The beauty here is be able to dream with the big things but still get very happy with simplicity in the face of all the personal growth. What is essential for you? If I were to look at my needs, they are very small and if I can be happy with that and not lose touch with that then this journey of growth is one that energizes me instead of one that drains my energy. What else is becoming excessive in your life? Maybe it's fashion, maybe it's health, maybe it's personal growth. I'm trying to grow so much that I become drained with this journey because I depend on that result and I lost touch with the essential. So one of the things that I learned with all these dark moments is grow but never lose touch of the essential. We want to be rich, believe simple. I want to be strong but carry a little weight. I want to dream with something beautiful but be happy with the simple and essential.
