Vishen Lakhiani and a speaker discuss building career advantage by pairing domain expertise with complementary skills like AI and social media. They frame your internal support team as 'GAAU' (God, Angels, Ancestors, Universe) and argue that high-quality inputs to AI matter more than polishing individual outputs like Instagram captions.

We all have our team. You have your team on the ground, your physical team. But my team is called the gaau. God, Angels, Ancestors, and Universe.
I love that, you know, because if you're a lawyer and you learn more law, that's not giving you an unfair competitive advantage. But if you're a lawyer and you learn AI and you learn social media, you don't even have to be the best lawyer. But just because of these additional rare and complementary skills, you will now be considered the best lawyer in the world.
Your input is more important than your output. What this means is don't worry about creating the Instagram caption. Become brilliant at writing the prompt and feeding your AI the data that generates that caption. 2025 is going to be the last normal year in human Sam.
