Here is a short-term sell the rallies trading plan for Dow Jones. 4-hour chart breaks below the most recent rising trend line. Same 4-hour chart, bearish divergence on the moving average of the MACD flips to be a bearish convergence. When the market is making lower lows, so does the MACD. On the 1-hour chart, 3 lower highs, lower lows stands for a bearish price structure. Short-term pullbacks towards the Fibonacci levels that you can see on this screen are very likely and possible, but as long as these Fibonacci will hold, sell the rallies is my plan.
