Four speakers at Mindvalley's 2026 summit share a framework for conscious creation: frequency is currency, goals should scare and excite you, love-based attraction fuels manifestation, and matching the frequency of what you want makes creation inevitable.

Our frequency is our currency. If we start altering our frequency, we start altering our life.
A good goal should scare you a little and excite you a lot.
So if you really want to be a manifester, you have to be a seductive force of love.
If you match the frequency of what it is you want to create, you cannot help but create that.
Beyond our 5 senses, there's a whole nother dimension. There are spiritual laws in this world, and if you can abide by them, You can manifest the life that you want.
