvalley work now takes 10% of the time it took before. But I don't wanna completely just work Mondays before lunch. So I started 3 other companies because why not? I'm excited about this and I can do it. Blinklife, by the way, is one of those companies. So the big secret of AI-powered entrepreneurship is this: AI isn't about tools, it's about thinking different. Remember Steve Jobs' famous Apple ad, Thinking Different? So some of the key AI pioneers, the guys who are really at the cutting edge of AI, they agree on these two things. If you want to get good at AI, you must learn to think differently. This is called agency. Agency is you understand that you make the rules. Very similar to my writing where I talk about untangling yourself from bullshit rules of the culturescape. The rules of how a company works has changed. The rules of how you create social media have changed. The rules of how you interview people have changed. Agency means you're no longer bound by rules of an outdated society. And in the age of AI, outdated means 2025. Now, the second thing is on-ramping. On-ramping means you are, you know how you get on a ramp to go on a highway? It means you are going on a ramp to learn something new. You are bringing new knowledge into your system. Maybe it's how to create scripts that sound like you, that speak like you, but also have viral hooks that could transform your business in terms of marketing. Maybe it's how to delegate with AI. It's how to check up on your team. It's how to analyze people's OKRs and goals, suggest new ways for them to do their job. Every time you learn something with AI, you are on-ramping and you are able to connect these new dots. And when you connect it to agency, you're able to use these new ideas to rewrite the rules and create a life that you can live on your own terms. This is supremely powerful. Now, secret number 2 is this: you can automate more than you think. You can even automate creativity. If I wanted to, I could create an AI within the next 8 hours that would automatically look like me, speak like me in a voice, have access to all of my information, and create a social media viral reel on Instagram like me every single day. The only reason I'm not doing it is because that's not who I want to be. I want to be real. But there are people who are doing it. I have a friend who's doing it. She's making $15,000 extra a month from her Instagram account. And today I got a message from another one of my friends. I want to actually share that message with you because this is wild. This is so crazy. Okay, so this guy, this guy created a brand new AI avatar channel in 5 days, hit 1.1 million views. And gain 30,000 followers. Let me actually show this to you. This is so nuts. It's insane. There you go. So he created this brand new channel, David Chen 888. You can go follow it. And this man doesn't exist. It's an AI avatar that speaks in wisdom. 30,000 followers, 5 days, 1.1 million views. And he did it just for fun. Okay. This is where we are in the world today with AI. So you can automate more than you think, even creativity. Now, secret number 3, your company is either AI native or out of business. This is true. The way AI is moving right now, if you are integrating it with your business, you are gonna be able to create incredible gains, but also incredible values for the customer. Because so, you know, in one of our early AI classes, we— I was talking to this coach, and this coach helps relationships. And so she coaches couples, and then she gives these couples this homework to do. Can you commit to having a date night every week? Can you commit to X number of days per week, you, the man, are going to cook breakfast for the woman, and you're going to eat breakfast together without looking at your phone? Okay, the problem, but the problem is people forget. So what she learned to do was build a simple website that's interactive. They create an account, the couples connect, they make their agreements, and what happens is it reminds them, it creates their schedule for the week. Time to do this one day. But think about what this gives her as an edge as a relationship coach. The other relationship coaches are just doing the same thing, but they don't have the website. This website is the differentiator, and that differentiator could mean charging 20 to 30% more. It could mean double the clients because she has that differentiator. When you learn AI, you learn to create these differentiators. But if you don't, I can tell you one of your competitors is going to. Now, this coach is in her 60s, and I stress that because age is just a number. So number 4, questions to ask yourself, okay? Do you feel like everyone else is racing ahead with AI and you're stuck trying to figure it out? That's a legitimate feeling. And I don't blame you if you feel like that. I felt like that in 2023. I was really diligent with AI. Then I fell behind because I got busy with work. And I remember one of my friends got so far ahead, I asked her, oh my God, you got to explain this to me. I feel kind of lost. And she goes, Vishen, stop saying that. I don't like you having that negative self-talk. I'm going to teach this to you, but just spend, you know, a few hours a week. You'll be caught up. You're smart. You can do it. And I thank her for saying that because rather than outsource it to a friend that I was going to pay to just advise me, she encouraged me to actually keep my money and invest in learning it properly. And that was the differentiator. That was what completely shifted my AI thing. I went and I started, I started getting experts to come. I started applying the tools. I didn't get hire people to teach my employees. I hired them to teach me. So I was at Abundance 360 Summit 2 weeks ago and there was this Silicon Valley investor on stage. Forgive me, I cannot remember his name, but he said something that will, that sits with me. He said, my advice for every founder is this. It doesn't matter if you're a solopreneur. It doesn't matter if your company has 1,000 people. You have to learn AI. You don't outsource this because AI is ultimately about vision to reality. Okay? Vision to reality. And the vision is the founder's job. The founder is therefore best able to program AI. Because founders connect dots. Founders have visions. Whether you are a founder of a company of 1 or you have 1,000 employees or you have 200 like me, it is your job to lean into AI first. In my case, 70% of my work right now is AI, and I'm enjoying it immensely. 30% is the traditional founder job. And that 30%, I still do because I enjoy it. Now, are you seeing dozens of new AI tools but wondering which ones are actually worth your time? This is not the way to go because you will get lost. There are about 5 big new AI updates every single day. Rather, what you want to do is you want to learn the pattern, the, and the 5-step process that we teach. That's the pattern that I teach my team. That's the pattern I look at AI. That's the pattern I use to get insane results. That's the pattern I use to make my company a business school case study. In Milan and Hawaii. That's the pattern that I believe in. Next, have you tried tools like Claude but felt you're only scratching the surface? Do you know about Claude Dispatch where you can talk to Claude using your phone? Do you know how to download Claude skills? Do you know how to create super skills? Do you know how to get Claude to be proactive so Claude remembers what needs to be done? Do you know how to sync your Claude with other people's Claude, create a account where your entire team can collaborate? Do you know Claude code? Can you build apps with Claude? All of that is teachable no matter what your age is. Most people use AI like a search engine. Don't be one of them because they are not going to have an edge. Finally, are you concerned that AI might replace your role or your business instead of making you valuable? The truth is, by all predictions, a lot of jobs are going to become unnecessary. But also by all predictions, it's going to be easier than ever to start a business for those who are in the know. And by all predictions, the people who are founders with vision and know what to build, they are going to have an edge in this new world. Building things is going to be easy. Once you know, right? We teach you that. The thing that's gonna make you wealthy and successful is knowing what to build. And this is a visionary skill that founders dominate. So we are actually entering the age of founders, and I'm really excited about it. Finally, would you love to use AI to free up your time, grow your income, or launch new ideas faster without learning how to code? You don't have to be technical. You simply have to understand a system. Okay? So the good news is if you, if you like this, if this is something that resonates with you, if you're excited about the possibilities of what I've shared, of what Noel has shared, then AI Mastery is something that you may wanna look at. So when we polled our audience, meaning you guys, this is what we found. 61%, say they don't understand how to apply AI. 53% of you feel overwhelmed. 42% of you are actually concerned AI will replace your job. 47% tried AI tools, didn't know how to get real results. So if you feel any of this, you're not alone. But here's the thing. Of all of these students, and this was a survey from our students last year before they started the Mastery, 100% of them decided to step into AI Mastery last year, a program that we launch once a year. And walk away with clarity, confidence, and practical mastery of AI. And we're gonna share some of their stories. So let's look at AI Mastery. Why you? Why now? Why we focus on founders like you? Because they're the most likely to be left behind. If you don't develop these skills and truly believe AI can be a game changer, then this may not be good news for your business. The best time to have done this was yesterday. The second best time is today. So why Mindvalley, right? Why learn with us? We're an educational institute. We specialize in teaching methodology. We specialize in great— creating great teachers. There are AI schools out there. They often tend to be boring and non-technical, and they do not connect it to founder work. If you watch how I teach, it's not just AI, it's psychology, it's mindset. You will listen to a lecture on AI structure. And you'll get a new idea on how to improve your health. That's how we teach at Mindvalley. That's why we consistently get incredible reviews. Okay. So we've been doing this for 4 years. We have trained 3,500 founders on AI, and it was 2023 when we started our AI school. We only open up this training once a year, and the reason for that is because we do not bring in facilitators to teach. You learn from the masters. You learn from people like Daniel Priestley, who is the number one entrepreneurship trainer in Europe. He is the number one guest on Diary of a CEO, which is the number one educational podcast in the world. If you know Daniel Priestley, you know genius. You learn from Man and Dave, who won 5 awards at the Consumer Electronics Show last year for inventing Mercedes Sound Drive AI. That's the AI that composes music in your Mercedes car as you drive. And he's been— and his inventions have been featured in Time magazine 5 times. You're not learning from his assistant. You're learning from him. You're also learning from me. But because these people are so busy, myself included, Noel included, we only get to do this once a year. Because if we were doing this with facilitators, then, you know, you're gonna learn from facilitators, but it wouldn't be from the source. We want you to learn from the source, from people who are actually winning awards, from people who are actually considered some of the leading teachers of their time, from people like Noel who work with Bezos on like Amazon, and within a framework that's structured. This is why we do this once a year. Now we designed this program for you. Okay, we— and this is what we know that a lot of people like you want. You want to remove 70% of repetitive work. The 30% that you keep might be work that you actually enjoy, that gives you meaning. That's good.
Keep that.
Like, I don't want to remove all writing, although I can, because I love writing. Sometimes I want to be in a beautiful surrounding with a journal and write down ideas. There's a pleasure in that. But there's writing that I don't enjoy doing. I get AI to help me with that. Now, number 2, you get the time. To get that time, you need AI that thinks like you and runs without you. This is called proactive AI. The AI is actually running your business proactively. You do not have to check on it. Now, this is a wild idea for many of you who are just using AI as search, but it's incredible. So what does my AI do, right? So with permission from my staff, my AI is part of a team. And so here's a really interesting thing. And some of you who are listening, you can apply this. If you know how, you can apply this immediately. We run our meetings on Google Hangouts. Google automatically records your meetings, and it sends it to your Gmail account. I give access to my Gmail account to my AI, which sits on a separate machine. So my agent is sitting on this machine, and the agent uses the machine. I don't touch it. The agent will go and analyze the meeting notes of all of my meetings, and it understands who's speaking because Google shows you that. And what it does is it analyzes trends. And at the end of the week, it will openly share with the entire team, hey, I noticed that this person, Tom, was very active 3 weeks ago, but Tom, you seem to have gone a little bit silent. Just want to check in with you. Is there something about the product strategy that maybe you feel you disagree with and you're not voicing that? And we're really open about that. And then it may say, by the way, Susie, Susie's contribution this week was huge. Susie, really proud of you. You're stepping up. You're speaking and sharing a lot more right now. And then it'll also look at the meeting and say, these are the to-do items. And by the way, guys, you committed to solving this 3 weeks ago. It hasn't happened yet. Did this slip off someone's radar? The AI is doing all of this. Because the meeting notes are being recorded, going to Google, the AI is analyzing them. This is proactivity. And I can tell you, this is a game changer. Meetings are so much more effective. So much more is getting done. People are more motivated because people are being seen. Now imagine what this could do for your life if you can build proactive AI. Next, to get to that level of AI support, you need to think AI first. This is something that I teach all of my employees, don't create your day for humans. Structure everything you do for AI. And these are little nuances. Everything you do is done for AI. For example, as I'm teaching you and speaking to you guys, I have my ambient AI listening in the background. It has down— her name is Eliza. She's downloaded skills as an educator. She's watching me teach. And she's coming up with ideas on how I can improve my teaching. Hey, Eliza, I bet you heard that. If you heard that, can you just type in the chat what you're thinking about how I can improve my teaching? And she will, she'll process. She's set to comment every 1 minute because if I put 30 seconds, she gets a little bit too chatty. But we'll go back and we'll see. She'll give me ideas on this one. So I'll just type it out. How can I improve my teaching? So this is proactive AI. It's listening to me right now. And see, she's telling me what works brilliantly, specific numbers, reframe pattern. Okay, now wait, wait, wait, let's go. Places to tighten, pacing on the trainer story, transition to Blink Live. Repetition check. Micronote. Yeah. This is really, really, really cool. She's actually giving me speaking feedback in real time. OK, so that's what we mean by this. OK, let's continue. Now you've actually experienced our 5-step method over the last 2 days if you attended AI Summit, and some of you experienced a glimpse of it here today. In AI Mastery, we go deeper in these 5 steps, mega deep. And the difference is huge. So vision, you learn how to get AI to truly understand your mind, your brain, your soul, your goals, the goals of your company, the OKR. So the AI can even help you produce the right company strategy. You go into the brain, you learn how to structure data, how to build an AI brain, how to have multiple brains talk to each other. And with the brain, the AI knows your work. It knows the output from your company. It can even know things such as your voice pattern. So if you want, it can replicate your voice. Sometimes when I'm recording a video, I accidentally say something wrong and I send it to my team. And my team is in Malaysia and they want to edit the video, but the time zone is off. They don't want to message me and say, hey Vishen, you mispronounced this word. They'll just get the AI to say it exactly like me. No one notices because we have an AI brain with my voice pattern. Now, this is going to sound scary, but you can create an AI brain with your face. And you can create— literally, you can create your face in a video speaking any language you want with your lips moving exactly in the tone of that language with proper pronunciation in your voice. So brains don't just have to be text files, right? Now, the third is create. This is where you bring in modal context protocols. These are called MCPs. You bring in skill. You use tools like Dispatch so you can chat with your AI when you're on a beach, such as that entrepreneur I, I, I, whose quote I shared with you guys, and you're able to create at lightning speed. This is where the time saving really happens. One of the biggest things over here are skills. You build unique skills for your AI. These are skills. These are a lot of my AI skills. For example, this is my LinkedIn post skill. Okay? And so the— when I ask my AI to do a LinkedIn post, it knows exactly what it needs to do. And I have it write— I have it run this skill proactively every 5 PM based on what's going on with my life. So it's listening in on meetings. I'm chatting with it. It'll automatically look at my life, understand my audience, understand my books, create a LinkedIn post. If you check my LinkedIn, my LinkedIn, I don't even know how to use, log into LinkedIn. I just don't even, I just don't even know how to use that thing. I don't like being on, on, on social media. My LinkedIn is written by an AI working with a human team with such a degree of fidelity that I do not have to be involved at all. And I actually wanna show you something pretty insane. Let me just see if I can bring this up. Okay. I think you guys are gonna freak out about this or really like this. Okay. So this is my LinkedIn team. Okay. My LinkedIn team is an agency. And they are in a WhatsApp group with my AI, Eliza. Okay, so Sabrina, who's my LinkedIn manager, she gives an idea for a post. Eliza says, okay, check on that. Here's what I'm seeing, what's absolutely crushing it. Then Eliza gives tiny refinements. Then she gives the vibe. Then she gives an honest angle. And then Sabrina says, it's for LinkedIn. This whole chat is for LinkedIn, please, because she accidentally went off and she goes, yep, I'm here. What else do you need? And she, she gets it. She makes the corrections. Okay, it's vulnerable and a win. People eat that up on LinkedIn. They're literally having a conversation with my AI. I am not in this group. Look, I'm scrolling. You don't see me. You just see Eliza, Eliza, Eliza, Eliza. She's talking to my team and she's even analyzing things. 808 comments in a week, 51% lift, momentum's real. That's the kind of attention that fills registration funnels. Campaign's not just live, it's resonating. Okay? So my AI is literally speaking to my team, measuring engagement, coming up with ideas. I'm not there. I just don't like meetings anymore.
Why?
Now to do this, we have to train the AI to basically think like me and understand my brain. That is step 3, creation as a superpower. That's one of the things you learn. Step 4, team. Actually, we kind of jumped into step 4. I showed you how the AI is connecting with my team. With step 4, what happens is you learn how to automate processes. I shared the story of my chief legal officer who created a report that a tech we were building might not be GDPR compliant. And normally it takes 6 months and lots of like legal dollars to solve this. I just fed that report into the coding AI. The coding AI recoded parts of the app, goes to the CTO with anything it cannot fix. The CTO goes, well, it's a Sunday, I'm kind of off. Could you try answering this yourself? The AI answers it. Another 50% gone. And now my CTO and my CLO, rather than take 6 months, they just have to collab for about 2 hours, involve the AI. All our legal problems— not legal problems— all our legal compliance things that we have to do as any company has to do, solved. That's insane, isn't it? Now, number 5, this is where all the pieces come together. This is where it's integrated with your life. It's integrated with your health. It understands your supplements. It can understand even how you slept. And decide what are the most important tasks for you today and trim that down because you didn't get enough sleep at night. That's AI at the next level. It's an entire system. I call this Tony Stark mode. If you've seen the Avengers and you've seen how Tony Stark runs his life, that's where we are getting to. And we teach you how to get there. So this is the entire framework. Feel free to take a photo. Vision, vision, brain, create, team, system. Okay? AI that knows you, AI that has the right data, creating quality skills that produce quality results, sharing and embedding with your team, making the system evolve and compound itself. And here's how the program works. So our AI Mastery program is 32 live trainings over 16 weeks. 32 live trainings, okay? Over 16 weeks. Now, every week we do this. We don't just want to speak to you. We want to work with you and get whatever we are saying implemented. So the first thing is we do 16 live trainings. Each on its standalone value is about $1,000. How do we know that? Well, I get paid $100,000 to deliver a single 1-hour talk on AI nowadays. So at a reasonable number on Zoom, each training is worth at least $1,000. Okay? So we bring in world-class experts. Now on day 2, which happens that same week, which is a Friday. So Wednesday you do the training, 90 minutes. Friday implementation. We bring in Viken Tascalo-Denis. He's Mindvalley's chief AI evangelist. The dude's a genius. He's the guy I trusted in to, to roll out AI across my entire team. Viken Tasc comes in, works with you, and we take whatever was in that training and we create it for your company. We all open our laptops together. He goes step by step by step. At the end, you're done. The model of the AI world isn't learn, learn, learn, and keep it in your head. It's learn, do, implement, done. The magic is now rolling. Every week, a part of your business is optimized. And therefore, here's the interesting thing. In the first week itself, Okay, or at least by the second week you've saved 3 hours a week. And so the extra 3 hours that you're spending in this training after week 3, by the time you get to week 3, is free time because by the end of week 2 you've saved 3 hours. That's how powerful this training is. Okay, now it's a 4-month program and I want to show you some of the stuff that people are gaining, right? So Lana, within 4 months I'd shorten my work week by 1.5 days. Original goal was to eliminate Fridays. She now eliminated Fridays and half of Thursdays. Kahina: I burned out trying to run 2 businesses alongside motherhood. Now I feel inspired, energized to bring multiple business ideas to life. Fernanda: I've saved hours of work, eliminated the need for an accountant, secured new clients, developed exciting new projects. So many of you, one of the biggest costs of running a small business is hiring. What if half of your hiring needs disappeared? Think about what that's going to save you. That's what actually happens here. Okay, so now the program starts in about 2 weeks. What happens is if you enroll now, we're going to give you some really cool bonuses. Okay, one of them is my online course on AI. It's called Amplify with AI. I teach this with Viken Tass and Manan. Manan is the guy who has the 5 Inventions in Time magazine. Genius, genius, genius guy. And so Amplify with AI teaches you this. It's, it's, it's the first on-ramp to get you really good. It's an incredible program. You do this on your own. It's about 7 hours. Okay? 20 to 30-minute lessons, and you will start learning tons of different things. One of my favorite things there is being able to photograph your fridge. And the AI then creates recipes for you. And the AI is also able to understand your supplements, understand your blood work, and help you plan exactly what you eat so you stay healthy. Remember that example I showed you of how I lost all of that weight around my waist? That's what you learn. But so many other lessons. Creating music just for fun. You learn how to create incredible songs with AI. I did a conference in summer last year. I created the theme song for the conference, and damn, was it a banger. Manan, teaches that. Mannan's so good, the last song he created, Snoop Dogg heard it at a party, and Snoop Dogg offered to lend his voice to that song. That theme song is now selected as the theme song of California, and it has Idris Elba and Snoop Dogg rapping on it. Mannan created that. Mannan, by the way, has a master's in AI. I believe it's from Cambridge or Oxford, one of those universities. He didn't start out as a musician. What can you create? Okay, then you get a certificate worth $2,000. Now with this cert alone, you can go to companies if you decide that's what you want to do and act as a certified AI implementation person. It's big money right now. Our program is internationally accredited, so Mindvalley is globally recognized. You also get 108 continuing professional development credits. These are called CPD credits. So these can contribute to your university. It can contribute to company requirements for CPD credits for those of you who know this matter. Now, one of the things that we decided to build and deploy with AI Mastery, and this is the first time we're deploying this particular tool, is a community platform for collaboration. We are very excited about this because there are gonna be people in this program who are gonna become world-class at AI for marketing. And there are others who might become world-class in AI for music, some who might become world-class in AI for data analysis. And as a founder, maybe you wanna specialize in one, but you want like a brainstorm partner. You are good at data analysis, but maybe you're not so good at like AI for marketing videos and you wanna find someone who can help you there. Our community platform is called Finer Minds. And it lets you see all of the other students and find the students in your city. And then what you can do is you can then use the platform to find the right person you need for the right project. For example, here Lisa Chen has said, I'm looking for a tech co-founder for an AI meditation app. So who knows, you might find your next business partner, you might find your CTO, you might find a great employee, you might find someone you start a business with. Now we're also experimenting with something that I'm really excited about, and it's, it's the gifting economy. It's inspired by Burning Man. So you can go to Finer Minds and you can say, I volunteer to help anybody with logo design and brand identity. That's my skill. What I'm looking for is help with SEO strategy. People can express interest and you can trade. So now founders can support founders. I believe this is going to be huge in this new world where they're going to be A lot of people starting companies, and rather than grow through employees, you go through founder-to-founder collaboration. And by the way, an AI helps find the right founders and AI implementation people to match you with. So all of that. Now, the other thing that we know is, yes, our classes are live, but some of you might be in a place like Singapore and Australia. It might be late for you. To. So all the classes are available as recordings. Okay. And this is all on the Mindvalley app. And if you don't know Mindvalley, our app was featured last year in every Apple Store in the world as an example of a really great app in terms of design philosophy. Now, I also want to introduce a special bonus. I'm going to give you access to Blink Life. This alone is worth 10 times anything you pay for the master It is the number one most important tool I'm using right now. So everything I'm showing you here, I'm gonna give you my prompts. You're gonna get these skills, this listener tool, you're gonna get it. Okay? You're gonna get the ability for the AI to build webpages, slides, UX for you. You're gonna get intelligent notes. Blinklife will even manage your task manager for you. Okay? Everything that you need is all over here. It's so powerful. This is really interesting. Every single day, it shows you how much it knows about you by writing a blog post about you. So this is my AI diary, and this is the blog post it wrote about me on March 26th. Wednesday was the day of radical proposals delivered to a room that wasn't quite ready to say yes. And it's really interesting. And when you read that, when you read this, it is shocking how much an AI can understand you. And the AI will then give you ideas on how you can improve your performance as a leader, grow as a marketer. So this is the daily briefing. So the AI becomes your second— what's the word? I'm losing the name of that. Phrase. It's not second in command. It's chief of staff. That's it. An AI chief of staff. Okay? And, and every day it reminds me what I need to do, what I, what, what, what I need to, to think about. It's a really powerful tool. Okay? So Blinklife is going to be included in this. Blinklife, by the way, one of the ways it becomes powerful, so you don't have to use it, but one of the ways it becomes powerful is it has a very advanced memory graph. Your Claude can plug into this memory graph, and now Claude knows you even better. So even if you don't use BlinkLife, everything is there. So you get 4 months of BlinkLife, and after that, we make it exportable. You can export everything. It builds everything for you, every skill, every memory. You can export it. You can put it on your own system. You don't have to stick on it, right? We believe in free movement between systems. We are system agnostic. Now, this is the complete package. So look at all the value you're getting, the weekly trainings, the live guided implementation, the accreditation, the community platform, the free Amplify with AI, the summit recordings, and Blink Life, which is priceless. Total value, $37,398. And what you're doing is you're getting all of that for a very low fee. Now you can go to stories.mindvalley.com. Type in AI Mastery. We have 200 stories on AI Mastery. Let me actually bring that up right now. I'd like to show you what students are saying. So I'm just going to go to AI Mastery. It's loading. Oh, actually, it's already there. There, there we go. So 200 stories. Now I want you to observe the faces of these individuals. I want you to see that there's no one here who's like really young. Most people here, the vast majority, are well over 40. And what they are doing is incredible. Like this guy built a production-ready SaaS healthcare platform in 6 weeks. This guy developed SongCrop AI, an ethical music platform that protects artists' rights and revenue. Look at the creativity. I built a fully interconnected life operating system, shipped my first real product. I went from barely using ChatGPT to confidently building AI tools that that can even clone myself. We can load more stories. Yeah, 200 of them for you to read here. I reduced months of finance work to days, built my own forecasting app. Okay, I didn't expect that this program would expand my mindset so much that it opened the door to a new service I can now monetize and teach to others. People are making so much money from their creations over here. Over 200 incredible stories. Time saved, money made, new products shipped, lives changed. This guy reduced human resource needs by 40 to 60%. And you can, you can go ahead and read these stories. They're all over there. So let's look at a couple. Okay. So Joe Nelson said, for the first time in 18 years, I can see a future where I step away for the summer and the business operates smoothly. A first time ever in 18 years. Ryan said, shifted his perspective entirely. What felt overwhelming now feels achievable. And these are all the things he did. Nikki said, I built AI-powered tools to promote my new business online, streamline lead gen, client comms, and solve operational problems typically faced by startups. Michael said, It didn't just help my business, it transformed how we operate as a team. Productivity is through the roof. Olena measured her efficiency, 35% improvement in efficiency. That translates to 35% improvement in whatever you're earning. What is that? What does that mean for you? If you're earning $100K, that's $35K every year. Kaylin, I have a social media plan and calendar that automates posts for me, generates ideas, generates images. She basically built her own social media operating dashboard. Hector, he had a marketing agency. He applied AI to it and was honored with the AI Creative Agency of the Year Award by the Internet Marketing Association. Ernest completed the patent documentation and drawing for his latest invention, an AI-backed, app-driven indoor appliance capable of reducing home energy consumption by 60%. This This woman increased daily client capacity, boosted her income by 25%. She took, with simple automation and a process that took 3, that used to take 45 to 50 hours, took 3. Now what does all of this cost? Well, AI Mastery is, works like this. You start with a $997 payment and then it's $1,497 over 4 months. Okay? So it's straight up. So $997 to secure your spot, get in the program. $1497 over the subsequent 4 months. Now here's the thing, the first 2 months you get to play with the program— sorry, the first 2 weeks you get to play with the program. That's 4 sessions, okay? And at the end of those 2 weeks, if you feel this isn't for you, you just take back your $997. You would have learned something amazing. Send us a testimonial, we appreciate that. But then you decide. So I'm not asking you to make up your mind right now. I'm saying literally put down $997, take the first 2 classes. If you love it, and that's what we hope, and you want to stay, then it's $1497 for the next 4 months. If you don't love it, you get back your $997. Super simple, right? Really fair. You get to test it. You get to experience it. You get to see how the learning works. Or you can pay in full, $5997, same guarantee. At the end of the first 2 weeks, if you do not feel this was everything we promised and more, take back your $5,997. Those first 2 weeks, 4 classes are on us. And of course, if you pay in a full installment, you save $1,000. Now, if you're a Mindvalley member, you, as you know, Mindvalley membership gives you tons of privileges. You save an extra $500. So it's not $5,997. You reduce that by $500. And your payment plans are also reduced. Okay. All you got to do is open up the Mindvalley app if you have a membership and you will see AI Mastery and you can click there to buy it with the discount. 15-day money-back guarantee. Now, we don't want you to lose a one moment of momentum. Our kickoff call is on the 3rd of April, 2026. Let me see, what day is that? That is happening It's happening next week, happening basically 6 days from now. So we'd love to see you in that kickoff call. Now, if you know this is for you, simply go to your dashboard, click I'm All In, or click Talk to a Program Expert, and we will see you there. Thank you so much. Back to you, Jason.
Amazing experience of AI Mastery. Trust that, right? That's not hype. That's your clarity showing up. That's, that's what it is you want to build actually bubbling to the surface. So here's what's happening right now. We want to give you a few minutes to get your questions answered by a real person who knows this program inside and out. So if we can just pull up the dashboard for a minute, I just want to show you how to get in. Vishen just mentioned it, but just so you know exactly how to get in. What it looks like. You'll see here the opportunity to jump into the lobby, right? So you'll see that there. Sorry, I'm just to have Vishen's screen is taking over here. It doesn't want to let me stop. There we go. Okay, cool. So you will, you will know you're all good. You're all good. So you'll see that there. You can talk to an AI program expert. So get in there, ask your questions. You don't want to leave without your questions being answered. Now, if you already know that you're all in, welcome genuinely. Your future self is going to be so grateful for the decision that you made today. But if you are still sitting with it, we get it. Go get your questions answered. There's no pressure. Just go get real answers for yourself. So we'll be back in 10 minutes. So don't leave yet. We're actually not done for the day. We're not done quite yet. The final piece of the method is coming up and it is really truly worth staying for. It's an incredible session. So take your break now and we will see you back here in about 10 minutes.
All right. 4, 3, 2, 1. All right. All right. Get down. All right. Get down. All right. Get down. All right. Get, get, get, get, get, get, get down. Aah!
Totally okay. We have one more step in the method to cover today, and it's the one that ties it all together, right? So we covered the brain. We've covered the team, and now we're moving into step 5, the system, right? This is the final step. This is the, the orchestration layer that takes everything you've started to learn today and connects it into one complete operating system for your business and your life. And the person delivering that final piece is Mr. Grateful himself, Dominic Ashburn, one of the highest rated teachers in the entire Mindvalley ecosystem. And he's going to show you how to take everything that you now understand and actually make it run. But first, I know that some of you still have some questions. Some of you are still kind of turning things over and you want to make sure AI Mastery is right for you. Totally makes sense. And Vishen's been hearing directly from the team about what's been coming up most for all of you. So before Dominic closes out the content today, Vishen is going to come back to address a few of those things directly for you. So Vishen, I'm going to send it back over to you.
Thank you, Jay. And so excited for Dominic. My God, this guy is he's just such an incredible teacher. I personally learned so much from him. So we're going to have that coming soon. Now, I just want to answer some of your biggest questions. Firstly, am I technical enough? Will it work for me? I can tell you this. Some of the stuff that you're going to learn here, I shared with my father who was 78 years old because he wanted to take care of his health. He had medical scans, he had X-rays, all of this different stuff. And I showed him how to build a simple AI, started using it, then he started customizing it. And he messaged me a few weeks after that and he said, this is life-changing because it gave him insights to how his health was doing. And this was not like a simple thing. It wasn't an app or anything. I constructed it with him. We spent about 2 hours together, but now he runs it. That's the same approach we're taking with you guys. I don't care if you're 78 years old. We're gonna build this together. We're gonna teach you. And so many insights, tools, creations are going to emerge when we do this together. Age is not a limitation. I think one of the reasons why people get hung up on age is because they associate AI with computer engineering. And we've all heard those myths, you know, the best engineers are 25 to 35. But it's not that. AI is about articulating vision. It's really that. It's articulating vision. Those are the best people who use AI. Creating things is easy. Knowing what to create and why, that is something that the older you get, you can actually be better at because you have more life experience. So your age may actually be an advantage. How much time does it take? What is the schedule? 3 hours a week. That's it. Wednesdays and Fridays. Okay. We'll give you the exact time. I believe it's around 11 AM. Let's see. What time is it? It's not over here. I think it's 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Can I integrate my ChatGPT into BlinkLife? Absolutely. So remember I spoke about this concept called MCPs? They allow AIs to connect with each other. So what this means is that your ChatGPT, if you use OpenClaw, which is a more advanced thing, are all, and Blinklife are all talking to each other. The memories are all being like synthesized and everything gets smarter. That's how it works. And at the end, you're not tied to any tool. In fact, one of the things we teach you is how to migrate. You can take your memories from Claude, put it on ChatGPT, ChatGPT, put it on Claude. We teach you that and we teach you how to feed and structure new memories for your AI. I shared one of the ideas with you, the seed model. We go deeper. Can I use ChatGPT or Claude as the BlinkLife? Absolutely. Same thing, right? Everything is integrated. The reason we teach different tools is because different tools have different advantages. And this way you get to decide on your own and see what is the best fit for you. It's like learning to drive a car. They don't teach you how to drive one car. They teach you the principles. You then decide if you want a BMW or Toyota or a Tesla. What happens after 4 months? After 4 months, you are going to be so freaking confident with your capabilities. A lot of the things that may seem confusing now, in 4 months is crystal clear. You understand how to move memories around. You understand how to create skills. It's just second nature. What we do at Mindvalley is We master in transformation, not in education. Here's the difference. Education means facts. It means data. Transformation means expanding your mind to greater and greater levels of awareness. A mind once transformed can never again shrink to its original size. We're not just teaching you AI. We're transforming your capacity to understand your role in the world. And what you can do. And a lot of these things does become second nature to you. What is difficult now becomes easy. When you drive a car, do you open up a notebook and look at the exact list of what you have to do? No. It's second nature. Same with riding a bike. Same with skiing. This is what we specialize in. Now, we are gonna teach you concepts. And one of the reasons we use BlinkLife is because it, it's designed for education as well. You understand how memories link. You get to speak something to the AI and you get to actually see behind the scenes what's the AI doing with that memory. So thus it becomes an educational tool. It opens up your awareness of what's going on behind the scenes, and this allows you to grasp more advanced concepts and bring that into your output. Now, if you miss a session, it's all recorded. Not a problem. Easy to catch up. Okay? Every session, all recorded. It's on the app. You're not paying $500. It's worth $500. It's included free. Will you— will I be taught about security and privacy? Absolutely. We take that very seriously. Okay, so let me show you what's— how seriously we take security and privacy. Everything that we teach you, we teach you how to do it in a way that's safe. For example, some of you might be authors. You have books. You don't want to upload your books to ChatGPT. You don't want them to know your books. We teach you how to take and build an AI called Ollama on your computer that can help you extract insights from your book. But that entire AI is staying on your computer. It never goes to the cloud. In fact, you can be on a plane with no Wi-Fi. You can use that AI. So your wisdom, your knowledge stays with you. If that is the type of privacy and security you want, we teach you how to get the best out of AI in the safest way. Security and privacy are extremely important. Won't AI change completely by the time I finish the program? AI is changing every single day. But when you learn a structure, what happens is that you learn to adapt. And as we go through this program, we create space for change. So if there's a new development over the next 4 months, we're gonna bring it down to you. But also, well, here's the plan. After we finish this program, You're all gonna be in a community, okay? And in the community, you guys are gonna be able to share with each other. You'll be able to share new insights. Someone might try a new best practice and download it to the other folks. So the community starts to solve this program by themselves. It's not you trying to consume everything. It's you and hundreds of other committed students like you whom you've seen in Zoom. Whom you've interfaced with, whom you've chatted with, whom you have access to on an app sharing wisdom. And as a community, we're gonna navigate this together. You're not just getting a program. You're getting a tribe of allies who have you, who can support you. How much does it cost? Can I afford this? I already shared. The cost is $5,997 if you pay in one installment. Can you afford this?
It—
I don't know. It depends on where your business is, what is your capacity right now, but also know we have a payment plan. And you saw the stories, you saw the hundreds of testimonials over here. You can see what people are saying. Better health, more free time, better output. Is that worth $6,000? To the vast majority of you, it's a hell yes, because you don't just get this for those 4 months. You get this for life. Life. And when you learn this, as AI evolves, you start evolving with it because you understand the framework. So you just get better and better and better. I believe this is— AI is probably one of the best investments I made, going really deep in AI. You get that opportunity too. So your investment is, uh, $997 to start. Remember I said try for 2 weeks. Don't like it, take that $997 back. Like it, you can continue with the 4 installments or pay in full. Save $1,000. And if you're a Mindvalley member, you get a further $500 off. When do you have to decide? Best time is now. Because look, this is what I know. If you don't decide now, you're going to be up tossing and turning at night, right? Trying to figure it out. If you commit now, you've taken that burden off yourself and you get to actually go in. You get to listen to class 1. Class 2, Class 3, Class 4. And at the end of that, if you feel it isn't right, you get back your $997. You're not even paying full price. You get back that $997. You have spent exactly zero. So decide now, but don't lose your space because the worst thing is overthinking and, and running it through your mind. If you were buying a car, you wouldn't just buy a car. You take it for a test drive. We're not asking you to decide now. We're saying put down the deposit so we know you're serious. Get in, take it for a test drive, 2 weeks. And if you know this is for you, you can again click on I'm all in, place your deposit, claim your space, or you can click talk to a program expert and our team is on standby. Jason, back to you and Dominic.
Awesome. Thank you so much, Vishen. I appreciate that. And I love watching the chat of the people who have already joined. So welcome and congratulations. Congratulations to everybody who's joined. I even saw somebody in here named Gwen Taylor, and Gwen said, you know what, I just put down my deposit. I'm 59 years old. I'm so nervous, but I'm going to do it. And she did it. And I think it's so important to recognize here, one of the biggest things to look at when you have an opportunity like this and you can really be early in the game, it's still early enough to get in and really develop mastery around this for yourself. It's about courage, right? Gwen had the courage to step forward and do that. And I want to tell you just a really quick story before I throw over to Dominic. Was I've had a pretty significant weight loss journey myself. I used to be 330 pounds. I was kind of chunky my whole life. By the time I was in my late 20s, I had gotten up to 330 pounds. I've since lost over 100 pounds and done all these things and it's been great. But at one point after I lost all the weight, I got contacted by a journalist who was writing a story documenting weight loss stories of people across the world, adding up to a million pounds of weight that was lost in total. And so I had the interview with the guy and at the end of it, he said, hey, when you get a second, can you send us some of your hero pictures? And I said, oh yeah, for sure. I actually just had a photo shoot a couple of weeks ago, so I can send you some pictures. No problem. And he said, actually, no, that's not what I mean. He said, your hero pics are who you were when you were 330 pounds, because that was the guy that decided something had to change. He was the one that said, I'm no longer going to tolerate being in this place anymore. That's when I became the hero, is when I decided to make that change. And that's how you become the hero today, is to have the courage and say, if this is something you know deep down you want to master in your life, is there any better place or any better teachers than the ones that Mindvalley puts together to help you get there? So keep that in mind. This is a courage play more than anything else. And I thank people like Gwen Taylor who posted that in the chat. And we are so excited for you, Gwen, and welcome to the family. Okay, so now we're going to close it out. And here's the thing about everything you've learned today. The brain, the team, the vision of what's possible. Understanding a system and having one that actually delivers results every single day without you having to push it. Those are two extremely different things. Most people get inspired. Most people take notes. Most people leave an event like this with a long list of things they're going to do. And then Monday happens and the list sits there, keeps getting heavier. The missing piece isn't more information. and it isn't even better tools. It's the bridge from strategy to execution, from knowing what to build to actually having it run. And the person closing out today is going to show you exactly what that bridge looks like. Again, he's one of the highest rated teachers in the entire Mindvalley ecosystem across everything, not just the summit last weekend that we had. And what he built and what he runs and what he teaches, it's proof that everything that you're learning here today doesn't just live in theory. It runs on its own every day. Most people automate tasks. What Dominic is about to show you is how to build a system that runs itself. So please welcome Dominic Ashburn.
Hey, peace everybody. What is going on? Yo, good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever you are tuning in from in the world. Thank you. Thank you deeply for being here with me today. Hey, thank you to the host for a beautiful introduction. And thank you for the grace of everybody. I was out of the office and I was traveling yesterday. So I got to connect with you through the recording. I hope that went well. Real quick with everybody, I just want to make sure that all of my technology is working properly, that you can hear me. Can everybody put a thumbs up if you can hear me? Do I sound good? Do I sound okay? All right, beautiful, beautiful. Thank you. You. And do I look okay? Can you see me? Am I nice and bright and light? Beautiful. Awesome. I really appreciate you. Thank you, everybody. I can see your face as well. I see that, um, it looks like my light is reflecting upon all of you. You look very glowy and bright today. So thank you very much for spending your time with me. I appreciate you. So, um, in my introduction— and he said there's no inspiration, but I'm a very inspiring person, so you are going to have some inspiration today along with some actual technical workflows. And I'm going to give you some analogies so you can actually understand these concepts that I'm talking to you about, because they can get technical. So we need to find connections between life and this beautiful world that we live in and these new systems that we have to get used to if we want to build the future together. All right, so So first, who was here with me yesterday? Who actually saw the pre-recording yesterday? All right. All right. I see a bunch of hands up. Yes. Yes. I see a bunch of hands. And I love the applause sound effects. So I might just keep asking you questions that triggers that.
All right.
And then also, who has ever been to an AI Mastery with me before? Who are some previous some previous AI Mastery students in here. Do I have anybody from 2025? Yes. Yeah, I see some thumbs, see some hands up. Welcome back. It's so beautiful to reconnect with you and to teach you today. Thank you very much. All right, so if that's the case, if you are both a student to a previous AI Mastery and you were here yesterday for the, uh, for the pre-recorded video, then that means that you understand my perspective and what I taught you yesterday about AI team members. So yesterday when I was teaching about AI team members, we got to look at the 3 departments of my business, which was communications, content, and product development. And all 3 of those things had AI agent team members, workflows that they were trained on that helped me to automate and process some of those systems that were inside of my business that were working when I didn't have to be present for them. I was able to give a task to one of my teammates, one of my AI teammates, and they could go out there and do that work while I was doing other things. Once I was able to give it the purpose and set the vision. Can I see some hands up as well? Have any of you played with that since we've all been together, since you saw that? That demo yesterday? Has anybody gone in there and started to play around? Yes. All right, I see some hands up. Good, good. That's amazing. Even though this is just a— this is the summit before the actual classes, it's amazing to start getting your hands in there and start using these things now. Your brain will be lubricated for the actual classes with experience with these tools. So I really appreciate you diving in and trying those things out. So we used Claude Cowork yesterday, and Claude Cowork was found inside of the Claude desktop application that allowed us to use the Claude Chat. It allowed us to use the Claude Cowork and Claude Code. And those 3 things working together is the host. It's the platform that hosts all of my AI teammates right now. And all of the demos that I showed you and all the demos that I will show you today, they are all demonstrations and built things specifically for this class just so I didn't have to give away any, you know, confidential information or any IP that might have been integrated into the business. I've been making those demos so that we can go through this process cleanly together and, you know, just respect the business itself. However, all of it is true. All of it is built the same way that I would build anything that is official, right? So with that being said, I am going to be sharing my screen today to show you Cloud Cowork. I'm also going to have some slides for you this time as well so that I can make some analogies and you can kind of pinpoint what these systems are that I'm teaching you connected to a system that you might be very, very familiar with. All right, so first let me share my screen. Let me get that loaded up so that you can see what's going on here and make sure that everything is smooth. All right, all right, beautiful, beautiful. So can you Can you see this? Actually, but now I can't see you. All right, just a moment, everybody. I'm gonna get my screen loaded up here so you can see me. All right, can everybody see this slide? Yes. All right, all right, cool, cool, cool. Thank you, thank you very much. All right, so yes, today we are talking about systems. Yesterday you learned about the teammate But what I want to talk to you about today is how those teammates actually come together to build a system, right? So do we have any system engineers in the classroom today? Do we have, do we have any systems engineers that are actually like build systems? All right, there's a couple. Yes, there is a couple of you. All right, beautiful. So you're going to understand exactly what I'm talking about today, and I'm not going to go as complex and deep as your knowledge is because we have about 50% of people who are just entering into the world of AI, then another 50% who's probably been here with us before and explored these things. So not gonna go super deep, all right? So I might not like hit that little part in your head that like itch, that scratch that you have as a true systems engineer. But we are going to dive into how systems can be practically applied to the workflows that you have today. Next is, do we have any astronomers or astrologists in the building? Any, any astronauts in the building? Nope. All right, good, because I'm going to talk about the solar system and space a little bit here as an analogy, and I, I don't want to embarrass you, so, or embarrass myself. So I'm happy I don't have anybody calling me out here. Beautiful. So if you can see my screen, we are on system today. Welcome. We're talking about how those teammates and those, those, uh, those, um, AI agent teammates that we talked about yesterday, how those come together to actually build the system of your business. All right, so first, here's the itinerary for today. The itinerary is first, I'm going to just go into Claude so that you can get familiar again with what that platform is, because that's where our system is going to live. And just go in there, look around. I'm going to show you all the different components of that again so that you're familiar with it and you understand. You can start to make some neural connections and synaptic connections between the platform I want to teach you and the rest of the slides that we're going through. Okay. Second thing that we're going to look at is how solar systems form. And I'm going to talk to you a little bit more about why we're using that as the analogy today. It'll really create a clear, vivid visual picture of, of what a system is and how you can build one for your business using AI. The third part is we're going to actually run a diagnostic on you, and you're going to be able to figure out what part of your business, what part of your life or your workflows is being, you know, out of alignment and out of coherence. Right now so you can understand what parts of the system of today that you actually need to integrate. And you'll have some solutions by, by being able to understand what problems you're actually dealing with within your business and within these systems that you're building. You understand what piece of the system needs to be fixed. Okay? And then I'll show you in the platform actually where that is. And that'll be step 4. So once we diagnose and we understand, okay, these are the problems that I'm having, I understand the different components of a system. Now I'm going to tell you, and you're going to learn then, which piece of, which of those components need to be fixed in correspondence to the problems that you actually have. All right. And then 5, we're going to just talk about the shift, zoom out a little bit, and just see how because of this crazy shift in how we work and how we build things and how we build businesses and products because of this shift, what then is going to be happening at, you know, a larger scale? Okay, sound good? Is it— is this a cool flow for everybody? You like this? Yes. All right, beautiful, beautiful. Let's dive in then. Okay, so first is not this. Let's dive into, uh, Cloud Code here so you can see what's going on.
All right.
Just a moment, I will be sharing my screen one more time. I have to bounce back and forth between the screens, so please just have some patience with me while I am doing that between sections and the systems here, okay? All right, just a moment, just a moment. Let me get this up and running. Okay, and here we go. All right, you can see this. It says good afternoon, Dominic. Yes, thumbs up.
All right, cool.
I'm gonna have you doing thumbs ups, and this is the exercise that we're going to be doing today is thumb ups. All right, so just make sure that you have your thumbs up so I make sure that you're engaged. I can— I know that everything is working on my end and that we're on the same page. All right, I'm a very flexible teacher. If anything I'm saying just isn't quite like clicking with you, just let me know. Wave your hands frantically like this and I'll understand and we can work through some things together. First, this is the Claude application. Now, this is what I was showing you yesterday in the demonstrations about teammates. Just a quick run-through again so you can understand what's going on here. This is the Claude desktop application. Right here we have the chat. In the very top here, we have 3 tabs, chat, cowork, and code. This chat, once again, is the basic conversational interface that you can use to talk to the large language model, Claude. This is how we just interact with an AI on its most simple basis is through chat. Hello, hello. Say hi to all of the Mastery students. All right, so this is the normal chat that you are obviously familiar with already if you are here today. Okay, next is Cowork. So Cowork is the place where we actually knock things off of our to-do list. This is where things get done. Okay, so put work here, has the access to my local files. It has access to my Drive, as we can see here. If I hover over my connectors here, it has access to my Drive. All right. It also has access to my Gmail and all of these other beautiful things that we're going to get into later. Okay. So this is where I can actually talk to it and say, hey, I need work done. Not just go grab some information for me, but grab the information and then take the next steps, right? Go write that email, go build that file, go build that application, whatever it is, right? And in code, cloud code over here, this is actually where those applications get built. So this is where you can build true software and code solutions to your problems rather than just having that conversation back and forth, right? Um, the beautiful thing about Cowork here is that if you've used code enough, if any of you have been, um, using like vibe coding platforms, uh, especially Claude Code, which is like top dog right now, if you've been using Claude Code, it'll help you understand what Cowork is. So Claude Code, particularly Opus 4.6, has been an incredibly powerful model for developing code to build applications. So they use this same model, Opus 4.6, within Cowork. So when you're asking it, hey, I need you to build me a skill, or I need you to build me a workflow, I need you to build me a system, it is using the same code from Clogged Code in the backend to basically design a miniature little coded application for you in the back that runs automatically without you having to like like design it, right? So it's, it's a bit hidden, it's just in the back end, but it's doing those steps and it's going through the workflow process just like a mobile application would or a desktop application would, but it's basically just for local work. So when I say local also, I mean it's files that are on your actual computer, okay? Whereas connections, these connectors are things that are other tools. These are applications that outside of your computer. So being able to run things on your computer and then connect that with different applications from all around the internet, that's where this true bridge and the power of Cloud Code Work happens. Okay, does that make sense for everybody? Do these three like tabs within Cloud Code, do those make sense? Uh, is it— is everybody pretty like familiar with that now? Yep, thumb up. One rep. All right, cool, cool. I think we got like 6 reps in of that already today. Okay, so, um, now that you're kind of familiar with this, I want to just show you around a little bit deeper so that you kind of— you're connecting with what these things are, because it might look overwhelming to some of you who only are familiar with just using a chat-based platform like this, right? So let me just go over the UI really quick so that you understand what's happening. So over here on the left-hand side, this is like our dashboard for all of the different tools and settings that we can use within Claude. So particularly when we're in Cowork here, which is where most of the actual work is going to be done, I'm going to start here. So over here on the left-hand side, we have all of these different options. From below here, we have projects and all of the recent chats here. Probably familiar with that. This can, this is where you can just go back and check out some of the other conversations that you've had with AI in the past. Okay? If you come up here to customize though, this is where things actually get interesting and they start to personalize things to you and to your workflows. So if you come up here to customize, we have two of these things here. One is skills and the other is connectors. I'll talk about the plugins here in a moment. But skills here, these are the repetitive things that AI actually— that your AI within Claude actually can just repeat every single time. These are kind of like those miniature applications that I was telling you about. So over here on the right-hand side, once I click into skills and then I select just, let's say, one of these skills right here on the right-hand side, we can see the description of what this skill is supposed to do, and we can see the internal code If we click on this, we can actually see this is the code. And these are the instructions, the front-end instructions, like what you would see. These are all of the instructions for what that skill is supposed to do every single time. If you've ever used like ChatGPT custom instructions or like custom GPTs, this is very similar to that. However, it just allows you to run one of these in any of your chats. And in a cowork. It runs the skill and can do things, not just follow certain instructions within a chat, but it follows instructions by being able to build things using all those connectors and your local files. This is where all of those instructions for a skill actually lives. We'll dive into this a bit deeper later. Next is these connectors here. These connectors is where I'm able to sync up my, my Claude to any of the other applications that my business has to use, right? And we will also dive into that later. Like I said, I'm just getting everything nice and, nice and warmed up here so you know like what I'm talking about if I use any of these terms later on. The next thing that I would like to show you is scheduled. So the scheduled tasks are the tasks that are set using those skills that repeat at the same time every day, every other day, every week, just on a recurring schedule, whatever you set for you. Uh, and these will run as long as your computer is awake and running. Uh, so, so these will actually go through all of the steps that you give it, the instructions, along with, uh, using any of the specific skills that you have told that scheduled task to use. All right, so if I click into here We can see that it has instructions here. It also has the different connectors or tools that it wants to use and that it is allowed to use. Then we see when it repeats. Then if we want to, we can also just run it right there in the instance in that moment. Does everybody feel like you got a pretty good idea of what like, you know, the Claude code and Claude Co-Work, the Claude application looks like. Does that— do you feel familiar enough with it to where when I'm talking about it later you can start to make these connections? Does it make sense? Yes. Okay, so somebody is frantically moving their hands. I see it. Thank you very much. Yeah, I see you're smiling now. All right, I will get back into it in a bit. Okay, that was just the, the initial overview so that you can see it. You're not supposed totally deeply understand all of it right now. You will by the end of the mastery, right? But for now, as long as you know what it looks like, you know what the different like tabs are, and you've had a conversation with AI before, then we'll be able to go deeper into that and get some of those answers, some of those questions answered later on.
Okay?
For now, I would love to get into systems. All right? And I might use some of those terms from the Claude application so that you can start to understand as well, like, the analogy that I'm making here. So let's dive into the solar system formation, which I find incredibly interesting. So first, isn't it amazing? This right here is our Milky Way galaxy, and that tiny little arrow there is pointing to our solar system, which is so beautiful. Now, this is our solar system right here from up above. Everybody kind of has a mental model of what a solar system is already and what that looks like. So obviously we have our sun here in the middle and then we have all of our planets that are orbiting around it, right? This is another map just so you can see. You don't need to understand the planets right now. That's not the point, but I just found our solar system so beautiful. Okay, before our solar system, which is our planets orbiting around the sun— before the solar system was the solar system that we know it today, it was a nebula. And the nebula is essentially all of the dust, the stardust, all of the elements, um, uh, very small particles, atoms, molecules, all scattered about in these different kind of random formations. And because they're so random, they end up making these absolutely beautiful, um, sights with different gases, uh, and different colors, different, different, uh, forms. Atoms, and they're absolutely stunning. They're beautiful. And even though they are incredibly beautiful, they are completely scattered. It's just a bunch of scattered gas and atoms and molecules that are, that are just spread out. And then we have an unseen force that actually turns it from these nebulas into what we know as a solar system? How do we go from this to this? What is the process of getting this scattered beauty turned into something with structure and order and patterns and life, life itself? This is, you know, the miracle of our Earth, which is that we went from something that was so random and chaotic looking into something that was structured and beautiful like this, and something that could host our intelligence, our consciousness, our life. So this process right here, from going from nebula to solar system, is the analogy that I want to make with you about building the system of your AIs. Okay, I picked solar system Our solar system is a system, and it's one of the oldest systems that we know that is able to host something as miraculous as this human experience here. I thought about using an analogy of a business. There's so many successful businesses out there who have good business models and good systems within their companies. But what more unified, what more magnificent than the system that that keeps this entire experience running and has for 4.6 billion years. Our solar system is 4.6 billion years old, and we went from this scattered chaos into our solar system. Okay, so how did that happen? Well, there's an invisible force, an invisible force that is kind of— might be kind of able to see it through these, these grid lines right here. That all kind of point towards the sun, and it's gravity. Now, gravity pulls things. Basically, I don't know how many space documentaries you've seen. We have this almost, you know, space, and mass within space creates almost a dent in like the blanket of our space and pulls things closer to it, right? So the more mass something actually has, the heavier it is and the more it accumulates more mass. So these very early particles and molecules, atoms, started to form together and clump together. And because it got heavier and it formed together, it had more gravity. So then they started to turn into rocks. And those rocks floating around for hundreds and thousands of years started to get more gravity and pull in more mass, more atoms, more molecules, more elements, until eventually they, they got so big and started to accumulate so much mass that they started to turn into planets and moons. And those planets, because they were close to the sun, where in the center of solar systems, basically like in the center of a nebula, is where it's the hottest. So only the heaviest and densest metals and materials and elements can live there at the center. So that's why we have the sun and it's the largest thing in our solar system. And it has so much mass that it has pulled all of our planets around it, right? Each of our planets that has formed by accumulating more mass then orbits around our planet, or I'm sorry, orbits around our sun. And that orbit is predictable, and it's constant, and it's on a predicted path, right? So we went from here to here, right? And I believe that that might be what some of you are trying to do with your businesses, why you're present here on this class right now, is because you're trying to go from something that is completely scattered or you know, you're trying to go from nebula to system, right? By using and incorporating these new AI tools. And it's never been easier to do that, than today, now that we have artificial intelligence and especially cloud code that I'm talking to you about. Now, now that we kind of understand this, I'm going to start to make the connections between what all of these components of the solar system is to the AI system itself. Okay, so first, um, uh, we have our nebula. Let's start there. You have your nebula. Let's imagine that this is you, okay? A bunch of data, a bunch of scattered information all around. Don't feel alone in this if that is you, because that was actually the internet itself. When we got the internet, we were just pumping in content. We're pumping in videos and pictures, books, articles, PDFs, numbers, code, graphs, all these different formats, all these different applications. We're just pumping the internet full of so much data, petabytes and petabytes of data. But none of it had any structure. It's just everywhere. And actually, if you were to zoom out from the internet and look above, it probably looked something like this. It probably looked gorgeous and it was amazing. but it didn't actually have anything predictable about it going on. It was completely random, right? Because it's just people from all over the world with internet access adding to it randomly on their own accord, right? But then what happened is we got 3 big breakthroughs, okay? The first big breakthrough was ImageNet. ImageNet was essentially a company that started to label every image.
Image.
They started to label every picture across— not every picture, 14 million pictures, but a lot of pictures. They started to label all the pictures across the internet, and other companies started popping up as well that would label different information. Like they would label files and label books and label code and label words themselves and give weights and things to the words, but we don't have to get into that. They started to label the information so that now it's not a random file with a random name on it. It actually has a consistent keyword that is connected to it, that is connected to a larger dictionary of vocabulary within our language. Then about 8 years later, we had something called the transformer arrive. All of you know about the transformer now because you are in the AI Mastery. The transformer is that T within GPT, ChatGPT, a generative pre-trained transformer. Now, the transformer is essentially the architecture for how our large language models work. It's essentially, it just allows certain words to have weights on them so that an AI can understand the meaning between words without having to go through everything sequentially. It can understand the meaning between different arrangements of words, different arrangements of meaning and intent and purpose without having to go in a sequential chronological stream. And this was so important because now our AIs and our neural networks can start to make connections between different points that we ourselves might not have ever even seen before. And this gave it agency. It gave it the ability to start making decisions on its own. And understand the world in its own way. And now we see something from, you know, 2020 and plus, now we're in 2026 where that has just been scaling. And every time the AI gets a new piece of data and a new piece of information, it gets smarter. Then because it's smarter, it can make connections that it didn't have before and have the capacity to get more data and information. And now that it has more data and information, it gets even smarter. And the smarter it gets, the more data it can make connections to. The more data it gets connections to, the smarter it gets. Does this sound familiar? I was just talking about when it comes to gravity and the formation of our planets. The more mass it had, the more gravity it had. The more gravity that it had, the more mass it accumulated. The more mass it accumulated, the more gravity it had, and so on. The same thing is happening right now with this runway effect. Of scaling our AI tools. And this process is called accretion. Accretion is the process of accumulating more mass and then that mass basically pulling in more information or more data in our case scenario here. So that is why right now we are in such a golden age because that accretion, that scaling of the intelligence of our systems doesn't seem to slow down. As we know it today, that process is just going to keep going. The line just looks like it just keeps going up. It looks like it's not going to stop. So this transformer architecture that we have right now, the more data it gets, the smarter it gets. And that has just been almost a law, right? The more information, the more data we give it, the smarter it gets, period. That's what we know so far. So what that means is you can take advantage of that. The earlier that you start building your own system with these AIs, then the smarter your, your own system is going to get over time. The more of these planets or AIs, these planets with their own systems within, with their own ecosystems, their own moons, their own rings, right? You can imagine those planets as your AI systems, those teammates that I talked to you about yesterday. Your AI teammates are essentially your planet, which has been able to form because we've had so much data, we can build these AI models. But what's next for you is you allowing your AI, those AI teammates, to now start to accumulate information about your business, about your intent, and get feedback on itself so that it can start to accumulate more information and get better and better and better for you over time. Not just as a mass entity, not just as AI models, but as an AI built for you. And the more of those that you start to create, then, and make sure that it orbits around the sun, which is you, which gives it purpose and a path, then the more powerful, the more intelligent, the more mature your system can get. Okay, so this is the same architecture. I want— I really want to make like the, the, um, the, you know, the connection, the parallel between these AIs and the solar system very apparent for you here. So I just put it out there. The sun, which is right there in the middle, it's the hottest, densest, most important thing. Without it, everything else would just be scattered and lost into the ether, into space. It's the sun, and the sun is the direct connection to your purpose. It's your clarity. It's your goal. It's your mission. It is you. It is you that these AIs, that these, um, that these planets, which are your individual AI systems, is what actually orbits around, right? It's your mission. It's your goal. And you can have multiple of these, actually. You can have multiple goals, which I'll show you later, with different AI systems that are operating around it, right? And Eventually you can create a universe or something. All right. Next is the gravity. So the gravity is that unseen force that you like, we all know it's there. We feel it, but we can't necessarily like see it until something actually falls, right? So that is the AI models themselves. It's the servers and the data centers and the internet, right? It's all of that stuff that's invisible. It exists. Exists in the backend. You don't necessarily see it, but it's there and it's what's allowing you to interface with it, with the AI, right? It's pulling everything together. So in this case scenario, the AI has the more information it gets, then the denser its gravity gets, right? So because gravity here in this case scenario is, you know, the model itself. And then next is the planet. So each of these planets is then your workflow with the feedback loop. And we'll get into the feedback loop here in a minute. But basically, your planet is your AI teammate. It is the workflow that includes your AI teammate. And then there's a little system within, which is basically, you know, Earth has an ecosystem. Each of those planets, each of your AI teammates has systems within it itself that you're going to build, and that is the workflow. So when you have multiple of these workflows together, then it creates your system, right? The planet's mass. So the planet's mass, in this case scenario, your AI team member's mass is its information, it's, it's learning. So what we're going to do is we're going to create a learning file, and this learning file allows your AI teammate to have a running log of the most important things and findings and connections that it's making as it is going through its system, through its workflow, so that it can start to improve over time. Okay, then we have the orbital connections. And orbital connections is basically like, how, how do all of these planets fit together into one system? And that is the connections. So that's being able to share data between one AI system and another so that they all are part of a singular system. And then we have accretion, and accretion is the thing I was talking to you about before. It's basically just that process of that runaway process of things getting smarter and starting to expand. Okay. Let me connect with you again. How you doing? I know I've been talking really fast for 20 minutes about space and AI. How we doing? Can I get a thumbs up if you're okay? Are you with me? Yes. Yes. Are things making sense? All right. I'm getting— yeah, I'm getting fireworks. All right, cool. I think we're good then. I love it. I love it. Beautiful. All right. Now we're going to be on to the next part here, which is now that we kind of understand what a system is and how an AI system is very kind of startlingly in parallel with our solar system, with the largest thing that's keeping all of us together here. Now that we understand that, now let's diagnose. Where do you have a break in your system? And which, which one of those components needs to be fixed? And then I'm going to show you actually how that connects then to the actual components within Quad, which we talked about in the very beginning. All right, cool, let's do it. All right, boom, we're in here again. So, Symptoms 1. I'm now Dr. Dominic, and we're going to go through, uh, the different symptoms that you may be having, and then I'll tell you, uh, what your systematic disease is. All right, so, systems— symptoms 01. First is you're optimizing things that don't matter. I don't mean for you to call yourself out here, but call yourself out here. This is called calling in, all right? Something I've learned recently. I'm not going to call people out, I'm going to call in and just call into myself and see what's going on with me first. So if you would call in please and put a thumbs up or a thumbs down if you can do that on Zoom if one of these things relates to you when I say Okay, first, are you optimizing things that don't matter? Are you feeling like you're constantly working, you're doing busy work, you're always doing something, but it just seems like once you build that thing, it doesn't actually have like a direct impact on your end outcome? Like, what are you even— what are you working for, right? Does anybody feel that way, even a little bit? You can just do this. You can do this. Yeah, just a little bit.
All right.
Do you feel like your workflows might feel disconnected from each other? Right? So like you go over here and make content one day and then you'll go over here and like do some outreach and communications, but how you're doing outreach and communications and the people that you're trying to reach out to and talk to, you realize like it doesn't actually have any correlation with maybe the content that you're making or the product that you sell might be a little bit different from how you're actually communicating it through your content. And then when you try to talk to people or do outreach or something like that, like the connection isn't quite clear between those, your, like what you're saying online and then what your product is. Does anybody feel like that little bit of disconnection between like what they're building and what they're doing and then like, you know, all the different departments? Does anybody, anybody feel that way? At all. And by the way, I'm going to raise my hand for all of these because I had these problems. I was literally, I was going through this. I have started many businesses, right? Most entrepreneurs start many businesses and fail a lot of them because they've been through these problems right here. They've had systems that they thought were systems that just like didn't quite work and they were disconnected. So my hand is up for all of these. I can only call this out because I could call it in. Okay, I've dealt with these before. Okay, you can't answer what is this for. If you're, if you were working on any given thing in your business and somebody, I walked up to you, I was like, peace, fam, what is that for? What are you doing? And you might say, oh, well, it's so I can get more followers. But if I asked you again, okay, what do you get more followers for? And then, okay, what is it? Once you get more followers, then what is that for? And then, you know, so on and so on. Where does that lead if I ask you why 5 times? Where does that lead? What is your— what's your actual end, end goal here? What, what's, you know, what's going on? Okay, these are symptom set number 1. Does anybody feel that they have these? Any of them? Some of you? Yes. Thank you. Thank you for being with me and being honest. I appreciate you. If so, if you fall into this category, then what you're missing is the sun. You're missing the purpose. And this is going to take some meditation, some praying, some sitting with yourself, some trying to really figure out like, what is the purpose here of what I'm doing? You probably have, you know, workflows and systems, and you're doing work, and things seem to be like, you know, like progressing, but they're not actually going towards any particular thing. Your planets are just like kind of off in a different thing. They're not actually orbiting the same purpose. This, right? So if you had any of those problems, it's really good to sit with yourself and figure out then what is the, what is the purpose of what I'm doing? What is that end goal? And it really should be like one sentence, just one sentence about what is the purpose of this thing, okay? I'm not asking you to figure out your life purpose, but what is the purpose of the business that you are building this system for, all Next. All right, Dr. Dominic here. Um, seems like you have, uh, 3 problems here, and we need to figure out what that is. So first, do you feel like you're doing the same thing every week and the results haven't improved? Does anybody feel that way? Like you are constantly working, but it's just not like— it's, it's not getting you to the place where you thought it would. You're being consistent Everybody told you be consistent, do the thing, and you're doing the thing, you're being consistent, but it's just not actually making you progress. You might be posting all the time, but none of the posts are getting more love, or you're doing so much outreach and you're out, you're doing your sales process every day, but nobody's buying that thing. Does that feel— maybe, maybe you don't know what's working or why something is broke. Let's say you do post a piece of content, it goes viral. Or you do do a sales outreach and it lands. One of them lands, but you're like, why did that one work and all the other ones didn't? I don't get that work. Why did all of this stuff work but then a few of these over here broke? You might have like a 60/40 success/failure relationship here, and you're like, you don't really understand why it's 60/40, or you know, whatever it is. You don't know why something's broke or, or why something is actually working, right? Maybe we can put our hands up for there if you feel me on that. And the second one is if you've ever hired somebody— I'm sorry, third one— if you've ever hired somebody or you've built an AI teammate, but every time they come in, they just start from scratch. It's like you have to build, you have to like raise a baby every single time that you have somebody new join your team. Does anybody feel that way? Anybody who's gotten to the, to this stage of hiring or building teammates? Yes, thank you, thank you. If that's the case, if that's you, then you're missing feedback. You're missing the accretion part. That accretion is you're not actually able to accumulate or grow because there's no information that's coming back to you. You're doing the same thing, but every time you do that thing, there's not a feedback loop. In that case scenario, all you have is a process. You don't have a system. So a system has to have feedback so that the next time it comes around, it knows what it did wrong or right, and then it can change and pivot and do something better the next time. And then when you go around that process and you do that loop of output, or I guess in this case scenario, it's getting input, and then, right, like the AI is getting input. It's doing its thing. It gives you an output. It gets posted or published or builds a thing. And then that's it. Then it just stops. Well, how would you be able to improve that system at all? You wouldn't. It's just a linear string that's just going to keep repeating like this over and over and over again, but there's no way for it to circle back here. That's what you need. You need for this end part to circle back to you so that you can then understand how to improve upon the process. On those next steps the next go-around, right? So if you feel like you're doing the same thing consistently but you're not improving, or you don't know why something's working or not working, or everybody starts from scratch every time they enter, then you're missing feedback and you need to find a way to get feedback on your outputs. All right, symptom number 3: does every cycle start from zero? So every time you go around this loop, you just start at zero again. You gotta start from scratch every single time. Maybe that's in your content, or when you do your outreach, you're writing emails or whatever, you feel like you just start over every single time. Maybe your best insights, you might be a genius, but all of it is just in your head. Everything um, all these ideas, all the processes, everything that you know needs to happen to run your business. And you might be doing it really well. You might actually be running your business and, and doing really well in life, but all of it is up here. All of it is in your head. Nobody else would be able to understand how to do it. AI wouldn't be able to understand how you do it, even if you built one, because everything that you know about what you run is in your head. Yeah, that's a big one. 100%. That's a big one. We, we all live up here a little bit too much as well. And because of that, it leads into system— to this third symptom here, which is you can't hand that workflow to then somebody else to do it. That means you can never delegate. And if you can't delegate, that means you can't grow. So if you can't delegate and you can't grow, then that definitely means that you are a victim here of symptom number 3. All right. So can I get some hands up for people who might be in this boat right here? This is, this is our boat number 3. Yeah, yeah, I see a lot of activity there. Yep. Well, if that's the case, you're actually in the perfect place. It's probably why you're here is because you're missing your workflow agents. You're missing the planets themselves. You might have a very strong purpose within. You hold everything within, but But when it comes to actually trying to like delegate things and like, you know, grow the business itself and make it beyond you, as you know, sometimes we want to do, we want to be in control of everything. But if you're not allowing those things to expand beyond yourself, then you need to at least hire some people. I guess that's also a solution here is you can hire people, but that's not what I'm here for. I'm here for AI Mastery. So in that case scenario, you are missing workflow agents. You're missing these agents that understand your business. They have all of those ideas that are in your head and they have it. They understand how those processes work. Your AI agents understand the different departments and areas of your business so they can make connections together. And because now you have something that has its own system, its own mass, its own entity within your business, it can start to learn over time and do some of that work for you. And it is going to solve those those 3 symptoms. You're not going to be starting from zero every time. You're not going to be scattered with all of your notes. They'll be organized, and you'll have somebody who actually knows what those things are. Okay, system 4— symptoms 4, sorry. Your left hand doesn't know what your right hand is doing. It might be flipped to you, so I might look really silly right there if I am. Your left hand doesn't know what your right hand is doing. Is that you? Basically what I mean by that is this department doesn't know what this department's doing. Your marketing department doesn't know what your sales department's doing. Your sales department doesn't know what your HR department's doing. Your HR department doesn't know what your marketing team is doing, so on, right? Um, your finance department doesn't understand your content. It's like, that's really important. So does anybody have that where your departments feel just a little bit like stretched and they, they don't feel connected. Do you have to manually transfer information between workflows? So basically you have to be the connector between everything. If your product team over here is building a thing, but then your content team doesn't have that stuff, you gotta manually go over here, talk to them, figure out what it is, and then communicate it over here to the content team so they can make the right content about what you're actually building. And then you have to talk about, you know, the right things in your content and make sure those things are aligned with what you're talking about to the people you're selling to, or your partnership outreach, or whatever. Does anybody deal with that, where you have to manually talk about everything between people and it's just disconnected? And because of that, then opportunities fall between the cracks, right? You might have some sales and really good stuff that's coming into your content, but nobody over here in sales knows about it. So they're not able to lean on a lot of the things in the messaging that's working over here on content. Or, you know, maybe a lot of people are giving you feedback about the product that you're building, but your product team doesn't even know that. So they missed a feature that they're supposed to build or an offer that you're supposed to give your clients that they don't even know about because there was a missing communication. Does anybody feel like they deal with that a little bit? Any hands up at all? Does anybody feel like they deal with that? A lesser group. If so, you're missing connections. If you are missing this, it's good that it's a small group of people because it's actually so easy to fix that. You simply have to make connections and have a single hub. So you have to have somewhat of a hub of truth, which for me, it's like a Google Drive. For Mindvalley, I know that they use Airtable a lot and they've I've, um, showed you things about that so far. You need connections. You need every department of your business to be connected to a single hub in one place, okay? That is very important. So everybody take a breath with me after going to the doctor. I know it's hard. I know it's hard getting diagnosed with all these problems. I know it's hard getting told you got so much wrong with you, but luckily you do have Mindvalley, Dr. Dominic, Mr. Grateful here to help you build the solutions to these problems, to the AI mastery. So take one big deep breath with me, uh, so that we can settle into that energy and understand that our problems can be solved. Thank you. We're here. All right, now that we understand those problems, let me show you how those actually connect into what we build in Claude, the application on our desktop that I told you about earlier. Okay, I want to give you at least an overview here and a demonstration of when you have one certain, a certain problem there that it can easily be solved within one of these, uh, you know, within one of these AI agents that lives within Claude. Okay, so let's dive into that and let me show you what we have going on. All right, I'm gonna go back to my keynote real quick just so you can see this. We're going to go into Claude, of course, but let me just show you this first so that you can understand like where these things are supposed to All right, so the project here, we're going to be looking at 5 different things within here. I'm going to go over them briefly, but first is the project. The project here is where our purpose is going to live. All right, it's going to be the Sun. Our skills, which I did show you earlier, the skills then are that repeatable process. It is the— it's the planet It's, it's like, it's like the orbital path of the planet. It's the, it's the planet itself, really. It's kind of like a part of the system within the planet. Okay. And then you have a learnings file. And within that learnings file is basically what allows that planet to start accumulating mass and accumulating intelligence over time. Then we're going to have our scheduled tasks. Now, our scheduled task is the orbit. right? It just keeps going around. Day turns into night, night turns into day repeatedly, every single time. You don't have to schedule in the sun to rise. You do not have to schedule the lunar cycles. They just happen, right? That— well, you don't— I'm sorry, you don't have to tell the sun to rise. Uh, it's just on its own schedule, right? So in this case scenario, you give a schedule to, um, to your planets, and they're going to orbit on their own, on repeat, without you having to tell it every single time, right? That's the big differentiator as well between having a chat and then having an AI agent. And then fifth is your Google Sheets. So this Google Sheets, I love to use these as the connection point. So this, this is what actually allows everything to operate and get that feedback back and forth. And personally, I have like a, you know, it's like a hub of truth and it is the Google Sheet here. So without further ado, let me just dive in here and show you where each of those things is within Claude. And then in the classes, when we get into those, we'll actually be able to like build these things together, which I am so excited about because I've been loving this. This came out in January actually, so it's very young. It's still in beta, but, uh, it has been so fun to work with. It's not perfect every time, but it just is going to get better and better and better and better and better and better and better. Okay, so first here in Cowork, let me show you then First, the first thing, which was the sun. Now the sun here is going to be in your projects. So if you click right here on create your first project, I wish I could make all of this bigger for you all so you can see this here. Let me zoom in again. All right, how's that? That might be a little bit better for you. So right here in projects, we can click on the plus sign. And when we click on a plus sign, we can create, uh, you know, start from scratch. And these instructions here is exactly where we're going to put our sun, which is our purpose. Okay, so within my projects, I believe I have one over here for the Sacred Act, which is one of my things. Yes. And if we look at this, I can click edit details and we can see the description here. Period. Build the app to $5 million ARR. Wow, I had $5. It was about to give me a terrible business. $5 million ARR by Q4 of 2027. That's the purpose. That's the only goal. That is exactly what every AI agent within that project is supposed to be working towards. Okay? That is what everything orbits around, is making sure that this app makes that much money every single year by a certain date. We have a specific goal. That's what we're aiming towards. That's the purpose of every single one of these AI agents. It doesn't matter if you're in content, if you're in finance, if you're in sales, if you're in marketing, if you are in any, if you're in, you know, outreach, if you're in product development, doesn't matter. The goal here is $5 million ARR for every single one of those planets. Okay. So in the project here, that's where I put that because I can then take each of those different AI agent chats that I have and put it in that project. So it is informed about that goal. Every single time. Okay, the next thing that we have to look at is our skills. Now, those skills is the planet itself, kind of, right? So if we come here to Cowork and we're in our customized section here, if we go to skills, each one of these is a skill that my AI agent has. So I have to zoom out. I'm really sorry. I know it's a lot of text. Um, actually, no, I don't. Here we go. Each one of these skills that I created here, we have partnership outreach, which is its own skill. We have the sacred act, contemplative content. This is that AI agent, the teammate I showed you the other day that consistently just creates content for X. We have feedback. These are all the different skills that our planets or AI agent teammates have that allow it to consistently have its own system going on and working on the inside. So that every single time it can repeat, it can operate, it can have its own rotational point on its own axis, right? It can have its own system, repeatable processes that create its own internal system that's repeatable and consistent every single time. All right. Yes. And then the next thing that we have here is our learnings file. So within, and let me, uh, how do I show you this? Okay. So we have a learnings file basically that actually lives on our computer and what I call it is the hub of truth. Okay, so if I come here to choose a different folder, you'll actually be able to see what I'm talking about. I'm actually going to go to the file itself. Oh, you can't see that. It doesn't pop up for you when I, when I open that up. Okay, um, how about this? How about I just stop screen sharing and I share my entire screen with you so you can see it? Let me do that. I'm going to share everything. Here's Desktop 1. Maybe you can see this.
Yes.
All right, within my files here, what we have on my local files is I have a Claude HQ, and this right here is our hub of truth. So this right here is our development, um, hub. And if we look at this, you're able to see that this right here is the learnings file of every single time that something happens within the content. It comes here and it's able to— I'm sorry, this is for the feedback specifically. So this is a learning file. So every single time it logs a new piece of feedback in this department, it's able to learn from that. So over time, it's able to make connections. These things aren't scattered out across a bunch of different chats, right? They're all in one place. So this AI is able to go here to this learning center document and see what is happening over time. And what happens over time, maybe there's repeated feedback, um, you know, multiple, uh, multiple pieces of feedback actually give the same advice, or, uh, we're seeing that there's a similar sentiment around how people are talking about the application, whatever, right? Uh, maybe there's more bugs than there are actual performance issues. These are the types of learnings that can be discovered because we have a hub of truth here, right? So this is that learning file that the AI is going to be able to accumulate information and learn over time. And the more of this information it gets, then the more we can actually understand what's happening within the business, then we can make those connections. There's not going to be any more of those opportunities or things like falling through the cracks. We're going to really understand what is happening on a large scale. And the more of this information we get, the more intelligent it gets, and then the more information we're actually able to hold and communicate and make neural connections from. right? Okay. The third piece here, I'm sorry, the fourth piece. Where is it at? The fourth piece here is our scheduled tasks, right? So this is when the, those AI agents are able to work without you. All right. So, and I just went over this in the beginning, but these are those scheduled tasks. So for example, every day at 9 AM, I'm sorry, every other day at 9 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays, it is going to do some outreach for me. These are the scheduled tasks. So we can actually come here to new task and just type in exactly, you know, what skill it is supposed to use. And let's say, you know, we need the notes filer here or the sacred act images. And then this one is supposed to, you know, generate pictures every single day at the same time that is in accordance to one of our content campaigns, for example. And then we can hit frequency here and set how often it's supposed to do that. In this way, uh, we don't have to babysit the AIs. We can tell the AI, hey, use this skill, do this thing repeatedly at this time, and now it's in orbit, and you can expect that sun to come up at the same time every single day without having to worry about it again, right? Yes. And then that last thing here is that Google Sheets— this is the connection. So in the connection here If I come here to any of the new cowork chats here, I can hit that plus and I can make sure that all of my connectors are here. So every single AI agent, all of the planets, they're all held together by the same gravitational force, the same space, right? They're all connected through the fact that they're all in the same space. That's what our connectors allow. So our connectors will allow us to connect to, uh, our, our Gmail, our Calendar, our Supabase, which is where I hold all of the information for my, um, app application. This is where all the user data is stored. Um, our Figma, our Drive, everything is connected in one space so that every AI agent is able to understand the connections between all of the others. They're not solo, they're not isolated, they're all connected.
Okay.
Beautiful, everybody. Yo, in these AI Mastery classes, what I'm going to show you is exactly how to actually build all of that out. So how do you build the system? How do you build the, um, how do you build those connectors? How do you build the skills? How do you build those AI agents and make sure all everything is connecting and flowing and working as it should, turning your nebula into this beautiful solar system that we have, uh, made this very clear, uncanny, um, uh, parallel to. And I am so excited to get into the AI Mastery with you so that we can build these things out together. Shout out to everybody who was there last year and the previous years. Shout out to everybody who was here yesterday for the pre-recorded class. Thank you for your patience and your grace. I love you very much. I'm very thankful. I become a better student and professor every time that I'm here. You make me better just as I make you better. I'm very grateful for you. Thank you for spending this time with me. Shout out to Mindvalley and our beautiful host. It's been lovely. Peace.
All right, guys. Did Dominic just call me beautiful? Did you guys all catch that? I just want to make sure everybody caught that Dominic called me beautiful. Listen, guys, we have come to the end or almost the end of our time together today, and you've done amazing. Let's take a breath here and take stock of what's happened today. And I want to start not not with what you've learned, but with what you have access to now. Because 5 hours ago, for a lot of you, you showed up wondering if AI could actually work for someone like you, right? Wondering if it was too technical, too overwhelming, too far ahead of where you are right now. And today, 3 of the highest rated teachers from one of the largest AI summits ever run answered that question. Not with theory, with proof. If you remember way back in the beginning, Vishen showed you the brain, the single most important thing most people skip. The foundation that takes AI from producing generic output that sounds like basically nobody you know to actually thinking and sounding like you in your voice with your knowledge for your business, for your life. Noelle came in with her amazing energy and showed up with 33 AI employees already running her business and walked you through exactly how she built them. The Baby Tiger framework, going from human in the loop to human on the loop. To fully autonomous. And she showed you her actual numbers. 267 hours back this month, over 2,800 emails processed, 480 social posts drafted, a sales pipeline that stays warm while she focuses on what only she can do. And then just now, Dominick showed you the bridge between understanding a system and actually having one that delivers results every single day without you having to push it. Most people automate tasks. He showed you how to build something that runs itself. Now, before you go, I want you to think back again to the very beginning. I know it feels like it was probably so long ago when we came up with your freedom number. Do you remember the freedom number you wrote down at the beginning of today? Those hours that you wanted back, that, that one thing you said you'd do with them. You had so many amazing things in the chat. That is not a fantasy. That's a plan. That's waiting for a system. So before you go, I want to do one last thing together. Okay. I want you to grab your notes from today, whatever it was, whether you wrote them down or you did them on your phone or whatever it was. And I want you to just take 60 seconds. We'll put a little music on and I want you to circle everything on that list in those notes that is a to-do, like everything you actually want to go implement for yourself.
Okay.
So we're going to do that right now. Take 60 seconds. Look at your notes, circle any of the things that you actually want to implement that you learned today.
Hey.
Okay, so now that you have circled all of your to-dos, and I saw a lot of people in the chat saying like, I circled my whole page, that's awesome. Okay, now that Now here's what you want to do is I want you to take just a minute really quickly, not even a full minute, a few seconds. And I want you to whittle that list down to just 3. What are your top 3? Put a star next to the top 3. Okay. Just take a second to do that. Now you probably will see them. They'll jump right off the page at you. You shouldn't have to think much. It'll be right there. And once you've done that, once you put that star next to those top 3, I want you to put a timeline next to each one. Like, when are you actually going to start? Because here's what I know. If you don't have a plan for Monday, you don't have a plan. A day becomes a week, week becomes a month, a month becomes a year, and nothing actually changes. So you've whittled down your list to 3, you've put a star next to them. Hopefully you've put on there exactly when you're going to start. Hopefully it's Monday, maybe even tomorrow. But if you're staring at that list now and you're feeling that mix of excitement and overwhelm, you guys know what this feels like. Like the, I, I know what I want, but I'm not entirely sure how to get there kind of feeling. That's not a sign that you didn't get enough out of today. It's not a sign that you're not ready for AI. It's a sign that you're ready for the next level of support. So before I let you go, I want to take a moment because some of you made a decision today to join Vishen and the amazing lineup of teachers in AI Mastery. And so actually in the chat, just drop an I'm in in the chat right now if you already enrolled in AI Mastery today. I want to see you. I want to celebrate. I celebrate you because for all of you that have done that, I truly, I celebrate you big time for deciding not to wait. Yeah, Gwen's in, Soren's in. I love this. Yeah, Joe said, if you plan to fail, you're planning to— sorry, if you fail to plan, you're planning to fail. And I'm celebrating you so big because you made the decision to not just try to piece this together alone from YouTube videos and random tutorials and to not let that gap keep growing while you try to kind of figure it out. Yeah, I love seeing this. All you guys joining, this is fantastic. Look at all this. These are the courageous people who decided today they are not going to be left behind. They are going to be the ones that are pulling ahead, that they are done doing this alone. And here's something I want everyone in this room to know, whether you've enrolled or not, as Vishen mentioned, the official kickoff for AI Mastery is happening this coming Friday, April 3rd. That's when this community comes together officially for the first time. It's going to be like That really exciting first day of school where you meet all these people that are going to be your friends and your co-conspirators, maybe your co-founders like Vishen even talked about. That's when the real building begins. And the people who are in that room on April 3rd are going to have a head start that compounds every single week after that. So if you haven't enrolled yet, our team is standing by right now on the dashboard to answer any questions that you may still have. Again, there's no pressure, just real answers from real people. Who know this program inside and out. Do not leave here with an SAQ, or what's called a should have asked question, and don't go build this alone when you don't have to. The window is still open, but it's closing soon because April 3rd is coming pretty fast. Your spot is waiting, but you have to step up and claim it. You have to be the hero in your journey. Now go free your Fridays. Thank you all so much for being here with us. And I'll see you on the other side.
