sRs Trend Rider Pro - Weekly Summary - July 19th 2021

In this weekly market‑summary video, the host reviews roughly fifteen trade ideas that occurred between July 12 and July 16, 2021. Each idea is examined through a technical‑analysis lens, using higher‑timeframe sentiment and momentum, chart‑pattern recognition (flat consolidations, impulsive waves, step‑trading, double‑confirmation breakouts, triangles, ABC structures, and range breakouts), and risk‑management considerations (support‑zone assessment, split‑risk position sizing, and target‑level placement). The commentary walks through examples across crypto (XRP), major and minor forex pairs (AUD/JPY, NZD/CHF, GBP/AUD, etc.), highlighting how the confluence of multiple factors informs entry decisions, expected direction, and risk‑reward evaluation. The tone is instructional and analytical, with a cautiously optimistic stance toward the presented setups. The video concludes with an invitation for viewer questions.

Hello everyone, and welcome to another weekly summary for SRS Pro. Now in this video, we're going to cover the period from July 12th, July 12th up until July 16th. Which gives us pretty much from this one, so like a page and a half, that would be approximately 15 entries, right? 15 examples here in this table. So let's go ahead and start checking some of them. Again, I'm probably not going to go over all of them, 15 or 12 or whatever, because we're talking about the same things over and over again. And there is simply no need to repeat it. Okay, Dorian, now the annoying pop-ups. What we can say about this specific one? First of all, the price was going in the opposite direction. We can see from the sentiment and momentum plots right here, the higher time frames, that the price is being supported to go down on the, on the higher time frames, okay? Not just the 15-minute chart. If that's in compliance, and of course that must be there because otherwise we don't get signals, we can see that there is a possibility now after this pullback, whatever this was, that we're getting some sort of impulsive structure. So first wave Flat consolidation, clearly flat consolidation, massive move, and we're kind of starting to look at another possible flat consolidation. Now this is a risk that we're clearly taking because this is an assumption here which I guess it comes with experience. I don't know, it could be more risk for some people, it could be less risk, but once you put all these different Factors in the equation. Again, I guess it comes with the experience. I'm not sure if it makes sense to you or not, but once you put all these things together, you kind of get the idea of whether you should be pulling the trigger or not. And in this case, everything comes in place and it makes sense for this thing to go lower, okay? And it makes sense for this thing to create another wave down in order to complete something like that. Okay, next we have XRP, which is Ripple. Here we have something interesting. Actually, this week we have quite a few examples of step trading, which is basically push, pullback, breakout of the first created low, and then continuation. Well, I guess we can assume that something like this could be also tradable. But I don't know, this one looks a bit clearer that we're now switching in the opposite direction. So for this Ripple idea, the idea is step trading. Then we have— now this is actually double confirmation because you can be looking at it as breakout of the low and you can be looking at it as breakout of a trend line. These setups I like a lot because usually what you get is either or. You get, uh, the low being broken somewhere around this zone and you get the trend line being broken somewhere around this zone. Here you get both pretty much the same time, right? Because this is blue only once you got the signal. You will be looking at this chart right here on this very moment. Right, and this is double confirmation in a way, at least the way I'm looking at it, of course. Uh, so yeah, you have the levels, you have the breakout, and then expecting for the price to continue lower. Then we have— was that— this is Forex Aussie dollar 1-hour chart. Now this is also probably interesting for some of you because we have this massive move And after it, the price got stuck in this consolidation. Okay, we can be actually drawing it a bit more accurate. Okay, from here or from here, it doesn't matter. We're looking at the bottom, right? So looking at the bottom breakout, we're looking for continuation lower. Uh, what I don't like in this case is the level. Because at this moment we never broke the low and we're kind of reaching into this entire zone, which in my opinion is a support. Like this zone, for example, right? This is a supportive zone, this is a supportive zone, and we're somewhere at the top of it. I'm not saying we're not going to go lower, I'm just saying this is increasing the risk, at least in my opinion. Okay, um, not able to read the asset here, but the idea is bullish, bullish, 2 out of 3 for bold bullish. And we can see the price is also turning up, right? Uh, we managed to break above this level. Now again, we didn't precisely erase this thing, we are missing Let's say 10 pips or so. This is some yen pair, I believe, 74-something, um, AUDJPY or so. But look at that, this is a very nice, beautiful consolidation. I wouldn't really call it a pullback. Maybe it is a pullback, I don't know, but it's kind of consolidating. It's holding here and it's now attempting to go ahead and break out, right? So that would be my read here, which would be at least for me an expectation that the price should be going upwards. Let's see what else do we have. This is Kiwi franc. This time we can read the 15-minute chart again. After this, probably a consolidation phase or so of some sort, right? We're breaking up and again the level is not reached. So Just like with the previous example, we're exposed to this zone to be tested. So if this is not enough in terms of breakout and we're not going to continue higher, even though we're looking at a very decent level here, there is a good chance that this thing could be making one bigger wave, right? Pullbacks and then another wave. Where is this? Like here. So then we go ahead and test it and then continuation up. But there is always a trade-off. If you don't take the first one, you're missing an opportunity that could be leading to a profit here. So yeah, basically it really depends on how you want to treat it. Some people are always waiting for the larger wave on the higher time frame, let's say, I don't know, 30-minute, 1-hour chart. Some people are attacking both, splitting the risk in half here. So first attempt, 50% of the initial risk goes there on this. If it fails, another 50% for another bullish opportunity to be provided once this level is actually cleared. So many ways for this to be handled. How exactly, entirely up to you. The 15-minute chart, well, this is, I believe, kind of clear and simple. You can be doing most— when you're drawing the trend line, right, you can be doing most touch points like this, or you could be doing the spike, which would be giving you this one. Trend lines are tricky. I'm not sure which one is correct in this case. What wins me personally is the fact that All these highs, and actually this entire zone from here somewhere, all this was broken in a single candle, and the candle closes above. Okay, we can also see that this is consolidation. We can all see that there was a false attempt for a breakout down. Then we can go ahead and redraw it. Now, uh, push up. I kind of like, to be honest, situations where the triangles are broken in the opposite direction because now you have bullish direction, right? It's kind of clear that you're in a bullish state. And this time the level is okay because we have this spike, retested first time, price is coming back home here second time, right? It kind of fits better than the previous 2 examples which we saw. Even though that would be losing once again, I, I definitely like this one much better. All right, uh, all right, let's do one or two more. Now this is again super classical, at least in my opinion. Starting from the very top, coming with this entire push down, then you have the ABC, then you have this zone which is being tested. Spike here, spike here. The price is clearly Respecting that zone, and then looking for the breakouts and the continuation low, right? So nothing really crazy about that. We're looking for targets somewhere around the bottom, which is usually a very good idea. Not below the swing, but, um, right at it or slightly above is even better. Because here, this is actually a perfect example. Look at it. This is the spike and this is approximately where the level starts, right? Where the previous levels are and this is again, we're already micromanaging it but that's above, no need to look at that. So this and that where the spike is in the previous 2, you see if the risk reward would be allowing it, that could have been, could be a possible profit. Okay, if you're waiting for a pullback or something, or if this was developing further and you're attacking from higher place, the price many times, many times will be, um, kind of reacting to these swings, right? So if, if you're buying here for, I don't know, some reason you're buying, right, this breakout, that's the swing high, right? Spike here, spike here, boom. You see the rejection. You see, super important to go ahead and check out these swings before the pullback. That's the reason. All right, pound Aussie, last one. Um, this is first of all a range, at least in my opinion. This is consolidation because the price is not being able to move in any given direction, right, and push away from that like here. So yeah, we have the breakout on the— during the pullback, we're actually getting a blue bar right here. So this is kind of saving us, I would say, at least 40% of the initial idea in terms of pips, right? So yeah, that definitely looks much better now, and the target level would be much closer now to the high. And we're actually below the swing because if this is the swing and the spike, the last zone— actually, this is not a zone, this is a level now, uh, this single line here— we're kind of below it. The lower the better, right? We don't want to be aiming for just a few pips above the swing because then there are no guarantees you're going to get this, right? It could be just stopping here and boom, a reversal for some reason. And here we have a very good reason, which is the range. All right, so this is how this video ends.
