How to use composite Support/Resistance Levels to pick best trading setups - Forex Triple B

Jordan shows how to combine weekly pivots, Fibonacci levels, and trend lines into composite support/resistance zones for trading setups. He walks through three pairs: EUR/CHF on 30 minutes, AUD/CHF-NZD on 4 hours, and XRP/USD on 15 minutes, using swing analysis and MACD divergence to time entries.

Hello everyone and welcome to another weekly video here on the Forex BBB. My name is Jordan and today we're going to check some of the interesting examples, at least as per our understanding and trading methods. that are related to Forex Triple B— sorry, Forex Triple B Pro, of course. But basically, you can find this table, guys, right here on the website forextripleb.com. Get rid of this, and then under Triple B Pro Performance, you will be able to find all these screenshots and kind of useful information. So Let's go ahead and start the previous week covering basically March 29th up until the end of the first week of April. So that leaves us with these 3 setups right here. From the bottom, EUR/CHF 30-minute chart. First of all, the Triple B filters set to medium, okay, they are looking Pretty bullish, right? Bullish strong on both of them. And the next important step here would be to go ahead and look for important critical levels that might be interesting for this specific pair in this specific setup. Now, if we start looking at, I don't know, a few days back, you will notice that the price touched these bands many times, which means you will be getting signals many times before that, but only right here, once this double wave structure was completed, you actually have a completed bearish corrective structure in this case, because we know we are looking for buys. So it is kind of appropriate for you to start looking for first of all, to start filtering and then start looking for setups which are coming after this kind of corrective patterns, right? I'm not saying this is the only way to use any given strategy. That applies to pretty much any strategy out there. It's not just about Triple B, right? But once you have a corrective structure, this is the place to start looking for sells. Now, there are ways to look for entries only after one wave. And in my opinion, those are a bit more advanced techniques here. But if you understand one very simple thing and remember that this is how corrective structure looks like, it will make your trading life a bit easier. So that being said, we have the price jumping up and down, and at that very moment right here, we can see the price actually started creating higher swing highs, because the higher highs that we're looking at right here, they're okay, but in reality, they are somewhere in between these 2 swing low and high, right? They're not actual swings. So if we break down the price into swings, this is how I would label it, okay? Something like this. And now Following the yellow line, we can see that this was the last time the price managed to push lower. And from that moment on, we started looking at positive grounds, meaning creating higher highs. So that's again, absolutely not covering any of the Triple B stuff, just pure price action understanding here. Next, you want to check the levels. And for me personally, this zone looks absolutely amazing because this is a weekly pivot plus daily resistance number 1. And as we can see, we had the weekly pivot and daily pivot, and here we have another level from the previous days and weeks. So this zone for some reason becomes important for the price. And as a rule of the thumb, you always want to be buying above these kind of levels, or you want to be selling below these kind of levels. So once the price is positioning itself above this zone, right, first of all, we get the, the alert, the trigger. This fractal is not there yet because we're getting it, the alert, right here, which means this is where the alert would be. And now the price is above this zone. Now we're starting to look at That could be seen as impulsive structure. That could be seen as impulsive structure. That could also be seen as impulsive structure. Unfortunately, I don't have MACD, Fibonacci levels, etc. I'm not really sure which one would fit entirely, and then we need to drop to the lower time frames, etc. But in general, it really resembles An impulse rather than correction. So there you have it, another confirmation that this thing should be going up. So that's personally my view on euro franc. I'm not saying he's the only one or the correct one; is simply how I would be looking at this given market at that given moment. This is the one we covered, Aussie Kiwi. This one was also tricky and not my favorite pair, but let me try to give you my understanding on this part, and then you can decide furthermore, uh, how exactly you would be handling these situations. But the very first thing, this time we might be looking at the MACD on the 4-hour chart. Notice that there was no MACD divergence here, unless there is divergence, one-leg divergence right here, which is a different story. Right, but usually when there is no divergence, that would be a good sign. So even though we might actually— let's, let's go ahead and check it out very, very quickly, guys, so we can talk facts. This is what we're talking about, and this was what I'm referring to. No divergence here, then you have divergence, one leg divergence here, which after it gives you the pullback, usually, usually— I'm not saying always, but most of the times is pushing the price upwards in order to complete positive-negative-positive divergence. Okay, we're talking now about the histogram. Sorry if you're not familiar with these terms, but there is simply no other way around explaining what that means. So that's one thing to, to follow in this case. The next thing here would be, of course, the levels and the filters. 4-hour chart is a bit weak, right? I mean, we want it to be bullish But it's better if it's strong bullish. This is on medium settings. So next we need to, to check out the levels. Looking back, weekly plus daily level right here, and then we have another one right here. So pretty much that becomes a strong support— sorry, strong resistance zone for us. And you can identify that by looking at the pure price section. You see where these consolidations are forming, where the price is bouncing, right here. So this level remains for some reason important for the price. The level below that would be a bit more extended because we can include this one, but those are the 2 closest levels next to each other. And usually what we want to do is take multiple levels In this case, we have the weekly pivots and the daily pivots, but you might have their fibo, you might have trend lines, you might have channels, you might have whatever it is that gives you a dynamic or otherwise support or resistance and put them together. Once you have a zone where multiple levels are going to the same place, that becomes a zone of interest. Okay, call it It doesn't matter, zone X, zone Y, whatever it is, but you gotta be paying attention to these levels. So what I'm looking at the chart— on the chart at the moment is those 2 are pretty, pretty decent levels. So that brings us back to the actual setups. We already mentioned the structures, right? So you can be looking for that as well here, but here I'll be paying attention to this false break. The price is trying to continue lower, rejected, and then immediately flushing all the sellers, pushing the price upwards. Okay, now the most recent fractal once this alert was delivered is right here. That's why here there will be an entry, but basically this is how I would look at this setup. And now why I don't like this setup or why I do believe this setup is a bit more aggressive. We can actually extend that up to here because if you go ahead and start buying including these levels also, that's the entire zone that the price needs to break and this is a super strong level. So buying somewhere in between in the middle of this zone closer to the top, closer to the bottom, whatever it is, if it's in the middle and the price— last time the price pushed lower and held below for this many candles, that becomes an aggressive setup immediately. All right, I'm actually not sure if I'll be trading it. I'm probably going to skip it just because of that. And once again, I'm not saying this is the only way to look at it. Is simply how I look at it. I'm strongly biased, okay? Many traders will be taking this trade or different trades than mine, and that's only logical because if we were all looking at the market in the same way, right, there would be no bid and ask. We are all going to be buying, all going to be selling at the same time. There is no market then. So try to figure out the balance for yourself, okay? Try to figure out what works best for you. I'm simply sharing my opinion on how I'm looking at these things. So next and last one actually is Ripple, XRP/USD. This is the 15-minute chart. Ripple, by the way, today kind of shot up to the upside, reaching some daily trend lines there. So let's see how it will develop. As far as I know, there is a hearing yet—not yesterday, tomorrow or something. So that might be a positive driven factor for us. But let's see now back to to Ripple, Triple B. Sorry, we have the same situation as with Aussie Kiwi. Bullish, bullish strong. This is fifteen minute chart, which means we're looking at H1 and H4. M30, if my memory doesn't lie to me. Goes to H4 already and daily, I think, right? But anyway, this is all done automatically for you, doesn't really matter. Now here you want to be looking again at the same exact things we've been talking about before that. You want to be looking at structures, you want to be looking at levels, you want to be looking at the filters and possible divergences or lack of divergences on the higher time frames. That's all. Once you get used to doing that on every single trade you have, you will be doing very good, right? So what is it here? We have the daily pivot point, the most recent one, and that's the good part because the price managed to hold the ground here, right? And we have another level here, another level here, so this box becomes an interesting zone. And then you have another box which is either this one or you can include the bottom one as well. But anyway, ignore this. Uh, it's important that the price is holding its ground, it's breaking this level right here, creating new highs, trying to push down, checking if the buyers are in control. They are in control, price starts to push up, and this is where the opportunity arises, right? This is where the price touches the bands and we might be expecting for this thing to continue to the upside. So that would be all for Triple B.
