Let's talk about the first pair for today. That would be the EUR/USD. On the last couple of weeks, we discussed about The break of this line, getting the rally until we complete a bearish divergence, and from there a move to the downside. Now, as we can see, the euro makes the run towards the 119. We discussed about these levels. 119 to 120 is the first levels to pay attention to, and bounces back. Why does it bounce back? The Federal Reserve cuts. The rates this week, however, disappoints the investor, disappoints the traders by saying this is mainly to control and manage the risks to the economy and not because the conditions are so good that they just will continue to cut, maybe even more aggressive than the market expected originally. So the dollar is back in the game and all that dollar pairs start to suffer against the dollar. So does the euro, and it's not different. So what is next for this one? Important to remember, we have huge supply zone here on this area. These highs act as the level of sellers, and we are now on the zone of a retest. We have all more than 20 candles right on the upper Bollinger Band. This scenario, as you can see, reminds a lot what happened back then in 2020. So this all puts significant pressure to the downside. The biggest question is, will the euro make it a straight move from here for a good correctionā 115, 114, maybe even 111, 110ā or is it going to be temporary Before the final push and clearance until the weekly divergence will complete, and only then a major reversal. So too early to know that for the long run, but let's stick to the short run as that's where the opportunities come. So we saw the weekly Bollinger Band, we see another bearish divergence here on the moving average of the MACD, RSI indicator as well. Show classical bearish divergence, and look at the candle patterns. We have three lower highs, lower lows following candles on a four-hour chart. We bounce off the overbought conditions, and the market makes here some waving already. So what's next? I believe on the shorter this zone. Not too far. We are talking about 1.17-ish down to 1.1630-ish. I believe that this area on a short run is going to be the area where the buyers will start to reject and we should see some bounces to the upside again, where from I do expect the euro to push down again. So once again, on a shorter term, I believe the euro will build its bottom on the coming 1-2 weeks, very likely get the reversal, probably back to the supply zone. From there, further sell the rallies. And if we take a look on our market trend snapshot, that's one of the features you have in HomeTrader Club. We will see how it all flips from very positive numbers, right? And the last 24 hours become very negative. We all remember how positive the euro was, and now it actually makes the flip. On the weekly chart, you can see it was very positive, and then look how it ends. So that's my view on the euro. What do you think about? The euro. Where are we going from here? Is it going to be the 114, 115 area, or are we going to see even 110, 111? Let me know in the comments. Pound-dollar, our next pair. So we expected to see the rally on the pound-dollar on the last couple of weeks. We were talking about this one that if it fights the supply zone, which turned to be the case, the pound-dollar might open the doors for a deeper correction. To the downside before the next rally. And all that happensā the anticipation from the Fed to cut was there. The Bank of England did keep the rates, but they say the reduction is not so far, and that puts the pressure on the pound-dollar. So on the long run, I don't think the bullish cycle is completed. I believe that after the correction, which we are very likely still experiencing, The pound-dollar should push to the upside, which means we have two scenarios on the current place. For the bearish one, since we ended with this beautiful run and the bearish divergence, we expect to see corrective cycle. We got the ABCD before, but this ABCD now forms to be as a zigzag, which means two waves down, two waves up. Up and we have a classical histogramā MACD histogram divergence flipping from positive to negative to lower positive. Usually this is a sign that the sellers are trying to be back in the game and if we manage to get below this rising trend line, sell the rallies becomes the trading plan here. If we go to the 4-hour chart, That's how I believe we should be watching that this one happening. So I believe we are breaking that from around this zone. The pound dollar is very likely to create the bounces where from broken support becomes resistance. Last high support, we are talking about the 139, 135-ish up to 136, which is the supply. From there, sell the rallies for further move to the downside. And to support the numbers with the technical view, take a look how the flip from absolutely positive control happens to be negative in a month, 7-day, and 24-hour negative change. The bearish pressure is there, the bearish pressure is very likely to stay, and that's how I look at the GBP/USD. Next one is gold, but before that, I would likeā if you didn't pay attention toā I would like to bring to your attention that we started a new feature in our channel, a new playlist, a day trading playlist. This is where you would be able during the days, during the week, hopefully with every day, but depends on the market and the opportunities, of course. I publish there my top picks for the day trading. I'm using their tools that we have from Home Trader Club, like all of our key levels indication, trading sessions combinations, and more. So watch this playlist in case you did not, and of course I hope you will enjoy that. So what is with gold? One of the scenarios we were talking about in the last 2 weeks is the expectation from the gold to start delivering false breakouts. We are after one false breakout already completed. The next one is very likely on the horizon. So what is happening with the gold? Weekly is building a potential bearish divergence. Potential because it yet has to form the second peak. We are talking about weekly chart here that might take time, bottom line. Okay, so no rush with that. We do have overriding condition on the Bollinger Band monthly and weekly, which means the long-term pressure is building up there as well to the downside. It's all about the timing. On a daily chart, not much difference from what we saw from the weekly bearish divergence on the moving average of the MACD and also also overbought, right? So the usual and the most popular follow-ups around that is the false breakouts, and that's how we know that the buyers start to fail. So first false breakout, fake breakout, which instantly retraces back. If we got another one, sometimes it's more than 2, sometimes it could be up to 3. If it gets another false breakout there followed by the same divergence, that could be the significant sign of the reversal. Don't rush with that, okay? Let it happen and don't rush to press the button. Oh, it looks sell, sell, sell, sell. Let the setup form first of all. Rushing doesn't pay. Better in that cases, and there is an alternative scenario if we got instead of two false breakouts, if we start to get zigzag. So we got the high, but then we follow with two waves down, two waves up, similar to what we saw on the pound dollar before. Break below that should be a beautiful trading opportunity as well. So look for the coming highs as they form. Look for the reversal signs, the false breakout or the waves. That's the sign that I will be following for a sell. What do you think about the gold? Let us know in the comments. Final one, the Bitcoin. I received so many questions on the Bitcoin recently after we spotted this bearish divergence and predicted the first wave to the downside. Since then, tons of questions, what is happening next? So I'll very happily answer this one. The situation with Bitcoin is the following: I do not think that the bullish cycle is over, and there are 2 scenarios I want you to pay attention to. So the first scenario, the ideal scenario, the corrective leg before the continuation. That means simply after these 3 waves to the upside, And the bearish divergence we were facing here while the market was making the higher highs, indicator made lower highs. Usually that brings correction. Correction means either ABCD or some range, which after usually provides trend continuation. So as long as this supply zone, the last highs on the retest, this high from the downtrend and the last high of the uptrend. As long as they hold, Bitcoin can actually try to push down to complete the corrective structure here, get some bullish divergence, and then get the next wave to the upside. That would be the ideal scenario. However, there is a case of scenario where we will get one more high simply because the weekly, it does have a divergence, no doubt, but it did not change the price structure. It's still the sequence of higher highs, higher lows. So at the moment, in the current situation, there are no evidence here that the bullish market is over. And many times around these kind of situations, the market starts to create some wedges and stuff like that. And then before the reversal, it will complete more than one false breakout and oneā more than one fake highs. So if this is the following scenario, then on the 4-hour chart, look what happens here. Very interesting. This high is broken but countered by bearish divergence, which means the previous low resistance one two and the previous low before this high start to play a significant demand level. We also have the low of the uptrend. If this area holds, we might face here the classical condition of. higher loss on the chart and lower loss on the MACD histogram, which means this could be the place where the Bitcoin will actually make the further rally to join the weekly trend. OK, however, pay attention for the level. If it breaks down and does not stop at this zone, then we are heading to complete this corrective movement Which is very likely will take us to in between 38 to 50% Fibonacci of the daily Bitcoin, which means around $105,000 down to $100,000. So that's how I see the Bitcoin. And that's it for this video. As always, I hope you find value and you find it interesting watching this video and the trading opportunities.
