In this YouTube video, Vladimir Ribakov of Home Trader Club delivers a day‑trading briefing for October 2 2025. He opens with a channel introduction, thanks the sponsor 8K Broker, and reminds viewers to subscribe. He briefly recaps yesterday’s trade ideas on GBP/USD and AUD/USD, noting that both pairs respected the weekly pivot levels he highlighted. Ribakov then warns that the upcoming U.S. non‑farm payroll (NFP) report could cause unexpected moves, urging traders to keep risk modest. The core of the video focuses on two commodity setups: Gold (XAUUSD) – He describes a slowly forming wedge, identifies two consecutive bearish divergences, and points out that price sits just above a volume‑balance zone, suggesting a potential false breakout. Two key resistance zones are highlighted: a daily pivot range around 38.85‑39.15 and a higher dynamic resistance near 39.50‑39.66. He expects gold to stay under bearish pressure and move lower if these zones hold, especially during the London‑New York session overlap. Oil (WTI) – He notes a daily dynamic support line that is likely to break, and a May‑2025 gap that may close before a bounce. On the 4‑hour chart the support line is clearer. Volume‑profile shows price exiting the balance area into imbalance, indicating possible bullish pressure. Key support zones are identified around 60.00‑61.00 based on weekly pivots and a “deadly combo” of weekly and daily support near 60.00. He anticipates a break‑and‑retest scenario leading to a bullish rally. Throughout, Ribakov promotes the Home Trader Club’s all‑inclusive package and encourages viewers to like, subscribe, and use the provided links for tools and education.

Of course, for full explanation, we were looking at the pound dollar as a quick retrace towards the. Pivot levels we discussed about and dropped down back to the weekly pivot. The pound dollar follows the plan beautifully, and the second instrument we were talking about yesterday was the Aussie dollar as couple of levels we marked. One of them was this very level, and we discussed about the rally and bounce from this zone, which again follows. Beautifully. The market is there. So what is on our list for today? I want to start with gold. Before that, I want to quickly remind you we have the non-farm payroll tomorrow, which as we know brings some, you know, let's say unexpected moves sometimes. So it's important to remember the risk should be not Should not exceed or be bigger than usual. Everything has to be measured and keep in mind the surprises that could happen there. So what do we have on the gold? The way I see that we are moving here with inside this channel or slowly, slowly, slowly dropping here, kind of forming like like like a wedge. We did have a bearish divergence between these two highs and also between these two highs. So this is the Second divergence in a row. Beautiful double candle retrace here. And in terms of the volume zone, take a look where we are at right now. We are right slightly above the balance zone, which means it left to the imbalance and could actually become the the false breakout in that case. So what does all that mean to us? There are two. Key levels I want to pay attention on gold. First one, of course, as you can see, the daily resistances in terms of pivots. We are in the key levels here between the 38.85 up to 39.15-ish. That's a key zone number one. Second key zone on gold is slightly higher. That's around the 39. 50 up to 3,965.70. Both levels— sorry, both levels go very well with the dynamic resistance. One is bouncing already, second one, if the rally takes place, also is expected to hold. All that is important as long as there is developing divergence there. So as long as these 2 levels hold, I expect the gold to start pushing down. The previously created weekly resistances based on the pivots, and they also correspond to the demand levels or the previous swing lows we have on the chart. So from my point of view, gold is under bearish pressure from these two mentioned levels as long as it holds. Also pay attention to the beautiful combo here. Let me show it to you. Beautiful combo here. We are in London session and the US session. Okay, so it happens to be at the mid of the London session and the beginning of the New York session, the fantastic bounce, which means again, as long as the zone holds, um, very likely to see further pushes to the downside. And the second one I want to cover today is going to be also a commodity. One that we not often discuss about, that would be the the oil. And what I like there about the oil, there are a couple of things to be honest. One is this daily dynamic supportive line, which is very likely to be broken. And this gap we have from back then in May 2025. Could be actually closed before the bounce. And if we go to the four-hour chart, you would see this. Let's zoom out a little bit. You would see this line even better there. So it would be great to see the break below the line before it could turn to be a false breakout or break and retest. And what do I mean by that? If this is the break, right, we go down and then a retest, and that's the part I was— I am looking to trade. Also keep in mind on the volume profile zone here, right, we are leaving the balance area, which means now we enter the imbalance area, and from there very likely to start seeing the bullish pressure again. Where are the key levels for That if we drop down, we can see here the classical combo weekly second supportive zone based on the pivots closer to 60. It's a bit of big range, but we know how oil is due to the in terms of volatility there. So there are couple of key zones here. First of all, of course, look at the previous two weeks. supportive zone based on the pivots right here around the 61, slightly higher, right? And the next one, the weekly supportive zone with the daily supportive zone, it's another deadly combo. If we connect the lows here, this becomes the key zone closer to the 60. So what I want to see in that case, the price dropping down, creating a bullish rejection under the pressure of the bullish divergence And then the line, line we discussed about, right? Get the break and get the rally to retest, either for a retest or maybe even much beyond that to go back to the volume zone we discussed before. So I do expect the oil to make this run, get the rejection in terms of the candles, and from there start its rally.
