This is a short transcript of a Mindvalley Awards Gala segment where Vishen Lakhiani presents the "Most Impactful Education Leader" award to Steven Bartlett. Vishen highlights Bartlett's accomplishments (UK admiration, YouTube and podcast reach), and Bartlett delivers a recorded acceptance expressing gratitude, modesty, and regret for absence (on a plane).
Our next award honors an individual whose contributions to education have left an indelible mark on millions worldwide. To present this award, please welcome back Vishen.
Every year we give an award to someone who has taken new levels of new ideas, new education to the next level. This man, what he's done is just absolutely incredible. He's been voted the most admired entrepreneur in all of the United Kingdom. His YouTube channel, his podcast is about to hit 9 million subscribers. He has built a podcast that is consistently number one or two alongside Joe Rogan in Europe as the most popular podcast. When we put him on stage at this Future human, so many people came to me and said that his words truly touched their lives. The education award goes to the one and only Stephen Bartlett. Now, Stephen, Stephen couldn't be here with us today, but he recorded this video. We gave him the award earlier when he was on stage on Friday.
Just want to say a huge thank you for this incredible, beautiful gold award that I've been given for achievements in education. I feel a little bit like an imposter getting this because I think much of the content that I've shared is the, the hard work and the result of exceptional guests that I've been able to interview on my show. Thank you to Mindvalley, thank you to Vishen for this award. Thank you to all of you because this room is full of incredible people and I wish I could be there, but I'm currently on a plane somewhere so hopefully I'm there next year. Thank you so, so much and hope to meet you all in person very soon.
Congratulations to Stephen for this outstanding honor and thank you again, Vishen, for presenting this well deserved award.
