Officially part of mindvalley membership. And I'm really excited to announce this. We were working on this for many, many, many months. How many of you here who are joining us today are members? Just put in a member exclamation point in the chat and maybe you're not a member, but you're thinking about it. Awesome. So this is great. I see the vast majority of you guys are members and if you're not a member, you can just put considering or something along those lines. Okay, this is just a quick little poll. Okay, so firstly, guys, because you're a member, I want you to know there is nothing you have to pay today. There's nothing you have to buy. There is no sales pitch. What we are going to pitch you on is commitment. We're pitching you on the idea that before you go and, you know, do one of those crazy surgeries that tie up your stomach or subscribe to ozempic, which is 12,000 a year and can really, really, really, really damage your quality of life, we want you to try wildfit. I would never ask you to do something I haven't tried myself. I've done it. My mom has done it. 100 members of my team have done it. And altogether we put 150,000 people on WildFit. Because I'm such a believer in this program. This, there's nothing for you to buy. WildFit is now officially part of MindValley membership. If you go into your membership and you search for wildfit, you should, you should see it. Just, just go and try it right now. Okay? Let me know if you see it. And, and the first person to see it, just say, just say, found it. I just want to make sure it's working for everyone. So open up your mindvalley app. Click on search.
Great.
Everyone is saying, found it. Phenomenal. Phenomenal. Okay, now here's the deal. We don't want you to start it yet. So Whilefit is a 90 day program and the one that you see on membership is prerecorded, but we're doing something a little bit more extra. So what you're getting now is an $800 program included as part of membership. But what we are giving you is even extra. It's like WildFit Pro. So it's not just a prerecorded content. The founder of WildFit, Eric at Midis, is going to be personally guiding you through a WildFit transformation. And so we want to get everyone to join together at same time. Okay? Now that said, a Lot of you already know about WildFit. Some of you may have heard about it from friends. I want to bring up the man behind Wildfit. Eric, please come on the Zoom stage.
Hey, hey, Vision.
I am here. Hey, Eric. Okay, so, Eric, first. Let's, let's, let's get a chance to identify who's in the audience, right? We have 941 people live with us. It'll probably top a thousand shortly. So I want to find out, guys of you who are here, how many of you here heard about wildfit from mindvalley or heard about Wildfit from a friend? Type in mindvalley. Type in friend. If you've done it, I want you to type already done. If you are someone who has done it and then are here with a friend, you can mention that as well. Here with a friend. Okay, so I see a lot of you are here from mindvalley. Okay, that's amazing. I'm so glad. And I want you to know that this is really exciting for me. WildFit is one of those programs I'm going to share my screen right now as we get to just share something with you. WhileFit is one of those programs that really inspires me to do the job that I do. And that's because, you know, I'm all about case studies. I love. I live for the stories I get from you guys to customers. And if we go to our case study engine and you click on wildfit, you will see that the stories are incredible. Now, by the way, you'll see it's available in German, Portuguese, Spanish, French. All of it is going to be available to you. So you can change the language if you or your mom or your dad have a different mother tongue. Right? You'll see. We have 713 case studies on Wildfit. And as you go through these case studies, not only do you see incredible weight loss transformations, you see guys with belly certainly having abs. It's, it's really. And there are some really fun videos that our customers have shared. But as you go lower, what you start seeing is that a lot of people are not just talking about weight loss. They're talking about the incredible impact Wildfit has had on their careers, on their thinking, on their cognition. And again, all of this is done with no side effects. Because unlike, as you're about to learn, unlike Ozempic, unlike many weight loss drugs, while fit is natural, it's about getting your body back to the natural way it works. Eric, welcome on board. I would love to Hear your thought, Eric, you've changed so many lives. How do you feel about this? And. And. And what inspires you to do this?
Well, Vishen, first of all, I think we have to offer a bit of a disclaimer. There are, unfortunately, some side effects. Some people have to buy new clothes. Some people. No, I'm. I'm of course kidding. You're absolutely right. It is about returning people to a more natural state of balance. And I can tell you exactly what motivates me to do this. A. I did it for myself. I was suffering. I was in pain. I was on medications. There were no solutions. And I remember distinctly the before, after experience in my life. And then, of course, when my friends started asking me for help, I just felt completely compelled to do it for them as well. And one thing led to another, and now it's, you know, and one thing led to another, and one thing led to you. And. And now we've reached hundreds of thousands of people. And I wake up every single morning to messages from people telling me they've lost the weight they never thought they could lose. They reversed the diabetes, they put this into remission. The inflammation is gone, their depression is over. And it gives me such a powerful sense of purpose that I can barely stand it.
Yeah. Thank you. And I learned about Wildfit from a couple of Mindvalley authors. Marie diamond, you'll see her case study here. Marie diamond did Wildfit. It really helped her. And I went on to recommend it to a lot of my family members. That's actually my cousin, my cousin Jitesh. And again, he is so proud of his Wildfit transformation. He always used to think that the stuff on mindvalley was, like, manifesting hocus pocus stuff. He's like, I don't. I don't buy that stuff. And then he did Wildfit and now he's a big mindvalley fan. And so I've genuinely been recommending this to so many people in my life. And I think one of the things that's great about Wildfit is that, oh, this is another friend of mine, Virginia Sala. So Virginia, at one point was the most influential, I think, female business speaker on TikTok. And again, you can see her transformation on Wildfit. I think one of the most interesting things to see is that people who do Wildfit, their body transforms. They show up to work and their co workers are wondering, like, what the hell did you do? Did you do surgery? Did you have some sort of, like, radical, expensive surgery? And when they find out this was all natural, a lot of those people jump on as well. And that's how we've been able to hit how many students, Eric?
Around 150,000 in the prime classes. Yeah.
Amazing. And I Hope now that WildFit is part of membership and we've been able to really drive it down due to economies of scale, we can hit a million students. Okay, so what I want to do is I'm going to take you guys through a presentation with Eric. And again, like I want to say, I want to stress there is nothing you need to buy. There is no extra money. But I know you, I know me, a lot of us. I was doing this interview with Gretchen Rubin, and she wrote a book called the Four Tendencies. And she talks about behavior change and the tendencies we have towards personal growth. And you know what is the most common tendency? It's present in 40% of the, the, the, the population, at least the American population. It is the tendency to commit to growth when it serves the people we love. Our children, our friends, our family. But when it's just about us, we fail to live up to that commitment. So an example of this is you tell yourself you want to go to the gym, but then you fail to show up. But if you tell yourself, I'm going to go to the gym with my son and we're going to go three times a week, you keep the commitment because you care about your son. Right. It's a very interesting human dynamic. And so because of that, I know a lot of you are excited about this, are going to want to join WildFit. It's completely free. But then there's this psychology. There are two psychologies that come together. One is you're thinking you might fail that commitment to yourself because you're in that 40% of the population. But the other thing that we want to overcome is you might think, oh, it's free. I don't know how good this can be, because there are studies that show that the more you pay for something, the more you value it. So that's the problem we are facing. We're trying to make this free for all of you, for who are members. You know, I'm sure you've read the study. The more you pay for a glass of wine, the more you enjoy the wine. And so what I want you guys to understand is, yes, this is free. Ozempic is 12K. This is free. But this, but the, the, the ease of access of it doesn't make it any less powerful. That's super Important. So what I want to invite Eric to do is, is to take you on a journey to understand what WildFit is going to do for you and what the program is going to be like. Before we begin, I told you I would never present anything to you that I haven't tested myself. This is me when I turned 40, WildFit completely transformed my body. From March to June. This is three months. I went from 14% body fat. Sorry, 22% body fat. To 14% body fat. And then I managed to put on muscle through the 10x program, which is also part of your Mindvalley membership. Okay, so this is what I went through, and I just wanted to share this because I wanted you guys to. To. To know how radical this was for me. Now. It wasn't just losing fat. There was a study that emerged in 2022 by Dr. Daniel Aman, and he found that every extra bit of fat we carry actually slows down our cognition. So when you drop fat, what also happens is the efficiency of your brain goes up. I notice that my career, my income started going up in 2016. Was it because I'd lost so much extra fat? I don't know. But according to Dr. Daniel Amen, who's America's number one brain doctor, that is certainly the case. The more you shed unnecessary fat, not only do you look better, not only do you have more energy, your brain and performance at work go up. So, Eric, these are the benefits that you've spoken about. I'd love to have you take us through it.
Well, yeah, I should start with this. That when I first created this for myself, it was really just that I was unhealthy and I just wanted to fix a few things. And when I started sharing it to a wider audience, I was really, truly blown away by the comments that people made back to me. The most common thing, of course, being the improved overall health experience. In other words, not getting sick so often, not having to go and get decongestants, and not having to take antacids, because generally speaking, the. The participants were telling me that they were fundamentally healthier, and that by itself is priceless. And so as we went deeper into the program, we found that the obvious things came up that people were saying, okay, well, I've released weight. And while that was a little obvious to us, as we started seeing the numbers, we realized it wasn't just that people were releasing weight. It's releasing weight that they'd never been able to lose released before. It was people that had tried every single thing for 30 years and only ever gained. And suddenly the tide had turned in the other direction. And so that was also a really, really big benefit that came up. It turned out we didn't create this program to be a weight loss program, but then it turned out to possibly be the most effective weight loss program ever. We also started to see and vishen, I think if you guys are controlling the slides, you can go through, because I think there's some structure there. But another very big one was energy. And this is a really tough one because if you are suffering without enough energy, you might not know that because it's so normal. You might think that 4 o' clock in the afternoon having an energy dip is normal. You might think that waking up in the morning and needing a stimulant to start your day is normal, but it isn't. And until you've woken up and not needed those things and realize what real energy is, wow, it's a complete change. Go to the next one.
Okay.
This is a big one. And it was always a big one for us, but it became even bigger in 2020, obviously. So we were making the observation that so many people were telling us, I get less colds, I get less flus, and all that kind of stuff, of course, because they were generally healthier. What was really amazing to us is the number of people who were writing to us through 2021, 2022, saying, thank God I did Wildfit before all this craziness began, because some of them didn't get sick at all. Some of them got sick, but didn't get very sick compared to the friends around them. So when it, when I say that it strengthens immunity, I mean that first of all, I think it makes sure that you don't get sick nearly as often and that when you occasionally do, your body's in so much better shape to deal with it. Let's go to the next one.
So I just, just want to say one thing. So I, I'm. When I did wildfit In 2016, I had two kids who were going to elementary school, right? And my kids would come back school, they would, and then in the evening, they would want to cuddle in bed with me. And every two to three months, I would end up with a really bad flu. And I blame my kids. I thought, okay, my little buggers are bringing back like, like all of these diseases from school. And then sneezing in my face, those little snot buckets. And then I realized it wasn't that I was just so nutritionally deprived because of my diet, that my immunity wasn't functioning. After I did Wildfit, all of that stopped. I could cuddle with my kids and I just wouldn't get sick.
Yeah, it's very, very true. And again, if you've fallen into that rhythm of you get the flu once or twice a year, you get a cold once or twice a year, you start to think that that's the new normal, that that's the normal way of living, and it just isn't. It's not supposed to be that way. Another big one, and this is really big because this is what it's all about. Most people have tried to change their eating habits. Mostly they try and do it temporarily, like, I want to lose some weight for a special event or what have you. But most people have tried to do that and it's failed for them. They've ended up relapsing and so on. As a matter of fact, anybody in the chat who's ever tried to change their eating habits and it lasted less than a month, let me know in the chat. Let's see if that's happened a few times. In fact, if any of you have ever promised, I'll never do a diet again, tell me that in the chat, because that's a very common thing. What happens with Wildfit is that people naturally and easily upgrade their eating habits. And this is not a willpower thing. We'll talk more about this later. But this is about changing your neurology and changing your psychology. I'll put it in the simplest terms. If you really badly want something, you're going to eat it no matter what diet you're on. Unless we can change your level of want. It's not about strengthening your willpower. It's about undoing the attraction. It's about reducing your cravings. And that absolutely happens every time. Now, we talked a little bit about weight loss, and I just want to talk about this because, you know, unfortunately, the pictures that create the biggest impact for people out there are the. The before, after pictures, because you can see the weight loss. The before, after pictures don't show when people's allergies have gone away. They don't show when their diabetes is reversed. They don't show when their other disease went into remission. They don't show they're no longer taking antidepressants. You can't see that in a photograph. So as a consequence of those pictures, we became known as the weight loss brand. But it isn't actually about weight loss. It's about, like Turning the clock back. You know, these days, gaining weight is actually a function of just getting older. Everybody gains about 3 pounds per year all the way through. What we're talking about here is really, truly right weighting yourself, getting yourself to the right level of weight, and then turning the clock back on your age, like creating your mental suppleness, your physical flexibility, and feeling younger. That's a big, big deal. Which of course leads directly into lifespan. Or even better worded these days would be called healthspan. You know, when we talk about lifespan, it's kind of like, is the goal here to live forever? I don't know. Maybe it is for some people. But my goal is to live as long as I enjoyably can. Who's with me on that one? To live as long as you healthfully and enjoyably can. How's that? That's healthspan. And of course, that's a big part of what we're working on here, is first of all, potentially expanding lifespan and then secondly, enjoying the quality of our lives all the way through.
Okay, and then the next one.
The next. That was the last slide.
Regain your youthfulness and then lengthen your lifespan. Okay, that's it. Now there are two special guests that we want to bring in. Eric, would you like to introduce Joe and Jennifer?
Yeah, guys. I mean, I think it's really. First of all, Joe and Jennifer, I want to thank you guys for being here. And we wanted to bring some people in that could really talk you through not just their experience, but their experiences as a family, because that's often very difficult for people. So please, everybody welcome Joe and Jennifer. And Joe and Jennifer, thanks so much for being here.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
Hi, Joe. Hi, Jennifer. Do you want to tell us about your experience?
Yes. We had tried so many different things. We were both very unhealthy. We were both working on the fire department and owned a coffee shop at the same time. So we had no time to cook, exercise, and he ended up having a mini stroke. I ended up with stage three cervical cancer. But this program, after trying, I promise you, 15 different programs, I actually saw you two on a master class offered on Facebook because I was a member of Mindvalley and I went through, and I wasn't going to purchase, I wasn't going to do anything. But, Eric, you were just so stinking brilliant that we just had to dive in. So I had to talk him into it.
But she challenged me.
She says, well, it's only 90 days.
Yes, exactly.
It's only 90 days. So I took that challenge. How dare you.
Double dog dare you. Yeah, so we took the challenge. In 90 days later, our lives had changed so massively because we were both pre diabetic. I think both of our heart rates were up at, you know, resting heart rates were 100. And we became so healthy afterwards and you know, to the point where I couldn't, I couldn't shut up. So I became a coach, right? So, but he, he is off of.
You know, at five medications. In the beginning, just on the program, my heart rate, gosh, was 100. And now, oh my gosh, it's resting heart rate now is like 68. And my energy is so much higher. I'm thankful for this because not only is my health, my heart rate, all of that, just my, my energy, my attitude towards life is just so much more enjoyable now. And I'm thankful that, that she challenged me into just doing the 90 days and it has definitely changed our lives, my life. So, so thank you for, for wildfitting. Thank you for bringing me along.
Hey, Joe. Jennifer, can I ask you. Well, particularly for you, Jennifer, because I know you shamed Joe into it. You've challenged him into it. But for you, my guess is since you had tried so many other programs before, my guess is that when you arrived, you arrived with just enough hope because you saw me in Vishen, but mostly doubt. Is that fair to say?
It absolutely is fair to say.
How long did it take for the doubt to start to go away? Where you're like, oh my God, this is actually going to work for me. How far into the program did you realize that this is going to be the one?
Oh, week one. Week one. That was it. And I. But I told him when I, when I heard you, I had, I had way more hope. And I was like, okay. I said, babe, I think I found it. And he thought, he rolled his eyes inside. But no, it wasn't. He was like, but, but it was. But through the end of the first week and the psychology that, that you presented, I was done.
And as a spouse, when she, she mentioned Wildfit, I thought, okay, here we go, another diet, right? And within a couple of weeks, three weeks for me, because I think I was probably more skeptical than she was probably three weeks in, I started to realize that I had a relationship with food and I had no, excuse me, I had no idea I had that relationship with food. And Wildfit had taking us me through that journey of relationships with food and how I look to food and just really the lies that we've Been told.
And.
Yeah.
Can I ask you guys one more question? And this is it. And you're never really supposed to ask a question you don't really know the answer to. But I haven't asked you this before. Tell me what the chances are that you would ever go on a diet ever again.
Oh, absolutely not. Now this is an. And diets are junk. They are marketing. There is just a ploy to get your money. That's it. Because they do not work. They flat out don't work. We tried so many things to get healthy because him having mini stroke and me being sick, we're no longer pre diabetic either. Our doctors have, you know, they're trying to figure out what the heck that is. But diets did not do the thing because it didn't change our, our, our psychology. And we, we rebounded every single time. We got worse and worse every single time until we found this. And we have not gone back since.
And I have friends and friends of friends that ask me, oh my gosh, Joe, what are you doing? And I really, I tell them it's a lifestyle change. We. And you have to show up to your own salvation and put, put in the work, of course. But for me, this is just our lifestyle now.
Exactly.
There is no diet. Well, this is what we eat. But this is a lifestyle now. And I am really proud to be that couple, that food. And you know, we come in and we have wonderful dishes at dinner parties and we bring these meals that are just absolutely amazing. So thank you again.
So thank you, Joe. Thank you, Jennifer. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you.
Okay. And something interesting happened. We filmed this video and really wanted to share it with the rest of you. So you've heard about, you know how wildfit, a lot of people talk about weight loss, body transformation, but we did an interesting experiment at Mindvalley University, which is a big conference we do every summer in Europe. It's happening this year, August 4th in Amsterdam. And during one of the sessions of Mindvalley University, we had about a thousand people in the audience and we said, anyone who's joined Wildfit, just come on stage with us. So we got all of these people to come on stage Page and then I took a mic and I asked them to just very rapidly, in one sentence, share what happened. Can you guys hear the sound? Eric? I could.
It's pause. Now I've changed my Wildfit.
Please stand, please stand. Thank you so much. Now I'd like to invite the wildlife to come and stay. So if Wildfit has transformed your life.
Come on stage.
Look at the sure number of people over here. Does anybody have a crazy Wildfit story of how Wildfit transformed you?
Yes, I was in antidepressants for 8 years. Wildfit no one with prisons. I start drinking alcohol as a result. Wow.
I thought I had chronic block nose.
But it was do to d. I got rid of coke. And.
Who else? You can sleep again. Amazing. Who else?
I have a long energy since 48. I'm 77 and I only take one medication.
77 and only one medication.
Not only can my relationship with food, I. I no longer been eat. But it changed my relationship with myself and the way that I understand my own thoughts and emotions. Used to walk, you know, I run.
And by the way, was it difficult or was it easier than you expected?
Everyone, everyone says easier than you expected?
Everyone should do this.
Thank you guys.
How many people have your life? So what we're trying to say is if you're sick of diets, weight loss programs, this could be the most, this could be one of the, the, the, the most amazing journeys of your life. Okay? And as you can see, tons of stories from all around the world. Pushpa here. Look at that. 23 kilograms lost. Wayne from Fort Worth lost 27 pounds in 90 days. Adam, his asthma disappeared. This is really interesting. Very often we think we are sick, but it's not our body. It's the food that we are putting in the body. Sarah May lost 25 pounds. She says without even trying, her husband lost 45. WildFit, by the way, is great to take with your partner. Danielle lost 30 pounds. Jerry, 22 pounds. Akshay Sharma, 19 pounds. Peter Goson, look at that. 88 kilograms gone. You can see how transformed he looked, how much younger he looked. Catherine Kozodi lost 18 inches, 9 pounds. Fambless lost 75 pounds. Elena Sato, 58 centimeters, 18 kilograms. Bettina Edwards, 42 pounds. Again, look at that. It looks like age regression for Jan Burgess. Jordan Hagermeister lost 22 pounds. Isabella Pomela, 20 pounds. Deborah, 14 pounds. Jillian, 12 pounds. Jillian. This is another Jillian, 12 pounds 7 kilograms. Cecilia Deb Kelly dropped 40 pounds. And she says tons of thoughts and habits that no longer serve me. Marsha Adams is off all diabetes medication. This gentleman lost 29 pounds. This couple lost 70 pounds together. This filmmaker lost 20 pounds and said she learned a ton. Madeline Lee Smith, I think Madeline was, was one of our employees. Lost 20 pounds. Vincent lost 32 pounds or day, 26 pounds. Christopher Portway lost 1.5 stone Calvin Stir, 28.6 pounds. I mean these go on and on and on. You can see the dramatic results. By the way, when I had 100 of my employees do this, do you know what the record was? The record was £91. Now this gentleman, he was one of the guys in our engineering team. He lost 60 pounds in the three months of WildFit. Then because he continued, you know, with the right habits over the subsequent three months, he lost, he went up to 91 pounds lost. So that's 91 pounds lost in six months. The second and third record were two gentlemen, both of them lost 51 pounds and tied at second and third place. And one of these gentlemen, he was actually from Egypt and he said, I didn't even understand, I thought I understood healthy eating. I didn't even understand like that drinking Coke for lunch was not a good thing. Because if you've been to Egypt, by the way, Coca Cola advertises everywhere. Now here's the funny story. This guy from Egypt who lost 51 pounds. Every week he would be chatting with his family, he'd be telling his brother about his improvements. His brother never even went on Wildfit. His brother lost 20 pounds just from their weekly catch up calls. So one of the most beautiful things about this is it's not just addictive, it spreads. When someone does Wildfit, they inevitably impact everyone in their family. So I remember, I'll tell you a funny story. I remember I was, I was married when I did Wildfit. I'm still very close friends with my ex wife Christina. And she said, I'm not going to do it. I just don't believe in this stuff. It's not going to work. Christina lost 2 kg like she lost, she lost 40% of the weight she, that, that, that I lost. My kids, they eat so healthy right now because when I change my eating habits, it also influenced them. And again, these case studies go on and on and on. So remember, you're not just doing this for yourself, you're doing this for the people you love. Okay? And again, there's no cost if you're a mindvalley member. It's already included. I simply want to ensure with this huge amount of case studies you understand how powerful this is. You know that this works. It's worked for hundreds of thousands of people and that you commit. Okay, now Eric, let's talk about why diets fail.
Absolutely. And that's a big point. And it's going to give some people some really valuable tools that they can work on. Before I do that, I want to address something you mentioned earlier, and that is the, you know, now people can do it. It's part of membership. For all the rest of you, I will let you know. This is a conversation Vishen and I have had for many years about does WildFit belong in membership? And the truth of the matter is that wildfit was far too expensive to include in membership. And we've been working for years and years together to get the economies of scale adjusted so that we can open it up to many more people. But one thing that we've always talked about was, hey, if it's for free, are people going to make the same level of commitment to it? And I am here to tell you, you don't need to worry about that. Watch the first couple videos and it will stick to you. You will want to complete it. It's going to be amazing. Make a little commitment to yourself and it will be fantastic. That said, let's talk a little bit about what not to do. Some of the very best lessons.
In.
What you can do to transform your health are in paying attention to the things that absolutely are not working and then basically doing the opposite. So I'm going to run through why you've ever felt like you failed at a diet. In fact, what I'd like to know is how many of you have felt like a diet failure. And maybe tell me what diets you feel like you failed. I'd like to know those of you think you might be a diet failure and what diets you failed at. And then I'm going to share something with you about that that I think will blow your mind. So the first thing is that you guys have all been told at some point that this whole thing is about calories in and calories out. You've all been told that if you just ate less calories, then you would lose your weight. And so basically this is a way of moving you toward starving yourself, right? It's like saying, well, if you just ate less calories than you burned, you would lose weight. And this is counting. This is diet advice by bad accountants. You know, it's not the way it works, and the reason it isn't like that is that calories are a theoretical measurement of energy and there are different kinds of calories. It does not take into account at all that certain types of food tell your body to store fat, and certain other types of food that also have the same number of calories tell your body to release fat. So the calories in Calories out thing is, like, it's just a complete fiasco. And let me tell you, the real problem is when they've told you to restrict your calories to lose weight, they've put your body into emergency survival mode. Now your body thinks that you're in an environment with no food. It doesn't want to release your fat now because it's like, oh, my God, there's no food. I better hold on to what I have. Imagine it like you have a backpack full of snacks and somebody's told you there's no stores for four days. You're going to eat your snacks slowly, slowly. But the minute somebody shows you that there's a healthy dinner waiting for you tonight, you're going to plow through your snacks, you're going to let them go or put down the pack. And that's very much how your body thinks about weight. So what the diet industry has done is said, hey, we want you to cut down the amount you're eating. Then they put your body into energy conservation mode, trapping the weight on you. And then, and then, hold on. When the diet fails, who do they blame? When the diet fails, or sorry, I'm sorry. When you fail the diet, who do they blame? Well, they blame you. Even though they gave you advice that wasn't simply wrong, but it was opposite to what you needed to hear. That's problem number one. So that is not the solution. Problem number two is they ask you to give up your favorite foods. All right, you're on a diet, and here you have to give up all this stuff forever. You know, this is it. Well, emotionally, we're not ready for that. We are not ready for that. As I mentioned earlier, if you really want something, you're going to eat it. It's just the way it's going to be if we don't work on the want. All these diets are like, if you were stronger, if you had more willpower, if you had more, you know, if you had more strength to yourself, you would have succeeded. No, what if instead we learned how not to want the food? And that is a very different shift. We want to work on the psychology, and a big part of that is understanding how the food industry has created those wants in you by manipulating your psychology and your, and your, and your physiology. I could give you two hours of exercises or examples, but I'm going to just give you one. You go through the grocery store, you've done all your shopping, you go to the checkout counter and to the left or to the right. Of you or often on both sides of you, there are shelves. What are the colors on those shelves? They are yellows and oranges, reds and greens. They're all bright primary fruit based colors. Because the food industry is trying to tell you, oh, look, healthy berries and fruits are in season, and yet not one of those things is a healthy berry or fruit. They're manipulating you. And so what we want to understand is that we're never going to succeed in this by simply using willpower to just give up our favorite foods. Which is the third big myth that this is about your willpower. You have willpower. You do. I don't care what the diet industry has made you believe up to now that you don't have willpower. But the real problem is that you have willpower. But they've been asking you to use it incorrectly. They've been asking you to use it incorrectly. Willpower is what you use to hold your breath. So some of you can hold your breath for like a minute, and some of you might even be able to hold your breath for like two minutes if you've been training at it. But after two minutes, your body is going to breathe, even if you are in a room full of smoke or even underwater. Willpower is designed to give out when the body overrides it. So how many of you have had the experience where you're using willpower to give up favorite foods and then eventually the body just inhales it anyway? Has anybody had that happen, like midday on January 1st by chance? Like, it happens quickly, often, right? So that it's not that you don't have willpower, it's that you have a really good willpower, but they were asking you to use it the wrong way. And so what we want to do is learn how to use that willpower correctly. Now, next thing is you've been told this lie. If you just burn off more calories than you eat, you're going to be okay. I mean, that's the answer, right? You got to go to the gym. I'm going to tell you something. Do you know who invented that lie? Soft drink companies. They went out and did a bunch of research, realized that calories had become the enemy. The calories in calories out thing had made calories the enemy. And now people were looking at the calorie value of stuff before they bought it. And so soft drink sales were going down. And so they went after this two different ways. One, they started introducing disgusting chemistry to create zero calorie stuff. And the other one is they said or you could go to the gym or go to a spin class and then you can eat whatever you want. And of course, it doesn't work that way either. Food and calories come in different forms of quality. So you, you can be eating incredibly bad calories. Now check this out, guys. This is going to be some blatant mic drop, common sense. If you just hear this, I want you to think about this. One person goes and eats a disastrous meal. Soft drinks, refined corn syrup, all the garbage, right? Tons of garbage. Then they're like, I'm going to go to the gym, I'm going to go to spin class and I'm going to burn it off. So what fuel and nutrients is their body using to do this incredible exercise? Junk and garbage, which is going to lead to injury, toxicity and disease. You know, on the other version is if you really are going to do a bunch of exercise, you should be doing exercise because you put the right fuel and nutrients in. Right? Like, I mean, it makes sense when you say it like that. But the food industry has been convincing us differently. Now here's the next big lie. Well, if only you ate enough of our special food. Yeah, like, our food has special points and we have special shakes and we have these special supplements and if you just, if you, if you spent enough money on those, you could definitely. Has anybody fallen for this one? Look, you be gullible, be open, be on it. Has anybody fallen for this? If you just buy our special stuff, it'll be okay. Was it okay? No, it wasn't okay, because they were doing exactly what the food industry was doing. They're trying to figure out how to make sure that they can make the maximum profit on the food you're eating. And how do they do that? By make you eat more than you need to eat and by making sure there's almost no nutrition in what you're eating because then it's cheaper to produce and you stay hungry all the time. It absolutely is not the method. It is not the path. And now, now the big lie. This is the big one, guys. This is the newest, biggest, most evil of the lies. Drugs can now solve the problem. Come on, can't they? Can somebody name some of the drugs that can solve the problem? You guys can tell me. What are the drugs that can solve the problem now it's done. It's solved. We can just take these drugs and everything will be okay. There it is. Ozempic, Manjaro. Wegovy. Ozempic, Metformin. Oh, yeah. They can save the day. You Know who they save the day for? Pharmaceutical industries. That's who they save the day for. Because they're incredibly profitable. They're incredibly profitable, but they do not save the day. What they do is they cause a whole bunch of other problems. A whole suite of problems. And so what I want to first of all say, before I say anything else about this, if you are currently on one of these weight loss miracle drugs, if you are on a GLP1 agonist, if you are taking one, I'm not here to frighten you about that. What I'm saying is, please keep taking it. Do not stop. But as soon as the Wild Fit program begins for you, I want you to talk to your doctor and say, I would like to wean myself off this drug over the next three months while I'm on this program, and please support me in that. And they will create a weaning schedule for you. And here's why you want to do it. This is big. Here's one of the big dangers of these drugs. I could talk to you about the nausea and the diarrhea and the possible cancer links and the thyroid issues. I could talk to you about all that. And that's another conversation for another day. But I'm going to talk to you about something even more insidious and disgusting. If you take a drug that pushes your cravings down, you no longer have to practice any willpower at all. You feel nauseous, you feel sick, you feel repulsed by food. Now, when you stop taking that drug, the cravings come back, but your willpower has atrophied even lower than it was. And so many people come off these drugs and they report that their cravings came back with a vengeance. Nope, the cravings came back just as strong as they were before. But the drug weakened you. It's a bit like you can now buy these exoskeleton legs that can. If you've injured your knee, it's like a robotic pair of legs. But what you're supposed to do is, as your knee is healing, you ask the robot legs to do less and less of the effort so that your muscles can build. Right? But if you just left those legs on, on full mode and you just wore them all the time, soon you wouldn't be able to walk without them. And that's exactly what those drugs are going to do. And that's what they're doing, by the way. On top of that. Yes, okay, they trigger some weight loss. They do. But the weight loss they trigger is not so different than taking a chainsaw and taking off one of your limbs. Because they don't just make you lose fat, they make you lose fat, muscle, bone density. It's just like taking a chunk of you and throwing it away. When what you really wanted to do is just release some of the fat that you were storing. That might not be necessary anymore. So what I want you to get is one of the great classic definitions of insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different outcome. That's a crazy idea. And that is what the diet industry has been doing to us for some 30 years. They've been telling us to restrict our calories, to exercise the weight away, to use miracle drugs. Because by the way, these miracle drugs aren't the first ones, they're just the last ones. It happens every few years. They've been telling us this for years. And then they've been doing something really insidious. And if they've done this to you, I want to apologize on behalf of humanity. But before I tell you what they did to you, I want you to think about this. If you're a parent and your child walks in and spills some water on the floor and you yell at that child and you blame that child and you tell that child how clumsy they are, are you making things better or are you making things worse? If you tell your child, don't spill the water with a sarcastic voice, and then they spill the water and then you call them clumsy, are you making things better or are you making things worse? What you're doing is you're damaging their self esteem and you're making them over cautious and you're going to make them clumsy. No kidding. That's going to happen. Now I know that for some of you, and I saw in the comments, I know that for some of you, you've attempted a diet, you've had some hope and some doubt, then you've stuck with that diet an average of seven days. That's the average. Some of you stuck with it for a few hours, some of you managed to pull it off for maybe a few months, but the average is seven days. And when it failed, they blamed you. They told you that it was your fault. They told you that you didn't have the willpower. They told you that you didn't have the strength of character. And if you hadn't cheated you, they told you that you fell off their wagon. You know what? Wildfit doesn't have a wagon. There is no wagon. You can't fall off it. You cannot unsee the things that we share with you. And that's why it creates a lifelong change for you. In the meantime, after all these years of being told that it was your fault that you had no willpower, what many people find themselves doing is promising that they'll never go on another diet again. They've given up. They're basically like an abuse partner. And what I want you to know is that I want you to never ever go on a diet again. And when you give me that 90 days, I will make sure that that is the way it is for you. One last thing. I just want to say. These myths, you gotta, you gotta pay attention this. Don't ever let somebody do those things to you again. You need to understand something. In order to lose weight, ironically, you need to be eating enough in order to do exercise. You can't use exercise to burn off terrible calories. You need good nutrition in order to do exercise. Exercise can help you be even healthier. But the truth of the matter is they put the. They got it backwards. They told you go exercise to get healthy and keep eating junk. Imagine doing that to your car, putting junk in the car and then sprinting 100 miles or kilometers. You would destroy the car. That's what they've been doing to us. They've been destroying our bodies, they've been destroying our minds, and they've been destroying our self esteem. And now we have the opportunity to turn the whole thing around.
Thank you, Eric. That, that's incredibly, incredibly amazing. Okay, so before we go on to to Wildfit and I'm going to ask Eric to explain the program, I'm seeing a couple of questions on how to access it. Okay, so we just released it today. We still have to update certain sections of our website. So I just want to show you where to find it. One of you commented you went to the body section. It's not there yet. It will be. It's. We just haven't put it up yet. Where how you want to find it is go to the main mind value and then do you see search? Click on search and just type in wildfit. So if you go to search and you type in wildfit, you will see it there. Okay, click on wildfit and you will now have access to the program. It looks like this. It is the same on your app. Go to Search, type in wildfit and you will see it. Now if you don't see it, log out and log back in. Because you may. Because we just added it and so the system has to Check your access. You may have to log out and log back up again, back again. It should take just a moment. And then how wildfit works is. Eric, do you want to quickly explain the, the program flow and, and the time commitment? Because I see there are certain things here, like lesson one, two hours, 33 minutes. It might seem very overwhelming. Yeah, I just want to explain how this actually works. Okay, go ahead. Yeah.
Okay. So WildFit is built on an educational system called Behavioral Change Dynamics. And the, that is one of the reasons the program is so sticky that people tend to finish it very easily. And that's going to be great for all of you. And structurally, the way it works is that you have videos that are released to you on a week by week basis. You are, in other words, when you first log in, you won't see all the videos, you won't have access to them all. And this is frustrating for some of you that are the kind of like, you know, you like to rush ahead and you like to study ahead. The challenge is that in order to create lasting transformation, you need one lesson to build upon the previous lesson and to build upon the previous lesson and so on. And so this program is designed with incremental spaced learning, and that's one of the reasons that it's so incredibly effective. Now, the first two weeks, the first two weeks are about laying a foundation of solid psychology. You will, many of you will learn more about yourselves in those two weeks than you have doing anything else. It's really incredible. We've had psychologists come to us and go, this was more useful. This two weeks was more useful to me than getting a degree in psychology about learning about myself. And here's one of the reasons. There's nothing, there's nobody that we have a more intimate relationship with than food. It's something we think about from the moment we wake up to almost the time we go to bed. We're constantly on it. And that's because for many, many millions of years, starvation was the biggest danger to our ancestors. So when you can change your psychology and your relationship with food, it spills over to other areas of your life in a big way. That first two weeks will be absolutely life changing. Then we then start moving to incremental nutritional education and upgrades where you will make small shifts, where you will add some things here, take some things away there temporarily, just to see how things are going and to start to build a different nutritional profile and a different psychological reality. You will find by the time you get to about week six, that you are going through something called metabolic reset. And this is really, really important. Humans have three metabolic functions and it's very important that you go through all three of them. But the average person today never does. And it's one of the reasons that we have such an incredible major problem with chronic disease. I'm going to just say it in the most gentle way. Most diseases are a disease of energy management. Most of them are. And even cancer, even heart disease. And I can tell you that the number one risk factor for cancer and heart disease is, guess what? Diabetes. So when you have an energy management problem that is really the root of almost all inflammation, autoimmune disease, it's at the root of many of our challenges. And by the time you get into week six, you'll have experienced metabolic reset and you'll start developing metabolic flexibility, which most people do not have anymore. They are stuck. And this is why they need a coffee at 4 o' clock in the afternoon to function as a human being. This is why they need to eat and they need sugar because they need artificial energy, because their energy management is off. You will learn so much about the way your body processes energy and you will feel it in your body. So in week six, you'll have gone through some like significant metabolic reset. I'll warn you again, I have to say there are some side effects. Some of them are funny, like you might need to buy new clothes, but you also might go through some onboarding stuff. Like in week six, seven and eight, some of you might get a little bit of a skin rash as your body's going through detoxing. And you might get a little bit of a cold or a flu, maybe some very low grade headaches. All of these things are temporary. In fact, if they happen to you, here's what I want you to do. Go into the community and go, I got the rash. I got there. Because it's proof. It's. Now here's the bad news. Only about 10% of you will have these problems, but they are indications that you're definitely on the right track. After that, we'll go through another metabolic reset and then we'll move into the last few weeks of the program. In the last few weeks of the program, it's all about integration. It's about giving you the tools and resources to maintain this as a lifestyle, to maintain his lifestyle. And I want to tell you something. Over 10 years of this now, and I get stopped in airports. People write to me on Instagram every day. I get the most incredible stories. But what's routine is that somebody will come to me go, oh, Eric, I did wildfit and I'm just, I'm such a wildfit failure. And I'm like, what do you mean, best story? A guy came up to me, one of our earliest clients from year one. He was 500 pounds. 500 pounds. And he lost a hundred pounds, 100 pounds. And then about a year later, I'm talking to him and he goes, oh, on the phone so I can't see him. And he goes, oh, Eric, I'm such a wild tip failure. And I was like, oh, he put all the weight back on because he's done this before. Gone on a crash diet, lost 100 pounds, binged his way back to put it on. He's like, oh, I'm such a wild fit failure. I just don't know what to do. I go, wait a second, did you put the weight back on? He goes, no. I said, well, hold on a second. You're telling me you released £100 and kept it off for a year? And he goes, well, if you put it that way, it's gone fairly well. And so that's because of the integration phase of the program that there are things that you will see in this program that you can never unsee again. And as a result of that, you will not only change your nutritional profile, but you will also change your psychology so that you will be able to use willpower but correctly. You will not rely upon it. You'll use it for course corrections, you'll use it for decisions. And you will be empowered to maintain an outstanding, energetic, youthful lifestyle for the rest of your life.
Thank you, Eric. Thank you, Eric. Okay, so let's do a quick wrap up. So you guys now know how to access wildfit. So when you go to mindvalley home, you will see wildfit and you will be able to join the class. I'll give you in a moment the class start date. It's March 24th. That's when the class starts. How many days is that? So it's about two weeks away. Okay, so just hang on for two weeks and then we're going to all go into it together. Now, quick summary. Whilefit is about mindset shift, it's a big self care upgrade. It's about developing a new relationship with food. And the transformations you will experience are you start living life to the fullest. You will feel like you've never felt healthier, You've transformed your eating habits and you transform your body. It's 90 days around 13 weeks. Okay, now part one, I'm going to have asked Eric to quickly break down the program into its, its continuant part. So you understand, Eric, you want to quickly describe part one.
Okay, in, in, in part one. Well, actually, before I even get to part one, this is really important, guys. I don't want you to change anything between now and the start of the program. Don't do, don't do anything. In fact, I already know I'm talking to you. I know that some of you, you're going to go, I'm so going to do this, but I better eat and binge my, get my favorite things in. Now before I start, is anybody already thinking that they're going, well, I'm going to go, I better go eat a bunch of the stuff that I think, okay, I know some of you are feeling that way. Then some of you are going the other way. We're going, I'm starting and I'm going to get started right now. I'm going to be really good. I'm going to be really good. Up until the start of the program. Is anybody in that camp? Tell me if you're thinking about being good. I want to know who's going to be the goody two shoes. All right, here's what I want you to know. Don't do any of that. Don't be bad, don't be good. Just be you. Just be as normally you as possible. If you're bad, you're going to increase your toxicity and you're going to increase your addictiveness and there's no point in that. And if you're good, you're going to stress out your willpower trying to be good without all the tools. We're going to share with you. You. So just don't do that. Just, just be you between now and then. Is that fair? Fair?
Ask.
I hope so. Now what we're going to be doing is when you, when you first come into the program, you're going to be learning some basic things, some actually fundamental things about nutrition, human history, anthropology, ancestral wisdom that are really, as I say, once you've seen them, it will be hard for you to unsee them. Very, very valuable. In the first two weeks, as I say, we'll be going through daily videos and in those daily videos, you're going to be learning about food psychology, food marketing principles. You're going to be empowered in a bunch of different ways to increase your consciousness about your relationship with food. That first two weeks, I'm telling you right now, I know that some of you are coming into this with a little hope, but a lot of doubt. And that doubt is a leftover injury or bruise from the abuse of the diet industry where they told you it was all your fault. What I want you to know is that by the end of the first week and certainly by the end of the second week, you will know that this is going to work. You will know, you will know. And that's why it's going to be so incredible. Now, these videos are designed as micro learning. They're typically. We've tried to keep them at between 10 and 20 minutes. You will see in the platform that some of them are shockingly long. It says like two hours. They're not really. That's an aggregate time of all of the optional material that's there available for you too. So as an example, in the platform, there's bonus videos. In fact, in some cases you get to watch some of the live coaching sessions that we've done in the past. You don't need to watch those. And here's why you are getting live coaching sessions. You see many of the people that have done Wildfit through Mindvalley before have done it on their own self study and that's why we put those videos in there, so they could watch what a live coaching call is like. You guys are going to get live coaching calls with me and some of our top coaches. You're going to love it. And so you don't even need to need to watch those videos. You just need to watch the core program videos and any of the bonus videos that catch your attention.
Eric, just an important thing. Yeah, just an important thing. Some people are commenting that Ramadan, Ramadan ends on the 30th of March. The program starts on the 24th. From what I understand, if you are fasting for Ramadan, you can still start the program on the 24th. That week isn't going to affect that first week. It's fine to do it while on Ramadan, am I correct?
Yeah, it is absolutely fine to do that. Particularly because, I mean, I know there's a variety of different ways of practicing Ramadan. I was coaching the Lebanese national international basketball team, preparing them for the World cup. And we got there during Ramadan and Ramadan and everything was closed in the day, but then everything opened at night. And so many people with Ramadan, it's a matter of fasting during the day and eating at night. Just follow the pattern of Ramadan and everything's gonna be fine. If you are full Fast during that time. That also is going to be fine. You're, you're gonna, you're gonna learn a great deal about yourself as you go through that. Totally. Okay, great question.
When, when you get to week two. When you get to week two, then Ramadan ends. So we actually timed it so week one deaths overlap with Ramadan. But that's because week one, it's absolutely fine for it to overlap. When you get into the program, you will understand why when you get to week two, Ramadan is over, and then everything is just normal as well. We, we took, our team is 20% Muslim. We, we took Ramadan into account.
Yeah. And considering that most of the people that I've met that practice Ramadan basically don't properly fast. They just move their eating to nighttime. And so all these psychological principles that we're going to be sharing with you, you're going to get to exercise them even with more awareness. So it's going to be great. It's going to work out really well.
Okay, so now let's go on to part two. So part two is allowing your natural human diet to take over. This is, we created.
So this is, this is where we're going to work on. We're going to work on a really powerful principle, and that is that every living species on Earth has an evolved relationship with its food. That's, that's just the way it is there. There are acacia trees in Africa that have a particular ant that lives only on that tree that eats the aphids that attack that tree. Like, evolution is just a fascinating thing. And the truth is that when you put an animal on its evolved diet, it's healthier. When you take that animal off its evolved diet, it's unhealthy. Good examples of this would be livestock, human beings and pets. The sickest animals on Earth. The animals that are living in nature are the healthiest animals on Earth. The animals living in zoos, the animals living in farms, the animals, that's a different story. What we're going to be doing is taking some very powerful lessons from that concept and introducing you to some really powerful nutritional principles. I'm going to say this quite strongly. Many of us are confused about what is good and what is bad. Bread is good, bread is bad, kale is good, kale is bad, meat is good, meat is bad, all that kind of stuff. What I want you to know is there is actually, in the scientific world, there is no actual confusion. We know what humans ultimately need to be eating. The challenge is the food industry is constantly fighting over their share of your plate. So as this company tries to get this share of your plate, they say bad things about the other company and then they all do this. So we all get confused over this. From week three on, you will be learning powerful things about the human relationship with food and ultimately the human diet. You will also be following a very important principle. Your health is more determined, it's more dependent upon your body getting its nutritional needs met than you eliminating your favorite foods. And so you'll be going through a cycle that'll let you benefit from both of those things. It's going to be really, really powerful.
Amazing. Okay, now we go on to week three. Eric, one more thing I want to confirm. From what I remember, week one and two, there's a lot more content to watch. When you get to week three. It's, it's a lot less content, right?
Yeah. And these, these parts aren't aligned with weeks, just to be clear. Like what I've described so far is the first two weeks and then the next few weeks, weeks three, four and five. This part three relates to week six. But to your point, the first two weeks are daily videos. Show short form. Daily videos, guys, I believe they're entertaining. People tell me they're entertaining. They'll be easy for you to watch. Then when you get to week three, the videos are Monday and Friday, they're on Fridays. And the way that works is on Friday we give you some instructions about how you're going to be, what you're going to be doing for the next week, what exercises you're going to be doing on Monday, we remind you about those. And then of course, there's a live coaching call. And so you don't have the same daily video commitment that you did in the first two weeks. And that continues all the way to week 13. And then again in week 13, we go back to daily videos because you're going through integration processes to help you integrate these behaviors into your life. Now, in this stage of part three, in, in part three, this is the metabolic reset that I was talking to you guys about earlier. In part three, you're going to experience a really significant energy shift in your body. And so if you releasing weight has been a mystery for you or it's been a struggle, it's been difficult, there's a very good chance that from the, in that third section, in that week six to nine, you're going to start to see that come off. You're going to start to see it change. But I want you to understand something you might not see it on the scale. And I know that sounds crazy, but you might not see it on the scale. And I. I want you to know why, as you are taking off the unhealthy weight, when you are taking off the unhealthy weight, your body is adding on healthy weight. And, and so you might add on muscle mass while you're taking off this fat mass. So if the scale doesn't change quite as quickly as you would like, please hang in there. Don't worry about that. We will show you some other ways of measuring it where you will see that you're getting smaller and that you really are achieving the goal. The trouble is, is that what the diet industry has done is they've made it all about the weight. And by the way, I know something about some of you. This is what you do. You want to weigh yourself. You want to weigh yourself at the same time every day so it's consistent. And you want to weigh yourself after you've been to the bathroom. So you got everything out, you go and you take a shower, you take off all your clothes, you dry yourself. You don't want any water on you when you're going to weigh yourself. Maybe you even take off your larger jewelry. And then you walk up to the scale quite gently. Has anybody done this? Have you ever snuck up on the scale? You're sneaking up on it. You've done it. I know you have. You. You walk over to it, maybe on your tippy toes, and then you step on it lightly. Come on, be honest. Has anybody here ever stepped on the scale lightly? Have you done it? I know you have. And then you stepped on it lightly. And then you put your second foot on it. And then the scale showed you a number that you didn't like. And then you started producing cortisol. In fact, you were producing cortisol the minute you started sneaking up to the scale. And that cortisol told your body not to release any fat. If you didn't hear what I just said, let me just say it to you again. Getting on the scale and seeing a number that you don't like and being afraid of the scale is stressful. And stress, particularly for women, causes your body to retain fat. And so you've been standing on the scale, and you may as well have been going on and trying, hold my fat, please. And so what I want you to do is don't bother with all that.
Don't.
You don't need to weigh yourself. We'll tell you when to weigh you. You can if you want. But my deal is that if it annoys you, hurts you, angers you, stresses you, don't do it, we'll check in at the end and you're going to be blown away. That phase of the program is going to be amazing. But it's not just going to be about weight loss. Here's what also is going to happen. You're probably going to need less sleep at first. That might be irritating because you'll wake up like earlier than you're used to, but you'll feel great. You'll probably notice that that 3 o', clock, 4 o' clock in the afternoon, plunge of energy, it doesn't happen anymore. And by the way, and I'm talking to you this time, Sometimes when you get hangry, you get grumpy. Tell me if it's you. Sometimes when you get fungry, you get a little, a little short with the people around you. Your emotions take over a little, right? I'm telling you, week six, seven, eight, you're gonna see that flatline. You're gonna see your emotions stabilize. You're going to become. You're just going to have a completely different experience. And that's because you've switched to a different energy source. It's going to be amazing.
Okay, so let's go on. Thank you, Eric, that was amazing. I just love hearing you speak. You're hilarious, charming, and you just deliver facts in the most exciting way. One of the things about wildfit guys, which I found really interesting, is that Eric is so compelling as a speaker. You get hooked. Like, you start wanting to listen to Eric when you are commuting to work. And so I'm going to show you in a moment the Walfit program. The main lessons for the day, about 20 minutes. But we include a lot of recordings of Eric giving, you know, sessions with previous classes because many people just love listening to him. And you'll be able to play those as well as a podcast or whatever as you're driving to work. The completion rate for the program is a stunning 96%. We have students in 123 countries and we've lost a lot of pounds. Okay, now you're getting the WildFit coaching, but this is March 24th. So here's how. If you already signed up early because you couldn't wait, I want you to go to the platform. Do you see these three dots? It allows you to change class. So change your class to March 24th. Did you guys see how I did that? So maybe you signed up for an earlier class that doesn't have the Eric coaching. Click those three dots, click Change. Class Change to March 24th. Okay, great. If you don't see the three dots, click Refresh. Just click refresh. We, we, we are updating where as we are getting questions from you. We're updating the platform in real time. Okay, so now let's go back to the presentation. Okay, so you're going to get. So Eric will come on to do the live classes. Now some of you, as you, as you go to the program, you'll see, you see this 1 week 1, 2 hours 33 minutes. So I'm just going to go. Oh, see, it won't let me go into week one because of what Eric said. You got to take it step by step. But you see 2 hours 33 minutes. That, because there's a recording there of Eric, you know, just, just giving a motivational talk to a group of students. It's optional. You don't have to listen to it. That's about it. That's about an hour, 20 minutes. That's what I mean by these fun little recordings, these fun little podcasts that you can listen to. They are all optional. The main lessons, as you'll see, are about 21 minutes each. Okay, so, so don't stress. It's, it's not as, it's not that much time. There's just a lot of optional content. Okay, now this is what the live call schedule looks like. Eric is going to be coming live 19 times during the three months to interact with you. So you'll get a link, you'll be able to join on Zoom and Eric will be there to address your biggest questions. The we're going to have a welcome call on March 24th. This is when we all commit to joining together. There's going to be a couple of thousand people joining and on March 24th we all start our 90 day journey. The welcome call. Eric is going to brace you for what to prepare. He's going to inspire you. I mean watching Eric is like watching a one man Broadway show. It's just, it's just inspiring and entertaining. Now there will be calls every Monday, Wednesday, Friday for the first two weeks at 5pm London for 60 minutes. 5pm London, I believe it's about. You got to use a time checker. It's about 11:00am New York time. We'll figure it out. Okay? Just, just Google that. And after two weeks, Eric comes on once a week on Monday at 5pm London for just 60 minutes. Eric, why is it that in the first two weeks. So the week, you know, the, the final week of Ramadan and then the week after Ramadan. Why is it that you're coming on three times a week?
The. The first two weeks are where the greatest psychological shifts are made to begin with. If we get that right, then everything else gets easy. It's really amazing. And so I come on because as people are making observations about applying these things in their life, as they're. They're making those observations, sometimes they have big victories. We share them so everybody can see what they look like. But then sometimes people run into the roadblocks. They bump into, say, what they consider to be an eating disorder or a food addiction problem or whatever it is, and I help them unpack those things. And so what's really important to know about that is it's not just valuable for the person that I'm interacting with. These are, by the way, these are very interactive calls. This is not. These are not webinars. I'm with you. It's a coaching session. And what you'll find is that the. The conversations I even have with other people will unlock new thought processes for everyone. And so they're very valuable calls to be on.
Okay, and some of you are saying that rather than seeing the 24th of March, you're seeing the 23rd of March. That could just be a time zone issue. Don't worry about it. Like in some parts of the world, the 23rd. It's already the 24th. I believe the way the platform works is we're looking at Australia time. So we look at the point where the first country hits the 24th. So it could be that. I think the people who are saying that they're seeing 23rd. I'm guessing you are West Coast USA. It really could be that. Okay, if you can just double confirm. Yeah, la. Right. So it's. Yeah, just choose that. Choose 23rd. The platform is operating on Australia time. Don't ask me why. One of our programmers probably watched Crocodile Dundee and fell in love with Australia. Okay, so now we're gonna continue. There's going to be group engagement. There'll be an online community where our audience is going to be interacting with each other. You'll be able to ask questions. It's just a very supportive. A very supportive community.
Yeah. And also, Vishen, this is a really important principle. There's a great African proverb that says if you want to go somewhere quickly, you go alone. But if you want to go somewhere far, if you want to do something substantial, you do that.
As a team.
And that is no more true than it is with changing your lifestyle. And so the community will be there to support you. And what is really great. And by the way, Vishen, watch this. How many of you in the chat, tell me right now, how many of you are the first ones to offer to help when somebody needs help, they're struggling, they need a little support. Who's there? Who's ready to do it? Look at this. All these people ready to jump in and help. Now, now watch this. Now say, let's see. Okay, how many of you don't ask for help when you occasionally need it? Just put, don't. I don't ask for help. Just to be honest, how many of you don't ask for help? Look at this. Look, look, look, look, look. All these people are saying, I'm happy to help, but I don't ask for help. Well, in this context, look at this. All these people not willing to ask for help. In this context, you will ask for help. And I want you to. And because I want you to know that the most transformative education, the most transformative experience you can ever have is when there are some people that are ahead of you and inspiring you with mentorship and support. And there are some people that are behind you. And you are the conduit for that education, that transfer, transformation and support. You want to be helped. And helping and a community is what makes that happen. And that's what will lock the behavioral change in so powerfully for you.
Okay, a couple of people are asking about the three dots. That's where you find it. Do you see my mouse? It's right at the top right hand part of the screen, right next to the bookmark tab where you can save it into your Favorites folder. It's those three dots. If you click on that, click on Change class, you can choose the different class. Don't choose the 17th of March class that doesn't have Eric live. Choose the 24th of March class. Okay, if you're on the 17th of March class, perfectly fine, you can continue. You can, you can. We'll, we'll make sure you still get the emails about when Eric is going live. But I recommend you just wait. Just, just wait a little bit to. For the 24th of March. Okay. Just wait an extra week. Okay. If you are not a Mindvalley member and you, and you want to get wildfit, when you purchase wildfit, you're getting the whole membership. So you're getting like 100 programs and that's where you get it from now, this is the interesting thing, and I swear this is true. So Mindvalley membership this year is 499. Right? The price has gone up. You know, prices everywhere have gone up. But we've also expanded membership. It's 499 a year now. We made a mistake and we accidentally discounted it a little bit too much. There was a misunderstanding with my team. So if you are not a member from the mindvalley.com wildfit special, membership is 249. It's just for 24 hours. You'll see that's a clock above it. 23 hours. Actually. It expires soon, so that's just important to note. And so if you aren't a member, this is obviously a good time to become a member. It was a stupid little, like, programming error, but we couldn't change it before the webinar, so just wanted to share that now. One more thing. There is a special bonus video I recorded with Eric yesterday on Ozempic on the difference between Wildfit and Ozempic GLP1 medication. I've put up this video. This was such an important interview. I put it up. For those of you who are on Ozempic or considering Ozempic and you want to take Eric's advice, he goes much deeper into it in this video. I've also converted this video into a newsletter that went out to all of you on mindvalley Daily. Okay? But if you are considering Ozempic, if you know someone who is, please have them check out this video on YouTube. I think this is going to be extremely useful and we're seeing just a lot of great feedback on this video. Eric, that's it. That's all we have to share. Any closing words?
I just want to say I'm really grateful, first of all, for the years that we've worked together and the number and the thousands and thousands of people that we already helped. And I'm glad that we finally found a way to make this available to members. And I want everybody to know this is very important. Traditionally, when we've done big campaigns with mindvalley, we've done two big campaigns a year where I've done some of the coaching calls, but I only ever commit to doing about four or five of them because I'm traveling, I'm doing all this stuff. When we talked about putting this into membership like this, I undertook to do as many of the live calls as I possibly could to do all of them. Because what I really want to do is I Want to make such a big impact with all of you that you will go out and tell all of your friends, and we will. We will just explode from there. And so you guys are in a really great opportunity. As a matter of fact, I don't think that I've made. I don't think I've joined this many live calls for a coaching session in over five or six years at this. This point. So this is going to be a truly special event. We will probably have some prizes that we'll give away on the live calls here or there. Some of you might even get the opportunity to get an advanced copy of my book, the wildfit Way, that'll be coming out with Hay House. So there's lots of great stuff coming for you in this particular iteration. And by the way, I would say this to you that if you are talking to your friends and you've ever had, like, people go, oh, I'd like to do it, but it's a little expensive right now. You get Mindvalley membership for a fraction of what WildFit on its own used to cost. And then you get all the other stuff at mindvalley as well. So this is the time to encourage your friends to jump in and make it happen. Let's make this the most exciting, best community ever. And let's really, really change. Let's change the food industry, and we do that together.
Thank you, Eric. Thank you all. Okay. And we'll see you. We'll see you in Wildfit. Eric, just wondering if. If you have some extra time, you want to answer some of the questions that came in.
I'm totally down. Yeah, totally.
Okay, let's do that. Let's bring up the Q and A.
Sure.
We'll spend about 14 minutes. Okay.
We'll.
We'll end at half an hour past the hour. Okay, so I'm going to ask you guys to go to the Q and A, and you can vote for the top question. So if you see a question that you really like, just go ahead and give it a vote. Okay, so. All right, so the first question is from Lisa. She said, I've always been fit and. And I work out, but I'm 49, going through menopause and struggling to get weight off. I'm only 20 pounds overweight, but it feels awful because it's not my normal. Does this program work for someone with fluctuating hormones?
Yes, it really does. In fact, some very interesting things came out over the first 10 years of WildFit. And as one example, we kept getting the same story over and over again from people with Pre and type 2 diabetes that it was reversing it for them. And the commonly accepted medical opinion about diabetes has been that it was a chronic disease, not a reversible condition. And so we started doing a bunch of research into that area. The second most common thing we kept hearing was from women of an age group that were going through pre post that menopausal range. And we were getting a bunch of really interesting feedback. And so it turns out that first of all, I want to explain, and I hate to do this because it's like, here I am going to mansplain menopause for you. I don't mean to do it that way, but I want you to think of menopause as a different thing. Menopause is likely an evolved response for the capture and retention of wisdom. And this is what I mean by that, is that while we know that women who have babies tend to have better health outcomes than women who don't, there comes a point in your life where having a baby becomes more dangerous to your body than the benefit would be. But what's really fascinating is that you, as you move into the grandmother phase, from an evolution perspective, you are more valuable as a grandmother than you are as a mother in that stage. In other words, childbirth becomes dangerous for you. But your wisdom is incredibly important to your children and their children. And so evolution said, okay, you know what we're going to do? We're going to preserve this wisdom. And the way we're going to do that is we're going to make this person really energy efficient because they might not have the same access to food as they did when they were younger. And so what happens is if you continue to eat the way you did, you know, say pre menopause, then afterward your body kind of struggles with that because it's not as it's become much more energy efficient and your hormones are changing as a result of all this stuff. So what I can tell you is what is very commonly reported to us by clients is that the symptoms of menopause are sometimes eliminated. If not, they're at least very heavily reduced most of the time. And I will tell you of one, say, less than, I don't know how you put it, a side effect that not all women are so happy about. And that is that if they're in their first 12 months of menstruation cessation, their periods will often come back at that point point. And so I want to warn you about that and I know that it might not be good news because you're like, oh, I'm glad that phase is done and oh, it's back. But what it's showing, at least what it seems to be showing, is a winding back of the clock and a sort of, you know, a little bit of fountain of youth thing going on where you're dialing things back a little bit. So I am absolutely confident that you will experience good results in that sense. And then, by the way, when you come to the end of the program, you will be in such a strong place from a nutrition and psychology perspective that at that stage, if you still do need some sort of medical intervention, you're going to get much, much better results. Because what's happening for most people is they go, oh, I have a problem. They go talk to a specialist. And the specialist immediately starts prescribing more hormones for an imbalanced hormonal system. Well, what we want to do is get that as balanced as we can first. So not the shortest answer I've ever given, but I definitely want to hear back from you at the end of the program and I'm confident that you're going to be happy you did that.
Eric, I just need to correct, correct one thing I said. So firstly, thank you for that question. I'm seeing. Some people are saying they're seeing 3, 4, 9 on my screen. I showed 2, 4, 9. Guys, I truly apologize. I forgot to mention that I'm doing this. I'm accessing this from a developing country. If you invest in Europe, if you're in the US it's about $100 higher. So it's 3, 4, 9. You're still getting a discount because the usual price is 499. I apologize. If you are accessing this from say, Malaysia, the price is about $100 lower. We give a discount to people in developing countries because we know the income disparity is different. So I do apologize for that. That was my mistake. I should have. I didn't, I didn't realize the website was giving me a discount because of my location. Okay. And so if you are in the Western Europe or the usa, it is going to be about, it's. You're still getting a discount, but it's going to be about $100 higher. And if you're in Africa, it's $100 lower or India, it's $100 lower. We just do this because we really value diversity and we want to get people from all around the world into this program. So my apologies. Eric, let's go on to the next question.
Yeah, yeah.
This program solve histamine intolerance, sibo. SIBO issues and keep my gut healthy.
Okay? So I want to be really clear that I'm not going to make medical promises and I'm not going to promise to reverse all kinds of diseases and stuff. I can strongly say that Pre and type 2 diabetes are generally easily reversible in the program and that many other conditions are vastly improved. When it comes to things like histamine intolerance, there's so many different things that can be triggering excessive histamine production. But I will tell you that very almost uniformly, people who come to us that are dealing with excess histamine sensitivity, allergies, all that kind of stuff, it is absolutely routine that they tell us those things are improved. And I was the first case study of this. I used to have horrible allergies. And what I realized is that what I was reading as allergies was my body's final reaction to too much stimulus. And when I cleaned up my relationship with food, things like cats and dust that used to destroy me had no impact on me anymore. Now that's not that my body isn't producing histamine when cats are in the room, it's that my body isn't generally stressed out and irritated by the time the cats come there. So I would expect to see those things improve dramatically for you, and I'll share a principle with you. My belief is that no matter what disease, injury, or genetic condition that you're facing, that's, say, less than ideal from a health perspective, when you write your relationship with food, those things get better. It doesn't matter what it is, they get better. And I'll put it another way. Many of the proactive medical treatments say something like stem cell treatment or peptides use and these various different things that people use, they actually only work when your relationship with food is right. If you're eating processed foods all over the place and go get a stem cell treatment, won't work at all. If you're eating really, really well, then they work. Oh, and you might not even need it. And so I have high hopes for you. And again, I hope you'll check in with us at the end and let us know.
Amazing. Thank you, Eric. All right, the next question is.
Would.
This work for people who are vegan?
Ah, yes, that's a great question. And it won't take you five minutes to go out on YouTube and find out that I was once a vegan and I'm not anymore. And so if you're an ideological vegan, you probably don't even want to hear my voice. I totally understand it. What I want you to know is we have thousands of vegan clients all around the world. In fact, Wildfit is quite established, very, very well known in India. And the reason for that is that while I would prefer that people were more flexible, say, in their nutrition approach than ideological, I will support you in that decision and guide you through the process. In other words, the food psychology principles and the general nutrition principles we're going to share with you will be absolutely supportive of you, even if you choose not to eat animal products. And so we will support you in that process. There will come a point in time in week six and seven where you'll need a little like, you know, sort of extra advice, and that's what the live coaching calls are, to try to support you through that change. So, absolutely. There are thousands of vegetarians and vegans that have gone through this program, and we welcome you with open arms.
Amazing. Now, is the program including live coaching? If yes, is it 101 or group coaching and how many sessions? I know you already covered this. If you can just cover it again for clarity.
Yes, there are live coaching sessions, they are group coaching sessions and they take place. I don't have the full schedule, but I do. I think you said Vishen, 19 of them, you know, and the reason is that I'm doing. I'm doing, I think three in each of the first two weeks to lay that foundation, and then there's one per week after that. And Vishen, we do share the recordings of those, right?
Yeah, yeah.
So listen, this is so important and I want you guys to hear me. I'm sort of against sharing those recordings. And the reason I'm a little bit against sharing them is because it's better if you're there. It is. It's interactive and you get to ask your question. But I also know that your life is complicated and that you won't always be able to make it. So the calls recordings will be given to you, but it's kind of on the basis that you couldn't make it, not that you didn't make it. And so I'm going to encourage you to be at as many of those live calls as possible, because that is where some of the truly most magical things happen. I've had people write to me five years later and say, I was on one of your live calls. I saw you coaching this woman. And the conversation you had with Her, I cannot forget it. And it changed my life forever. So please be on those live calls. And by the way, any of the live calls that, you know, if I'm not on one of the live calls, it'll be one of our top coaches that are on calls, but I will be on the vast majority of them. I am here for you guys. I want to make this the biggest success we've ever had.
Next question is, what are your thoughts on green juice?
This is a very important question because, of course, Instagram has taken over as our health advice, and the Instagram algorithm is, frankly, slowly cutting away at society. And the reason it's doing that is that the only way to get clicks these days is to talk about controversy and take super extreme positions. Kale is terrible for you. No, kale is the fruit of life. And meat's bad. Meat's good, Milk's bad, and milk's good. Here's what I want you to know. On this program, you will get a basis in nutrition that will make it so easy for you to answer these questions in the future that you will never have a question again. You'll know how to answer these questions. What I'm going to tell you is there's no question that some plants are not ideal for us to eat. You already know that. In fact, you have houseplants right now that you probably don't eat. Right. Some plants are not great for eating. Other plants, they're edible, but they're not so good for us. And then there are other plants that are edible and they can do some good things for us. But no plant should be eaten every single day of the year, ever. Our ancestors never had that. They had seasonal availability. We ate a plant for as long as it was there. We got the polyphenols, we got the vitamins and minerals that came from that plant, and then we stopped eating it before the plant toxins built up too heavily. So if somebody comes along and says, oh, green juices are bad, they're not totally wrong, but they're using a baby bathwater approach that because something is sometimes true. It's always true. And that's not true. Cruciferous vegetables, they're the biggest culprit on Instagram at the moment. All the big influencers are like, oh, they're terrible. You should never have them. Really. You should never have them. Well, what I'm going to say is you don't have to have them. You don't have to. And you shouldn't have them regularly. You should have them occasionally. You should have them long enough to get the benefit from them and not long enough for the cruciferous crystals to build up in your body and deplete you with magnesium. This is a little bit more complicated than I would normally want to talk about on a webinar, but you will understand these things as you go through this program in the future. Honestly, you'll be able to watch these Instagram influencers, and you'll have such a good bullshit meter, you'll know exactly how to tell whether it's true or not.
Thank you, Eric. Okay, so this is a question from Heather McConnell. She says, I went through WildFit in 2021. It was amazing. I saw improvements in my vision that surprised my optometrist. I also saw overall inflation in my body decrease post 90 days. I'm considering redoing the program. I have access to the 2021 recordings. Have there been any updates to the program that would make it more beneficial to join the new class?
What I would say is this. Have you ever watched, like, a Disney cartoon movie with your kids and then watched it the second time and then realized there were a bunch of jokes that you didn't get the first time? So there's two reasons that that happens. The one is that memory fades, but the other reason is that consciousness shifts. And so I will tell you that when you go through this program now, you will see things that you absolutely did not see the first time. And if you did see them, you discounted them or didn't understand them, you will be seeing it from an elevated perspective. And much. I mean, look, there's a. As you know, you've been through it. There's a lot of content, and I think I deliver it in a really sticky way. It's fun, it's interesting. It's not like I'm asking you to memorize things. I'm making them memorable. But equally, when you go through it the next time, you will see things that you were just not ready to see back then. And so, no, you don't need some added things at this stage. What you need is this version with this added thing. I will be there with you every step of the way, and it's going to be amazing.
All right, well, thank you, Eric. Thank you, everyone, for joining us. We will see you in WildFit starting on the 23rd, 24th of this month. Thank you all.
Thanks, everybody. Thanks, Vishen.
