In this weekly forex forecast video, Vladimir Ribakov of Home Trader Club provides a technical analysis of four major instruments—EUR/USD, GBP/USD, GBP/JPY, and gold—highlighting key supply and resistance zones, chart patterns, and macro‑economic context that shape short‑term trade ideas. For EUR/USD he points to a strong supply area around 1.1650‑1.1680, notes a three‑wave structure on the 4‑hour chart and a bearish MACD divergence, and suggests a sell bias toward 1.15 if the level is retested. For GBP/USD he identifies supply zones near 1.35‑1.365, references a balanced volume‑profile area, and ties recent US non‑farm payroll disappointment to reduced Fed‑rate‑hike expectations, implying short‑term upside potential before a likely pull‑back. For GBP/JPY he highlights a major seller‑controlled zone near 210, shows lower lows after a long bullish trend, and anticipates further downside if bearish divergences on daily and 4‑hour charts confirm. For gold he marks strong supply zones between 4,370 and 4,500, observes a clean low and bullish momentum, and forecasts possible rallies toward 4,440‑4,500 before a potential bearish pressure. Throughout, Ribakov emphasizes selling on rallies, monitoring divergences, and respecting identified supply zones, while inviting viewer interaction and subscription.

Is the euro dollar going to bounce down from 1.1650? Will the pound dollar break 1.35? Is the pound yen going below 210 again? And is gold aiming to above 4,400? Let's take a look on the charts. So welcome back to another weekly forex forecast, guys. I'm Vladimir from Home Trader Club, and I would like to start with the euro dollar. While the longer term is still controversial, on the shorter term there are couple of amazing levels we have here which I believe should be a strong supply area and strong resistance area and provide sell opportunities. We are talking from anything above 116 towards 116.80, 117 area. And the reason I like it so much is because we can see that the 4-hour chart attempts to complete It's waving three waves, following by the condition where the market is making higher highs, but the MACD starts to hint on lower highs. Bearish divergence. Usually this is a sign that the buyers are getting tired. So I believe the euro dollar could play around these levels for some time. This divergence should form itself and structure, and then when the reversal kicks in, when we start to see the MACD kicking down, the candle starts to form the lower highs, lower lows. I believe this is the sign that the euro dollar is going down again. Very high probability if this high is retested or broken, and very high probability that the euro will be aiming towards 115 again. So something like that, maybe even beyond that. So for me, these rallies, I will be looking to sell the euro dollar. Let's talk about the pound dollar. Are we going to break the 135 here? So for the very long run, I have no doubts the pound dollar is aiming to the north. But on the short term, the level here is significant. The pair is still moving inside this kind of weird range here, but we also have very, very strong supply levels on the go. We have the area around the 135. The next one is about 136.50-ish, and I believe that these waves as they form could provide the pound-dollar some hard time and make it drop down to the 134 zone. We have a strong volume profile balanced area here, so if the pound makes this run, which I really think could happen, we— from there I think we are going back inside the balance area. So on the shorter term, here is what happened right now. We attempt to break this range and we— the— see, the price is above the balance area here. So very probability that as long as we do hold these levels, the pound will push up, complete the final leg above the 135. 135.50, 136, 136.50 are all the key levels, as we saw from the daily chart. Complete the daily divergence and the 4-hour chart divergence, and then we'll join the party on the euro dollar, as we saw before. And sellers should kick in. So while the short term could actually push that to the upside, especially considering the last non-farm payroll report which disappointed in showing that the job market is slowing down, at least according to this report in the US, which most likely removes completely for now, uh, the probability that the Federal Reserve would actually increase the rates in September, and that's why we saw the anti-dollar moves. So I believe that this could give the direction at the beginning of the week, and then I believe the levels will be retested and sells will come in. Will the pound yen actually make another low? So here is what we do have on this pair: lower lows on the chart for the first time after the very, very long bullish trend. And right now the high probability is that the pair is going to retest the next key levels. So what are these key levels? We have the high which acts as the supply, but also all of this zone. And the reason for that is very simple. Let me just zoom in. And the reason for that, very simple. Look what happened during this candle— massive sell-off. Sellers are in full control. Buyers bouncing back all the way to here, and then sellers took again the control. So all this area is a major zone controlled by the sellers. This is the key zone because it also corresponds to the We saw before, so I believe the pound yen is very likely going to flirt with this level. Something like back and forth here, complete its ABCD or arranging structure, and from there we should be looking for the sell. And on the lower time frames, very likely what we will see here are some kind of waves until we will also encounter the bearish divergence daily chart levels. Four-hour chart zone divergence, and from there looking for the sells. Which means on the shorter term, yes, these bounces could provide the rallies actually. But I think that these rallies should be limited, and from there we should be looking for the sell opportunities. I do believe that the pound yen has all the reasons, technical and fundamental, to go below 210 again. And the final one for today gonna be gold. So what do we have on gold? That this Range eventually was broken and gold regains the bullish momentum. At the moment, there are no contradicting signs that I believe that it means that we are approaching towards a strong supply level here. All this zone, I believe that means on the shorter term we should see the bounces and then further rallies. If judging based on a daily level, so this low was cleaned. Right, so this high is a high of interest. This high could also be a high of interest, and I believe that the gold has all the reasons to go there, flirt with these zones, recreate its next bearish pressure before the next drop to the downside. But right now, currently, there are no such signs, which makes me think these waves are forming, uh, possible further continuation. Yes, we are around strong, strong levels here, here. That's very major supply levels around the 4,370 zone and 4,440 up to 4,500. All these are critical levels. I believe they should provide some drop, and from there I think the goal is aiming high again. What do you think about these trading opportunities? Let me know in the comment section.
