The Most Underrated Career With Massive Opportunity | Ajit Nawalkha

Ajit Nawalkha argues coaching is massively underrated. Technology gives people more time and money, but they spiral into rumination and blame. Coaches are the only professionals who break that cycle by focusing on present action instead of past or future.

You have more opportunity than you've ever had in the world right now, especially for life coaches. Life coaches, health coaches, business coaches, money coaches, these are the fields that are largely untapped and will be more and more desired in the coming time. And here's why. More technology evolves, the simpler our life gets. Because we get abundance of time, we most likely get abundance of resources. And in most cases also you have abundance of money. And with abundance of all of that comes rumination, right? Because when you have more time, what do you do? You think more. You think more. And most of us think more. Even while we're consuming Netflix, even while we are doom scrolling Instagram. Yeah, we are processing a lot more, we're doing a lot less. And with rumination comes challenges like depression. Comes challenges like feeling of not good enoughness. Yeah, Feeling like I am left behind, feeling I'm not loved, feeling I'm not cared for, because feeling I'm not needed. And as we ruminate, we come up with stories that are absolutely not true. But we ruminate on them and we make up a drama in our. In our own brains, in our own minds. And now we need support at some point to find back hope. And the only category of people who don't go back in your past and tell you why, how your parents do you wrong. The only category of such people are coaches. Right? Everybody else just keeps saying, okay, let's blame the government, let's blame the parents, let's blame your brother or sister, let's blame somebody else. And then, you know, never really work on ourselves. So we constantly stay in this blame cycle versus when a coach steps in and he says, it doesn't matter what you happen in your past, it doesn't matter what's going to happen in the future. What happens right now is all that matters. Let's take control of our life. And that's where a coach comes in.
