Hey guys, how are you? Vladimir here from Traders Academy Club, and in this video I want to talk about a subject that so many traders are curious about and trying to figure out: when to buy and when to sell. To do that, I want to take one of the trades we discussed in Traders Academy Club in our live meetings directly from the trading report. This is a trading report that our Traders Academy Club members get, and I want to take one of the analyzed trades we had here, trades we had here, and explain it. So you can see when I consider buy as a great opportunity and mainly what to do after you buy, how to find the right moment to sell. Okay, so I want to talk about that, and for that I'll take the euro Aussie. I'll present it on these two charts. But before, if you are new to this channel, first of all, welcome to our great community. I would like to invite you to subscribe to this channel. What did we have here that is considered as a good buy opportunity? As always, what I do is pre-analyzing the market. So the way I saw that we got here, uh, 3 waves to the downside, uh, coming from a very strong low from the daily chart, uh, verified with a bullish divergence that we experienced between these 2 lows, the recent lows of the drop down. And basically we got a fake breakout here. Sorry, just redraw it one second right here. Okay, so, uh, the low from the higher time frame, the false breakout on the area, bullish divergence, the end of a downtrend. And, uh, from this moment, the 4-hour chart started to create higher highs, higher lows. So from my point of view, the way I look at that, as long as we are above this ongoing rising supportive area, the expectation is to the upside, that a bullish correction would appear. Would it be fast or would it take time to develop? I cannot predict anything like that in advance. Of course, we have to follow the market. At that stage, I drop to the lower time frame to identify my opportunity. So after I pre-analyze, what I see is the first 4-hour chart wave gave me a trending structure. I got a pullback afterwards ending with another bullish divergence, which is a great bullish evidence. Afterwards, we went above the most recent falling resistance and start to recreate the higher highs again. That's a fantastic sign. And here we start to gain the momentum. And mainly, look what happens here— we gain the momentum without any signs against. So the way I work at this situation, I'm looking for pullbacks and for setups. Now there are many different techniques how to use that, and of course there are many different strategies. And what I want to show you is one of the most, from my point of view, powerful techniques to enjoy such bullish trends or bullish momentums with high probability. And I am talking about— and this is the chart as it looks right now since that moment We got a drop and look what happens here. One of my favorite scenarios. So we got here a bullish hidden divergence for trending, for as a hint for trading continuation. And what we remember, right? We just discussed about it. There are no signs against the rally at that moment, not on the one-hour chart, not on the four-hour chart. They both support. Bullish momentum. So basically, look what happens. I have this supportive area and the next supportive zone is right here. As long as this area holds, we can clearly say okay. There is a great chance that if the buyers are for real, and we don't know that in advance. Remember, when a trade begins, and that's this moment, right? When the hidden divergence comes in play, we have no idea if the market will make the move or not. Looking backwards is always easy, right? You can look at that. Wow, that's a great. Trade, right? But we're not dealing with the back— looking backwards when we deal live, when we deal real time with the market. So how do you spot your probabilities? Again, multi-timeframe analysis come in play. Bullish conditions from the 4-hour chart, no bearish signs. Bullish conditions on the 1-hour chart, no bearish signs. And you are next to a very strong supportive or rejection zone. And one of the things I love to do is on the ongoing trend, if it's trending structure or just supportive line, what I love to see here is a hold. Sometimes it's going to be with a fake breakout attempt to break through which that fails. Sometimes it would be a hold, and then when the bullish hidden divergence ticks, this is the place to buy. And remember, when you apply these buy You have no idea how it's going to develop. Sometimes it will be as fast as that and will provide you like 100+ pips with a blink of an eye. The other times it will be slow and annoying. We have no idea how it's going to be. So the next step for us after we got involved is when to sell, right? So we discussed about when to buy, now when to sell, and My personal approach is always, if you rely on technical analysis, whatever the technique you use— I show you the divergences, right? Whatever the technique you use, when you rely, and if you rely on the chart to take you, to bring you in the trade, you have to rely on the chart to take you out of the trade. It works both ways. One of the mistakes that traders do is they enter a trade, they have no idea what they expect, they just want to carry on and see what happens, right? But if you enter a trade randomly and you have no idea what you anticipate and up to where you want or you plan to ride, or what's your risk-reward ratio and how you plan to manage, then basically you're not trading. You're just betting or gambling on the outcome output, and this is something. This is a mistake. It could work one time good for you, two times good for you. This never could become a trading strategy that you can rely on because after one or two successes, you would have a long series of failures, and then we all know what happens, right? The wish to revenge takes the takes your emotions at that moment. So when to sell? Once the signs start to appear against you, and ideally on 2 time frames. So for example, at the rally, this is the first place where it started to look suspicious, but it never managed to complete a significant divergence there. The high is broken and we continue. After that, we reach the place where we face an extreme divergence. It's another Uh, one of these terms I'm teaching in Traders Academy Club, the extreme divergence. And again, this is the one time frame against. And then when we check the 4-hour chart a bit later, we are facing here a slowdown. Okay, so we are very close to the zone of rejection from the 4-hour chart where we came very close to that. We are slowing down there The one-hour chart show divergence. So yes, maybe there will be a room for a bit more. Maybe there will be some range before or correction before continuation. At that point, when the sign starts to build up against you, there is never ever a way to squeeze it to the maximum. So when you see these guys showing you the you know out of 300 pips move that the market— the move the market did, they managed to make 500 pips, for example. Just for joking, of course, right? Then you know this is impossible. You can't ever squeeze the whole move. It is impossible. You can enjoy the majority of it, but once you reach this place when signs show against you, this is the time to consider management. And consider management means you can— this is the time to consider sell if you bought before. That's the time to consider the sell. And why is that so? Because if the market was the one that gave you the reason to buy, the market is giving you the reason to sell. Signs against your buys, right? Slow down on 2 time frames, bearish divergence comes in play, it's time to sell. What will happen from here? We have no idea. It might be temporary stoppage and then continuation, or it might be complete drop down. Okay, so remember, we never deal with that backwards. When you deal with that is real time, like in that case. What do you do now? Okay, so the first thing you do want to do, even if you decide, okay, I'll try to go for the big fish here, then at least go break even. Okay, break even means risk-free, right? You move stop loss to break even, there is no way you lose the money. Okay, worst case is breakeven. Best case, it continues in your direction and you continue to accumulate profits. Okay, but don't let your profits stay unprotected and potentially be affected by the randomness of the market. Sometimes the market behaves randomly, especially after news, right, or some tweets or whatsoever. You don't want to let your good profits stay random. So there again, there are many techniques how to enter the specific trade. I rely on multi-timeframe analysis, divergences with cycles combined. And as I showed you, one of the most powerful techniques I love in such market conditions is hidden divergence. Does it all happen always on every setup? Of course not. But when it does appear on important levels in Uh, multi-timeframe synchronized analysis, I know the chances are with me. Will I end up as a winner or not? Will that be a loss or will it be a breakeven? There is no way to know in advance. But the good news are that once you follow this technique, once you follow these signs, uh, that's the place where you have your— the odds in your favor. It's multi-timeframe synchronized conditions. In a trend or momentum conditions with a comparable, right? Small risk versus way higher potential reward. And when the market makes the move, this is your time to enjoy from the apples, to enjoy from the from the profits. Okay.
