Your Intuition: 4 Things to Do | Sonia Choquette

Sonia Choquette shares four practices to strengthen intuition, starting with a heart-centered tool: naming things you love out loud to open your receptivity. She frames intuition as a feeling faculty, not a thinking one, and suggests practicing it through small everyday experiments.

From 5 century to 6th century is not linear, it's exponential. The benefits are felt across the board. Better house, better energy, better creativity, better relationships, better flow, better attractiveness, better abundance. So it's like a star exploding. Now, the way to make this shift is to come back and remember that you are spirit. And that starts with simply remembering what you love. So a quick tool to help you get back in touch with this first intelligence, your heart. Intelligence is just to start remembering what you love and say so out loud, I love traveling. I love music. I love dance. I love spicy food. I love markets. I love my passport. I love fresh lavender. I love flowers. I love my dog. And what happens is you begin to feel this energy in your heart space opening. Everything about your face, everything about your aura starts to shift and you become more available, you start to feel more open, and that allows you to receive more information. So it's a very simple tool. Then there's four things you can do to just sort of be your go to. The first is to be open to your intuition, which is a feeling energy, not a thinking energy. So you just say, how do I feel? What does my intuition say? And say these things out loud. Expect your intuition to guide you. We all are born with a beating heart, and as long as it's beating, you have an inner compass. So let yourself expect that that heart can inform you correctly. Trust what you feel. We all have intuitive moments where we got the information, but we didn't trust it and we didn't pay attention at the time, only to regret it and then act on it when it comes up. But start in little ways. So like play games with yourself. For example, I wonder who's on the phone. I wonder which elevator's gonna come up. I wonder what I should order for dinner. And just allow yourself to speak up and let that intuitive voice at least be sounded out. Because once you name your intuition, you can claim it. So these are just little tools, but they make a big difference when you really fast.
