In this video Jordan provides a daily technical analysis of the GBP/CAD forex pair. He begins by marking a dynamic support zone and a recent high on the chart, then outlines a weekly range that he believes contains the current price action. He explains how short‑term trades on the 1‑hour and 4‑hour charts should respect these levels. Jordan notes that on the daily chart there is no ending divergence, only a histogram divergence, which is typical for range markets. Dropping to lower timeframes he observes reversal patterns, a stalled price within a developing triangle that is likely to flatten into a range. He stresses the importance of the marked level and describes how he constructs a range by dragging the bottom and top points on the lower‑timeframe chart. He anticipates a false break below the support zone, followed by a test of lower lows, which would create a buy opportunity. The video ends with a call for comments on viewers’ focus and a sign‑off.

What's up everyone, this is Jordan and it's time for our daily technical analysis setup. Today I've chosen to discuss pound CAD. I believe we did talk about this one a few days ago, maybe previous week or so, but even if we did, it's still fine because, uh, this time we're going to make some updates and change the plan Slightly. Now I'm immediately going to mark on the chart right here this dynamic supportive line or zone, and on the top we have the same thing, right, with the most recent spike. We can also go ahead and build here, uh, a range on the weekly chart which is going to be slightly higher, but in this last period In my opinion, this is the range where the price is focused on. So any short-term trade going on the 1-hour chart, 4-hour chart should be dictated, and we should be looking at these potential levels to help us with, with our setup. Now if we drop to the lower time frame and then with the 4-hour chart, we can see something very interesting. First of all, on the daily chart we saw that there is no ending divergence here, which is perfectly normal when it comes to ranges. At least this is how I'm trading it, right? The only divergence we have is on the histogram. But if we drop to the lower time frame, as I said, here we can actually see that we're getting reversal patterns. And ever since we got the convergence, the price got stuck into this range. I was looking for kind of triangle, let's say, being formed and then breakout, which is not able to happen. The market is not able to push the price above. But if we take a look at this thing a bit closer, uh, we start seeing that we're probably going to develop, break this zone here as It's already happening, right? But the potential triangle is probably going to turn into a flat range. Of course, this zone must hold, otherwise we're likely going to test some lower levels here. But this is something we— I personally don't really care about. I do care about this level right here, which I marked. And now let's just drop here the range. So more or less, this is the range I'm following. With the top zone versus the absolute extreme. We want to see the price going there and forming a setup for us. So what I'm doing now usually is I go to the lower time frame, right? This is your bottom. How do we drag it here? This is your top. And basically that turns and becomes now a possible range-bound situation. Um, as we can see, the divergence starts building up here, and we did push to the upside, but I don't like this setup yet. What I will be looking for is for the price to false break these levels. I would like to see the price going below, entering this zone right here, testing these lows, maybe even create a new one, maybe even create a a false break here, who knows, but definitely going and breaking below that level. All right, so basically something like this to happen, and from here if a setup is provided, I will be looking for possible buy opportunities. So that would be the one for today. If you like it, good. If not, maybe trade something else. Drop in the comment box below what you like Uh, and what's your focus on? Maybe we get some ideas also, you know, for our charts. And I guess that's all. Have a good one, guys, and I'll see you in the next video. Bye for now.
