Uh, so I would like to take this opportunity also to wish you a very happy, successful August and I hope you enjoy your summertime. Um, and, um, in this video I want to share 2 interesting, um, opportunities that I found. That would be the pound yen and the dollar CAD. But before we go to the chart and talking about all the technical, uh, reasons for that, if you are new to this channel, welcome to our fantastic community. Uh, please subscribe with the subscribe button below this video. And if you would like to join us and join our family, just follow the link below this video in the description. So what do we have there on the charts? 2 very interesting opportunities that would be pound yen, dollar CAD. And you know what, before the charts, quick reminder. Sorry. The 2 indicators that you can see right here on my chart, the Key Trading Levels indicator based on the volume profile and the amazing tool I draw with on my screen, uh, the Virtual Trading Pen, both available for you to download absolutely free below this video in the description. You would find the links Okay, KTL indicator, that's Key Trading Levels indicator, and the Virtual Trading Pen. Just follow the links, download, install, enjoy. Uh, so what do we have on the pound yen? Uh, the 3 classical waves here came to the end with a bearish divergence on the moving averages of the MACD. Okay, as you can see here, higher highs on the chart lower highs on the moving average of the MACD. Besides that, the RSI also has the same pattern of lower highs. The most recent leg here also have the same structure of higher highs versus lower highs, both the MACD and the RSI. Now besides that, the very interesting fact here is that We got a false breakout, fake high, uh, created on the weekly time frame. Look at all these spikes, how many attempts of the buyers to go through this level which actually failed. So we go to the next time frame, which is the daily time frame, and look what happens, uh, here. So we got a massive Move down, another beautiful swing upside, another very fast swing down, and all that was giving the, um, I would say illusion maybe, uh, or that understanding that it could be just a little triangle before we break, retest, and fly for a new high. However, look what happens right here during the week. Okay, right when the Fed stepped in to claim there is no recession, according to him, despite the numbers, despite the clear definition, um, which from my point of view was sort of ridiculous, but it's a different discussion, I believe. So we got there a fake rally or fake attempt to rally through this range and instant Retrace inside. Now besides that, that creates three candles in a row, three days in a row of making lower highs, lower lows in the candles. Each candle was creating lower highs, lower lows, and we go below the most recent low found there. So the final chart in that case would be the four-hour chart for me, where we got. This ABCD with a false breakout. As you can see, again, fake attempt to make a high. Lower, uh, low— lower highs on the moving average of the MACD versus higher highs on the chart. And now we create a convergence— lower lows on the chart, lower lows on the indicator. So this is a great technical sign And as long as that's the condition and it doesn't turn to be a fake, fake breakout, sell the rallies here becomes the plan that I have for this pair. What do you think about the pound yen and how do you expect this one to play? Please share with us, with other viewers, your inputs. How and what would you anticipate from this pair or the other yen pairs? And please share it below this video in the comment section. Of course, if you have any question, feel free to drop it down there. And also, I would like to ask your help and your support in my work on this channel. If you find these videos useful and helpful, then please take 10 seconds, hit this little like button. A few words in the comment section would be an amazing help to the channel. That's how YouTube algorithm works, and thank you very much in advance. Of course, the next one would be the dollar CAD, and for this one I want first of all to start from the higher time frame—not because I intend to trade this one this way, but just to explain why I see here a bearish opportunity. So after making this cycle to the upside and blocked by bearish divergence, we get sort of a double. Top here with a moving average divergence, and I would expect to see some corrective cycle, in that case ABCD cycle or ABCD correction, right? Uh, now taking it to the lower time frame than the weekly, I see that here as sort of 3 waves to the downside with 2 corrective waves upside, which blocked by— with this divergence on the histogram flipping from positive to negative to positive. Lower highs on the histogram versus higher highs on the chart. Now the interesting part here, look how strong this volume zone is. You see this volume zone? And once again, I would like to remind you, this indicator and my virtual trading pen, the tool I draw on my chart with Uh, you can download them for free below this video in the description. Just follow the links, download, install, and enjoy. These 2 indicators are with me every single day in my trading regardless of the strategy I apply for entry. They are amazing tools for analysis and they are absolutely powerful and helpful in any, any sort of Trading. So look at this volume that blocks here this attempt to rally. Okay, it's a very strong zone, as you can see, right? When the price goes through 130, the psychological level goes above and boom, instantly reacts to the downside. Same thing like with the pound yen I showed before, three candles in a row on the weekly chart, not just the daily. Create lower highs, lower lows. Uh, so besides that, look at this beautiful engulfing, partial engulfing here after the reverse. And here comes the very interesting part, okay? So bouncing of the volumes on— you see these key levels, right? Let me just hide it for a second so you can see that clearer, okay? We got a fake high Bearish divergence, higher highs on the chart, fake highs, and lower highs on the indicator, and flip, lower lows on the chart, lower lows on the indicator. This for me is a sign that we are likely to go in a further bearish move down after a pullback and sell the rallies exactly like with the pound yen mentioned before becomes my trading plan here. For the longer run, I do believe that these lows should be retested and very, very, very possible to go even beyond. So that's my anticipation with the dollar CAD. Sell the rallies. There are several key zones on the way, of course. That there is all this resistance area, and the next zone is slightly higher but also critical. As long as they hold, I would expect to see the price— with every attempt to pull back, I would be looking for sell setups and further continuation down. So let me know what do you think about these 2 opportunities, and if you have any questions, again, feel free to contact in the comment section. And I wish you a wonderful trading week. Thanks for your time watching this video. And once again, I would like to welcome you to our trading family, uh, Traders Academy Club.
