In this video Vladimir Ribakov of Traders Academy Club delivers a technical analysis and forecast for the New Zealand dollar (NZD/USD). He begins by welcoming new viewers, encouraging subscriptions, and inviting traders to join his real‑time trading community. He then examines the NZD/USD across three timeframes: the weekly chart shows a clear downtrend with lower highs and lower lows, a significant zone to retest, and a previous low that suggests further downside; the daily chart reveals a broken‑down move with a small divergence and corrective wave, reinforcing the bearish bias; the 4‑hour chart displays an ABCD corrective pattern to the upside, identified by a false‑break convergence indicator, moving‑average divergence, a 50% pullback, and a volume zone. Ribakov outlines two bearish scenarios: (1) continued momentum to the next significant low, or (2) a short pullback/trap that could deepen the decline. Both scenarios keep his overall bearish outlook. He concludes by asking for comments, promoting his other dollar‑yen analysis, and reiterating the invitation to join the Traders Academy Club for real‑time education.

So what do we have on the New Zealand dollar and why do I find it so interesting opportunity? Well, starting from the weekly time frame, at the moment we are going down, clear structure of lower highs, lower lows without any ending divergences, any ending conditions. Besides that, the significant zone to be retested is here, and the previous low of the downtrend is here. So there is— the way it looks right now, there is more to go to the downside. Taking that into consideration, there is one more interesting fact currently happening on the last leg down. What happens here is the last 2 candles that created the lower highs, lower lows, the last 2 big red candles, they are still holding their range despite that attempt to make any pullback, this range holds, which is a very strong bearish technical sign. Going down to the daily chart, we've had this move down broken into few waves. No signs that it's over. We had a small divergence, a corrective movement, and that's basically it. We didn't have any highs or lows Uh, um, in, in the upside to— I am basically to hint that the move down is over. So in a bearish weekly trend, in a bearish daily trending structure with a correction after the slowdown and the divergence, it does look like we are ready to go further. So this strong resistance zone holds the lows connected The highs here hold. We never managed to make higher highs, higher lows. And what happens here on the four-hour chart is we got ABCD correction to the upside. And as you can see, found by this indicator, the convergence, the false break convergence indicator, we got the divergence on the moving average. We flipped to convergence, pulled back to fifty percent, and it holds the volume zone. Hold. So I believe we are heading down. There are two possible technical scenarios that happen in such case. One of them is, of course, we just continue to develop the momentum and we go all the way to the next significant lows, as I just stated them before. The second scenario, which could technically happen, is the attempt to what we call here like to fail or to trap, to create some zigzag. Make short pullback. So basically just to increase the ABCD correction, something like that, and then make a more significant, uh, drop deeper. So something like that. Okay, both scenarios would be completely acceptable and do not change any of the bearish view, which I believe we still have to create one more final low To reach the weekly lows, as I just showed before, we have a significant level here also on the weekly, and until this massive divergence would be completed. So my view here is bearish on the New Zealand dollar. Let me know in the comment section what do you think about this instrument.
