I couldn't understand it, but I messed up something in my gut microbiome and I started putting on weight. Check out the screenshot from my iPhone where I'm tracking my waistline and you can see that around March my waistline just started shooting up and it kept going up and up and up and I didn't know what to do. Now notice the other half of this graph where the line is falling. What's going on there? I started photographing my food and uploading it to ChatGPT and it started with this simple prompt, help me with my macros. And after around five or six days, ChatGPT mentioned that I was eating particularly high in fat foods, but I wasn't taking enough fiber and that 97% of men don't take enough fiber. But it turns out, or what I learned from ChatGPT is that fiber actually improves your microbiome diversity and helps you digest food better. But if you're eating high fat, low fiber, that fat gets stored around your belly. Here's how the AI helped me. It helped me create a unique Greek yogurt dish filled with chia seeds, phylum powder, bananas, blueberries and other nutrients that came from foods my body was lacking. I lost 5cm off my waistline. In five weeks I could fit in my pants again. And I feel so good. All because I used an AI to help examine what I was doing on a day to day basis. And I learned something new. I think this is so important. AI can be seen as something that is unhuman, something that is artificial, that is separate from us. But AI when used, right? AI, when trained on scientific research, when trained on health and nutrition information, can become a powerful ally for our health, for our well being. If you're interested in learning how to do this, in learning how to use AI to create your own health coach, to transform your body with AI, join us at Mindvalley's AI Summit. It's happening this July. We're bringing in some incredible AI trainers from all around the world. And I think it's going to blow you away because everyone now has access to this. You just need to learn how to use it. I'll see you at the summit. It's completely free. We're expecting 100,000 people to show up. I'll see you there.
