Vladimir Ribakov analyzes NZD/USD across three timeframes, spotting bullish signals: a weekly engulfing candle, daily MACD divergence, and a 4-hour wedge breakout. He lays out two scenarios: a dip then rally, or a rise that triggers a sell on resistance.

Next one, New Zealand dollar with double sword opportunities. Currently the bullish momentum is obvious and clean. On the weekly chart we see this fantastic bullish engulfing. Usually it's a hint that the buyers will try to take the control at least for some time. On the daily chart we got lower lows, uh, versus higher lows on the MACD histogram which made the bounce. And 4-hour chart made a classical flip over this. Let me just hide this, uh, level so it will be a little bit cleaner on the chart. Broke the wedge, and all that happened to be after bullish divergence, which makes higher highs on the chart. So I said double short opportunity, as I believe this on the short term could make some drop, lead to the rally, uh, to the final rally, which should take us back to here. Let's erase the lines. Back to this zone to clean the previous highs and maybe even higher to retest the broken support that now acts as the resistance. So I believe the New Zealand dollar is on its way here. So the question is, as a double sword, if we get a drop first, this is a buy towards this area. If it climbs inside this zone, that's back a sell. So that's a double sword opportunity I will be looking for the New Zealand dollar.
