Vladimir Ribakov says three habits kill traders: jumping between strategies without testing them, overtrading out of boredom, and trading without a plan. Stick to one approach long enough to see real results, trade less, and know exactly what you're doing before you enter a position.

Here are 3 things that are clearly holding you back from becoming the successful trader you want to become. Number 1, inconsistent trading strategy. You are jumping from strategy to strategy hoping for good, but the problem with that is you do not give it— specific trading strategy— the time it needs to prove itself and the statistics to actually work. Number 2, you are overtrading. Overtrading usually happens due to boredom or unexplained, sometimes, uh, desire to make quick profits here and now. But the problem is the market does not care of your desires. The market will do what the market has to do. Overtrading is usually a problematic thing. Less is more. The final one, you trade without a trading plan. You just buy or sell currencies because you think it is going up or down, you heard someone saying it is going up or down, or you just try your luck or try to make some quick bucks and hopefully make some returns. The problem is trading without a trading plan will lead to nowhere but a failure. Want to become a successful trader? Work on these 3 things. Want to learn more in real time?
