Stand up right now and just shake out your body a little bit like this because as your body moves, your brain grooves. And so you know this changing your physiology changes your psychology, right? Changing your posture. Like take a deep breath right now and then just exhale and move your body and just look up, put a big smile on your face. Don't you feel better? You're not a thermometer. A thermometer, what's the function of thermometer? It just reflects what the environment is giving it. It reflects it. A thermostat you set right? You set a goal, you set a vision, you set a dream and all of a sudden the environment raises to meet that new standard and you want to be a thermostat and you are a thermostat because that's why you're watching this.
