Hey guys, how are you? Vladimir here from Home Trader Club. In this video, let's talk about supply and demand. I know that this is a subject that you can find tons of material about, but I want to make in this video kind of a complete guide in like all in one place that you need to know about the supply And about the demand, the levels where things happen, the levels where you can find amazing trading opportunities from. Ready? Let's begin. This video, before we go to the charts directly, this video is presented on cTrader platform. Why cTrader? Here, this is why. As simple as that. I can talk about it for an hour. You probably watched some of the videos, maybe all, that I uploaded about the cTrader platform. I started this project several months ago. I don't remember exactly when. And the idea here is to share the exposure to this platform. I myself was exposed to it in 2025 only. For years, I'm a person behind MetaTrader, uh, and I use MetaTrader for all these years. However, cTrader rising like I, in a, in a crazy pace, uh, to the very, very top of the industry. And this platform is superior to many other platforms. For professional trading, absolutely phenomenal. Once again, here are all the reasons why C-Trader is the best. That's why I decided that this one would be presented on C-Trader platform. So what do we have when it comes to supply and demand? What do we need to know as traders? First of all, what is supply? What is demand? What are these terms that everybody is saying, you know, throwing to the air? Supply, demand, buy here, sell here. So sellers and buyers. Let's try to simplify that. Imagine you want to buy a house. Would you want to buy this house in a place where others are actually buying, things are growing, the neighborhood is developing, the town or the city is developing? New facilities, kindergarten, clubs for adults, whatever you are looking for. But would that be where you would be looking to buy? Or you would be looking to buy in a dead place where nobody is buying? Nobody happens to show any interest at that place. Nothing happens at that city, town, neighborhood. Where would you want to buy, right? So the answer for most of us is we want where things happen. We want to be part of where things happen, where there is life. When it comes to trading, that's the same thing we want. So think about it this way. Where are all the traders? Where there is a supply, tons of sellers. Where there is a demand, where everybody wants to buy, right? That around this area, areas, that's where things happen or have tendency to happen. Natural pressure. Things happen around specific levels at specific times for a reason. This market, it's not about drawing trend lines. Beautiful divergences, Fibonacci channels, you name it. This is all about supply and demand, buyers and sellers at real time. So how do we spot them? There are several ways, and if you scroll on the internet and watch other videos than that and read other ebooks, whatever it is, you will find many different ways. All of them are surrounding around the same logic. Where buyers are taking control is demand, where sellers are taking control is a supply. I will go blank screen now to present you several, uh, techniques you need to know. So the very, very first one, when we are in a downtrend where the sellers take control, here and here. As simple as that. When we are in a bullish trend where the buyers take control, Think about it this way. What do the buyers do? Push the prices higher. Where did they take control? Here and here. Very simple. They're very, very, very basic. Then it starts to be a little bit more interesting. What happens around this thing? Uh-huh. Sellers are accumulating, right? And then if you suddenly see a big move from that area, right? If you saw some, some range, usually within one big candle or 2 big candles, and then many candles around that— sometimes it's penny candles, sometimes it's 2, 3 candles of a small one— and then bam, massive candle in the direction of the previous big candles. This area becomes a supply area. And what happens afterwards, the price usually reacts with the momentum, comes to retest this zone, the inner zone, and from there sellers are showing the interest and pushing the price again to the downside. And another thing that could sometimes happen is things like that. When you have, uh, imagine candles like that, big candles. Then some, oops, then some spikes, things like that. Okay. And then another big candle in the direction. This candle is the supply area. Why? Because we got here this candle, the inner candle. You got a lot of fight there. Between the buyers and sellers during this period. The buyers were trying to resist. The buyers were trying to push up, right? And if the sellers are the ones who manage to take the control, especially if the next candle is a very big candle, that zone becomes supply area. Okay. And that means from this zone, when the market comes to retest, we would be looking for sell opportunities. From that area, of course, when it comes to the buys, it would be the mirror case. I will show you quickly so you understand how it all looks like. So we discussed about the basics. That's the basics, right? Where the buyers take control, which are the lows. This is the place where we know that this is the demand. If these areas come to retest. These are the zones where we would want to look for the buy opportunities. Here or here, we'll be looking for the buy opportunities. What could happen as well is we got a big move, then usually some small ranging condition within one big candle or 2 big candles, last candles of the up move. Then the market makes a big run to the upside. Comes to retest this range and then make a big rally from that demand area. And another thing that could happen is some inner candles where you would get something like that. Sellers are trying to reject. It could be 1 or 2 candles and then bam, buyers are in control again. Big candle, major candle. Then this zone becomes a supply zone. Sorry, the demand zone. And when the market is back to that area, that's where we are looking for the buys. So these are the techniques you need to know when you are scanning for key levels. Let me show you how that looks like on a real chart, and you would understand it a little bit better. So what do we have here? This is a dollar yen example. The classical structure. Let me just draw it for you. The classical structure: low, high, low, high, low, high, low, high, low, high. So if the market comes to retest the lows, the lows are the areas where buyers took control from, right? So if the market comes to these levels and starts to reject We know we could be looking for buy opportunities here or here or around the next level. This is the very basic of the level supply and demand. In that case, the demand. Another thing that we have is the ranging before the market explodes. Take a look at that case here. You see what happens here. Buyers, sellers, buyers, sellers, buyers making in few waves. And look how it builds up at that, at that zone, guys. Low, high, low, high with the gap. Low, boom, a high. This resistance is broken with a big— let me zoom in— with a big candle. Big green candle. Look at that. Then what happens next? Ranging within this one green candle, and then bam, another run by the buyers. So what is this zone? Demand. This is where buyers are likely to take their control from. So when this zone would come for a retest here. And then here, we know we could be looking for possible buy opportunities. So when you recognize one of these, uh, scenarios I was presenting, you know that something could happen around these levels. And what do I mean something could happen? So if we mark, for example, we say Okay, so this is our range, right? And this is the low here, the spike of the low, right? That's our demand levels. Around these zones, we would be looking on a lower time frame for some opportunities. If this is a daily chart, I would be looking for 4-hour or even the 1-hour to see what happens around the zones. And what I want to see around these zones is the price flip. What do I mean by that? From sequence of lower highs, lower lows, I'm looking for higher highs, higher lows. And when that happens, then buy these retraces gives you the edge, as long as it happens to be from higher time frame demand zone. So as you can see here, we have a sequence of lower highs, lower lows, and then at some point here From lower highs, lower lows, boom, we have higher highs, higher lows, which means after retraces we can look for the buy opportunities and to enjoy some bullish run as long as it bounces from higher timeframe demand zone. So this is how we find the demand levels. We have the best 3 methods. And again, you can find many different techniques and definitions and initials and short names and whatever. The logic is always the same. Always the same where buyers take control. It is either the low or the spike where there was a rejection and then something exploded or a little range before it exploded. It's that. Simple. Now what happens around the sell zone? It is absolutely the same. For the sell, we have the highs as the sell zones. We could have a range before major control and then a sell. We can have combinations, right? Or we can have some spike Big spike, huge candle, and we know that this is a sell zone. Sellers take control. And what is it? It is retested. We know we would be looking for a sell. So for example, look what happens with the same dollar yen. At some point after the sequence of higher highs, higher lows, it shifted. It made lower lows for the first time, which means this high before the reversal becomes the supply zone. That's where sellers were in control in this price structure. And if this zone would be retested, which happens here, we know we would be looking for a sell opportunity from there. So in that case, look how interesting this happens. This is the high of the supply. But look what happens in terms of structure. High, low, high. And you see this, this ranging? Boom! Sellers take control. Look at that. Look at this beauty. Okay, look at that. It's a rally, but look how weak it is. How without any momentum, without any power, any control. That's buyers? No. Then sellers step in the game and that becomes a major sell zone together with this high. We know that something should happen around this area. So when you drop to the 1 or 2 lower time frames, 2 maximum, okay? When you go— if this is a daily, so we go to the 1-hour, 4-hour, or 1-hour. And what I'll be looking there is the price flip from higher highs, higher lows to lower highs, lower lows. We break that and we have the opportunity With these retraces, get in the sell. This is when you master that. All the rest is simpler. Indicators fantastic indicate Fibonacci amazing as a tool channels beautiful trend lines powerful but price is the king fact. Period. Master finding these levels, master defining these levels, and your trading would be improved dramatically. So that's it for this video.
