Hello traders, Vladimir here from Home Trader Club. In this video, let's analyze the CAD franc and see why I believe buys are coming soon. Before we begin, big thanks to 8K Broker for supporting our community. To enjoy all the offers we have with 8K Brokers, please refer to the link below this video in the description. So here is what we have on the CAD/CHF. On the weekly chart, at the end of the 3 major waves down, we saw classical bullish divergence— lower lows on the chart versus higher lows on the MACD. I believe that the first corrective leg was just finished. Now it's either the second corrective leg or the beginning of a range. Regardless of which direction the market will choose, For us, buy these dips is the plan for both ABCD or a range. Now, if we drop to the lower time frame, the logic will be to find the demand areas where the buyers show their interest, right, and to look for bullish signs from there. So if we go to the daily chart, we did see that after the 3 higher highs, higher lows, the market was Building on the first weekly leg upside, it does create now ABCD correction on the daily chart. Now the interesting part here that it is developing a potential bullish hidden divergence: higher lows on the chart, lower lows on the MACD. Besides that, take a look on the volume profile based. Zones. As we can see here, that's powerful areas. Okay, as a— oops, that's a 4-hour. This is the daily and weekly level, and this is the daily level. 2 strong balance areas we have here on the daily chart. So besides that, if we go to the 4-hour chart, here is one of the most classical technical signs I love to More than 20 candles right on the lower Bollinger Band, which starts to put the pressure to the upside. Take the volume zones we saw from the daily chart and put on that demand levels. Let's take a look where the demand levels for that. Let's analyze the highs and the lows of the previous move down and the first move up. And what we will see that when we combine the lows, we have a low here, low here, low here. All that creates for us a phenomenal demand level where buyers proved their interest already. So what I want to see on the 4-hour chart, taking that into consideration that we have that over 20 candles right on the Bollinger Band, I want to see the reversal signs start to combine here and create itself. For example, if we start to see lower highs, lower lows with a bullish divergence forming, this should be a great buy opportunity. Okay, the alternative in the lower time frame, in case we do not see the lower lows, is to follow some potential zigzag setup, meaning Two waves up, two waves down, and a breakout. If that happens, that could be a nice alternative for the buys. But usually the market does something like that: starts to form the false breakout, round the bottom, complete the bullish divergences, and then from the demand levels we saw with the four-hour chart Bollinger Band, we should have the. Amazing rally taking place. So once again, daily demand level, 4-hour chart, Bollinger Bands riding, and you can find this indicator I use in the description below this video. 1-hour chart and 4-hour chart, we are looking for the reversal signs to build with bullish divergence and/or the waves like zigzag I explained before, and that's our trigger for the buys. That's my view on the cut front. Let me know what do you think about that in the comment section. Meanwhile, thanks for your time watching this video.
