Hello traders, how are you? Vladimir here from Traders Academy Club, and in this video I want to talk about a very important subject for every type of trading you are doing, and that's how to find key levels for trading. Now obviously there are multiple ways to find key levels. If it's with the cycles and the Fibonacci expansions, which is my technique, and that's what I teach in Traders Academy Club, or if it's with, um, the supply and demand, if it's with trend lines, Fibonacci retracement, etc., etc. There are many, many ways to find key levels to trade, and in this video I want to show one of the techniques I apply, and this is Um, deriving directly from the ability to read the price, the price action, and to plot it together in your analysis and putting the levels together where you would be looking to find the trading opportunities. So to present my idea and explain the, the trade that stands behind this idea, I want to go to our trading report. This is directly from Traders Academy Club. That's the trading reports that our members are exposed to on daily basis. Let's scroll down to look at our trading list, and I want to explain here this trade, the Aussie Kiwi. So, uh, quick analysis here got us into key trading level that we found around the 105 level with the bottom and ending engulfing clearance. At the moment here. Bullish divergence that hints for a great, uh, um, possibility of a reversal. Then we go to the lower time frame. I work with multi-time frame analysis, and that's the key. This is where I want to show you how analysis and then the ability to read the price lead us to trading opportunities. So I found a triple cycle in that case with a classical magnet area of the Fibonacci expansions. Again, these techniques of cycles with the divergences combination and to find the levels to trade, I explain deeper, and that's exactly what I use and I teach in Traders Academy Club. I invite you to join our family and to learn all these techniques, how they work. So we spotted a bullish divergence on the MACD, and the first wave of the reversal was building up here. We expected to see pullbacks and further continuation. And to start looking for these trading opportunities, we went to the lower time frame where we find the higher highs, higher lows, which represent bullish momentum, bullish trend, and a bullish hidden divergence where it ticks and triggers the bullish appearance, the appearance of the buyers and the possibility of what's coming next. So what will happen from here? Are we going to fly directly or is the market going to make a deeper correction? We can't ever predict. Is it going to be a range? We don't know. So what I always rely on is, uh, first of all, multi-timeframe analysis of cycle and divergence, and then I'm looking for key levels. And that's what I want to explain in this scenario. So you understand the analysis that stands behind it. One of my techniques that I teach in Traders Academy Club, how to work with divergences, is exactly that. So the way I see that, that's how it all started. We got the first 3 waves definitely gaining momentum as the second leg is biggest here, dropping down, respecting this low, right? It's fake, fake breakout. So this low was false broken to the downside and And we got the continuation. Look what happened since this moment. After this breakout, it be after this resistance, it becomes a supportive area. An instant double retest and respect. And the next step is basically I'm looking for key levels to be broken. So look what happens after this downtrend for the first time. That's where the higher highs, higher lows appear. Okay, we gain the momentum here, which you can also see on the. MACD and the RSI making new highs. So from my point of view, that is a great sign of the buyers. Now remember, this was the key level, the first key level we spotted, right? It was double retested here, and then the market simply expands the waves. As you can see, it gains momentum. There is no ending divergence. We are just going All the way to the upside. A pullback with a bullish hidden divergence here, back to this key trading level as I just marked, and also round psychological number of 105 brings me back to the classical key level. What do I mean by key level? The level that was respected several times as a resistance at the beginning, then as a support area and fits in the longer-term analysis for all the bullish reasons I just mentioned. From my point of view, this simply means as long as we have this level holding and we don't go through this level with any bearish, uh, signs, I expect a bullish continuation. Now, as I mentioned before, from this level I have no idea Are we going to fly directly, or are we going into sort of a deeper correction? And that doesn't matter. What does matter is I carry on as long as the signs are with me. So yes, the market did a deeper correction. Is that time to panic? No, it's just ABCD correction. It's not a trend change or anything like that. Why would I do anything here that could simply affect my, my trade. So I carry on and I'm looking until the next signs will happen, and signs against me. In that case, this is the first place of a slowdown. So no, I don't think the trend changed. And yes, I could simply go and risk-free take my stop loss, which was in that case below this area and simply go break even, or I could start managing. I could trail my stop loss, I could partial cash out, I can full cash out and then looking for other possibilities. If you have several positions open, you can part of them close at the restaurant, etc., etc. Different type of management is definitely acceptable. Of course, every trader has his own management for different situations. Okay, and my view with the fact this is a short-term involvement into the longer-term analysis, and as the slowdown happens, I am out. Is that the end of the rally? Most likely not, because there are no real trend change signs, right? And if I'm wrong, I already made my money and I'm not going to miss, miss it. If I am right, there will be a pullback and a possible next way to rejoin with profits already in the hands. And then it will be— the next risk will be part of made-up profits. And this way, I always guarantee I stay in the game into the positive field. So when I make money from one setup, The next possible setup to ride the same trend, of course, comes from the profits, and I'm not risking more than that. And this way I make sure I always stay into the positive field there. Okay, so that's one of the techniques, and I want to make a quick summary here. And again, for to deeper understand and learn how all the idea of the waves fit in the cycle. Cycle is one of my techniques that I apply to find levels and trading directions. So what I do here is I look for the waves in the analyzed direction, in that case waves to the upside. I'm looking to change the trend, in that case if it was a bearish trend, I want to see the higher highs taken. And then I'm going to the lower time frame then I started to mark the key levels. That's where it all started from. This level was rejected and respected after the clearing zone, so of course this would be a key level. And then this becomes the next key level as it breaks and immediately, instantly, uh, holds and respects. So all that becomes a key level, key level for trading. And as long as we will stay in this box Um, and not trending, they change direction, right? Making the lower highs, lower lows. Uh, for, for me, it is a sign that this is a key level. And assuming the analysis from the higher time frame is, uh, correct, I understand that that's where I can get my chances. Okay, so I hope, uh, that makes, uh, sense and you understand it.
